Social media is crucial for governments to improve public communication, deliver services, and manage crises efficiently. These platforms enable rapid engagement with a broad audience, encourage trust, address inquiries, and monitor public sentiment. Government use of social media underscores the need for public institutions to align with client needs, foster trust, adhere to legal requirements, and create a secure online community. Presently, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) stands as one of the national departments with an existing guideline governing the implementation of social media management within the Department. This study focused on assessing the current state of the implementation of DSWD Administrative Order No. 16, Series of 2021. Employing a quantitative descriptive research design and utilizing survey questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis, the researcher assessed the perceptions of DSWD Region III's social media team and their clientele. Engaging these two distinct groups was crucial in this study to ensure that the existing guidelines focus on citizen-centric operations. In particular, this study described and evaluated the Department's implementation in terms of social media accounts, social media account management, content management, and crisis management. Furthermore, this research aimed to identify if a significant difference exists in the perceptions of these two distinct groups through a statistical technique. This helped the researcher identify existing challenges and propose measures to improve the Department's existing social media guidelines. The study found that while the DSWD Region III's social media team strictly adheres to the comprehensive guidelines outlined in this Administrative Order to the best of their capacity and resources, there is a significant difference in the perception between them and the clientele in the areas of social media account management and content management. These areas particularly cover the concerns of only one social media account in the entire region, lack of updated contact information on social accounts, deficiency in content inclusivity, especially for persons with disabilities, and the existence of DSWD Region III "fake" accounts. In summary, the Administrative Order has successfully directed the daily operations of the DSWD Region III social media team, benefiting a wide range of clients in the region. Nevertheless, it is imperative for the Department to reevaluate specific guidelines outlined in the AO to address the current challenges of the clientele. Likewise, challenges raised by the Region III social media team warrant attention from the Central Office to ensure the Department maintains optimal public service through social media.

With the emergence of digital technology, information became easily accessible to the public in a fast-paced environment. Philippine Information Agency, the official development communication arm of the government, is mandated to disseminate information about government programs, projects, and services to the Filipino public, with the final goal of improving their quality of life, thus empowering them to participate in the country's democratic processes. This study evaluated the satisfaction of 126 Local Government Units Employees in the province of Tarlac using the SERVQUAL Model on the services provided by the Philippine Information Agency, particularly on the services they have availed such as Awareness-raising Activity for a Specific Advocacy/Program/Project, Media Relations, Radio/TV/Online Program and Radio/TV/Online Guesting, Events Management, and Technical Assistance to a Specific Program/Project, and identified the problems clients encountered in availing the services of Philippine Information Agency and recommendations for Philippine Information Agency. Findings revealed that Local Government Units in the province of Tarlac are relatively satisfied with the services provided by the Philippine Information Agency. The lack of necessary equipment, is one of the problems encountered by the client which affects their satisfaction towards Philippine Information Agency. This issue on the other hand can be recommendation for Philippine Information Agency to upgrade its equipment such as cameras, laptops, video and audio recorders to produce quality information materials.

The purpose of the study is to ascertain how the involvement of the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion Office may influence and expedite the region's economic progress. The study's conclusions, which focus on the pertinent factors that drive economic dynamism, will assist the private sector and local governments in developing and implementing plans and policies that will increase the competitiveness of the local economy, draw in investment, and ultimately lead to inclusive growth and sustainable development. A researcher-made questionnaire was used in the study. It was based on the mandated functions of Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions as stated in the Guidelines on Promoting Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion and the establishment of LEDIP Office/Unit in all Provinces, Cities, and Municipalities, Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Memorandum Circular No. 2020-167. Moreover, the researcher made use of the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index (CMCI) to understand the level of economic dynamism of Central Luzon using the ten (10) indicators used by CMCI. The Economic Dynamism Indicators show that the cost of doing business is the top priority for investors, primarily due to low-cost production locations. The Local Economic Services Division's implementation is average due to issues encountered along the way. The Business Development function is used to a limited extent, and the implementation of investment services duties is partially or moderately successful due to job duplication and insufficient funds. Economic indicators such as cost of living, financial deepening, and local economy growth are crucial for business development functions. The level of implementation of Local Economic Development Investment Promotion is influenced by the Economic Dynamism. A well-designed organizational structure, budget support, updates to the Local Investment and Incentive Code, and marketing strategies are necessary for efficient operation and achieving desired economic outcomes. To increase economic dynamism in Region 3, the research advises local lawmakers, officials, and other stakeholders to implement Local Economic Development and Investment Promotion. It recommends changing policies, doing capacity building to improve the skills of LEDIP officers and support staff, and making LGUs submit their local data capture sheets. Guidelines should have consequences for breaking them. LGUs should establish and maintain connections with NGOs, business sectors, government agencies, and academic institutions in order to foster business-friendliness and competitiveness. Hiring personnel with experience in company growth will guarantee that divisional tasks are completed efficiently. In addition to creating the Implementing Rules and Regulations, municipalities should assess their local investment and incentive codes. Funding and institutionalization of the LEDIP Office are necessary for its efficient operation.

An antacid bilayer tablet containing rabeprazole and domperidone could emphasize its innovative design for simultaneous relief of acidity and associated symptoms. This bilayered formulation integrates the proton pump inhibitor, rabeprazole, in one layer to target gastric acid secretion and the prokinetic agent, domperidone, in another layer to enhance gastrointestinal motility. This dual-layer configuration aims to optimize drug release profiles, ensuring coordinated and sustained therapeutic effects. The antacid bilayer tablet offers a potential solution for improved efficacy and patient compliance in managing acid-related disorders by addressing multiple aspects of the underlying pathology. Efficacy, safety, and the unique pharmaceutical attributes of this bilayer tablet warrant further investigation for its clinical applicability.

This study aims to explore the dynamics of the Philippine book retailing industry by examining consumer behavior and identifying promising growth areas, along with strategies for improvement. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents living in the country, and the total sample consists of 213 participants. Percentage analysis, frequency count and ranking method were used to analyze the collected data to test hypotheses. The results revealed that consumer demand, market structure, and industry competition affect the profitability of the book retailing industry in the Philippines. Online book services, particularly for English-language books and specific genres, are preferred. National Bookstore leads in brand loyalty, with social media influencing choices. The willingness to pay more for specific book types suggests prospects for specialized offerings. Content, competitive pricing, and authorship significantly shape purchase decisions.

Amidst the continuous emergence of the internet, the public transportation and employment sectors have always been the highlights of the major issues in the Philippines, and work commuters are constantly battling the hurdles of this economic problem. With this, the study aims to re-model the Job Search Theory through the use of employment factors such as age, sex, income, and the use of online job search platforms. The researchers' objectives also include proving the relationship of these employment factors with commuting distance, as a dependent variable. The collected data will be regressed using multiple regression through EViews software. The locus of the study circles around employed commuting workers residing in Manila.
