Rapid developments of technology shrink the world and rule all over the field. Everyday the requirements of the human society need an advanced development as well as the invention of new technology. But, now a days the education society in rural areas are failed to deliver its contribution in the modern educational methodologies due to the lack of man power or economical background or lack of awareness for the utilization of technology . In the modern effective teaching and learning environment, the role of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is inevitable to bring the world into the class room. Most of our educational system or methodology is class room based teaching and learning process within the four walls. In this aspect, only few educational sectors either it may be governmental, aided or self finance category to give participation for amalgamation of traditional teaching process with modern methodology. In this research article give detailed specification for the Impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on School’s education especially to focus on Sivagangai District.

In order to classify the spoofed as well as non-spoofed faces from images, the face spoof detection technique has been proposed. In order to analyze the textual features present within a test image, the DWT algorithm is applied. In order to classify the spoofed and non-spoofed features, the already existing approach used SVM classifier. However, the accuracy of results needs to be enhanced in the proposed work in order to identify the spoofed daces. In order to analyze the proposed approach, comparisons are made amongst the proposed and existing mechanisms in terms of accuracy and execution time.

Seaweed farming activities is regarded as hub that provides income to most of the coastal communities especially women in Zanzibar. Tanzania is the third exporter of seaweed in the world whereby women contributes 80% of seaweed productions. The study was carried out in the east coastal of Zanzibar with the aim of examining how seaweed farming activities improve the livelihoods of women in the east coastal of Zanzibar specifically at Bwejuu and Paje villages. The study also identified the methods used in seaweed farming; and determined the common uses of seaweed. The study collected data through literature review, interviews and questionnaire survey. Sixty women were randomly selected from both Bwejuu and Paje villages. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The study revealed that, women improved their livelihoods which impacted their families and communities as well. Other findings depicted that, women produced 412 tons of seaweed in the year 2015/16 which is equivalent to 80% while men produced only 103 tons equivalent to 20% of total seaweed productions. Majorities of women 49% were reported to earn more than 900,000 TZS from seaweed farming activities and 76% of them were able to pay school fees for their children in the year of 2015/16. On accounting women livelihoods aspects it was also reported that, between the years of 2012-15 eleven (11) houses were constructed by women while two (2) houses were bought and forty nine (49) houses were repaired. Women were able to subscribe their basic needs simply because they earned money from seaweed farming activities. Further results identified line or off bottom and deep water floating as methods used in seaweed farming. Finally results reported the common uses of seaweed are; food, agar, cosmetics, medicines, minerals and fertilizers. Seaweed farming activities is found a key way to reach sustainable development goals (SDGs) before 2030 as put by United Nations especially target one and eight of ending poverty and stabilizing economic growth among communities. It is recommended that integration and considerations of seaweed farming and processing systems in both governmental and development partners policies is necessary not only for women empowerment but for the country sustainability and development especially in Zanzibar archipelago.

Nigeria under President Muhammad Buhari is been seen as Africa proponent of war against corruption which has become an endemic and an ugly facet of every societal and political life. It has been identified as one of the banes of the country's economic growth, good governance and administrative advancement of the country. Corruption undermines the fulfilment of the great potentials of the people of Nigeria who are the victims of mal-administration, poor quality of good public service and societal fabrics unquestioned and unassailable. The paper is based on the hypothesis that there is a strong link between endemic corruptions in Nigeria which is hitherto hindering the ability of the country to enjoy good governance at all arms of government. It is the main responsibility for inability of the government to provide good services and infrastructural development leading to lack of deficiency in good governance and performance of the Nigerian political talents. This work delves into the factors promulgating corruption as well as obstructing economic growth, administrative lapses and frustrating attainment of good governance. Lastly, the paper addresses some public sector and government initiatives that have been taken to induce ethical government and contest the endemic corruption in governance, socio-economic fabrics of the society and finally restoring hope in Governance and the administrative processes.

A highway pavement is designed to support the wheel loads imposed on it from traffic moving over it. Additional stresses are also imposed by changes in the environment. It should be strong enough to resist the stresses imposed on it and it should be thick enough to distribute the external loads on the earthen sub grade, so that the sub grade itself can safety bear it.

Concrete is the most extensively used construction material in the world. Concrete is normally prepared by using coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement and water measured by weight in a required proportion. These materials are obtained from natural resource. Continuous use of these materials on a large scale leads to their depletion causing strain on the environment. Large quantities of waste materials are produced from the manufacturing industry, service industry and municipal solid waste incinerators. The waste materials are gaining attention to use the materials as a substitute to natural aggregates or cement in concrete. The second most consumed product in the world is Cement. It contributes nearly 7% of the global carbon dioxide emission. GGBS which are considered as a more eco-friendly alternative to Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) based concrete. By using this type of industrial by-products in concrete industry as a replacement for cement we can reduce the usage of cement which results in minimizing the emission of greenhouses gases into the atmosphere and also savings in cost. Bottom-ash is considered as alternate fine aggregate. By using this can able to prevent the scarcity of river-sand. In this research, this project focused on the effects of varies percentage of bottom ash and GGBS replacement on the concrete and also study compressive strength, tensile strength and of concrete containing bottom ash as river-sand replacement and GGBS as cement replacement. The strength is analyzed 7days and 28days. The strength for 0, 25, 50, 75, 100% replacement of bottom ash with fine aggregate and 0, 25, 50, 75, 100% replacement of GGBS with cement is higher or equal to conventional concrete.
