Research conducted in last few decades on plants mentioned in literature or used traditionally for various disease has shown in the last few years there has been an exponential growth in the field of herbal medicine and these drugs are gaining popularity both in developing and developed countries because of their natural origin and less side effects. The pomegranate tissues investigated in this study included history of pomegranate, pomegranate peels [PP], metabolites, uses of pomegranate in cancer disease. This review has been performed on a method of systemic narrative review on the different parts of pomegranate fruit. It also highlights the new researches on the various use and activities of pomegranate.

From July 1, 2017, the Goods and Services Tax will replace multiple taxes levied by the central and state governments and get subsumed of all the indirect taxes, including central excise duty, commercial tax, octroi tax/charges, Value-Added Tax (VAT) and service tax. The RERA Act was passed in the 2016, subsequently the GST Act was passed in 2017. Since January 2020 India is facing crisis of Covid-19. All these Acts makes positive and late negative impact on the construction industry. The researcher studied the both the Acts from Builders and customers point of view. Both Acts have positive impact on the construction industry in the long run. The contractors and builders will be shouldered responsibility of providing the quality product to their customers due to RERA Act. GST also increased the coverage of tax as builders will have to purchase the material from registered dealer to avail the credit. After the introduction of GST, other taxes are subsumed the rates of materials reduced slightly, the benefit of which ultimately goes to the customer. But due to Covid-19 pandemic situation the purchasing power capacity of many people decreased. People were focusing only on basic needs and it had adverse impact on the construction industry. In short, the customer will be more beneficial on account of Quality product with lower prices.

BACKGROUND: The upper Trapezius muscle is designated as postural muscle and it is highly susceptible to overuse. Trapezitis is usually caused by placing too much stress or strain over the Trapezius muscle. Trapezius muscles help with the function of neck rotation, side bending and extension. Treatment of Trapezitis requires a multifaceted approach such as rest; isometric relaxation techniques; manual therapy which are beneficial for Trapezitis, so we combined such conventional therapy with Positional release technique and Bowen technique. Positional Release Therapy (PRT) used for treatment of trigger points. METHODOLOGY: - According to inclusion criteria 30 subjects from Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College were selected. With the help of simple chit method of randomization all 30 subjects were divided into two different groups. Group A Bowen technique, and Group B positional release technique. RESULT :- Result were statistically analyzed using paired and unpaired t-test by using SPSS version 20, there was significant improvement in the pain, movement and neck severity index in the Both the Groups CONCLUSION: - Bowen technique and the positional release technique suggest improvement on sub-acute Trapezitis muscles. There is no significant different in both the techniques.

The pulse-triggered flip-flop (P-FF) is proposed and proved as a novel sort of very efficient conditional feed. Pre discharging and conditional signal feed through methods were used to reduce the data-to-output (D-to-Q) delay in this circuit. A shared pulse generator and an output feedback-controlled conditional keeper were also used to cut power consumption, lowering the internal node's floating state. An additional pull-down path was added to the output node to improve the driving strength of this design. Various post-layout simulation studies using 16-nm Fin FET technology showed that the suggested topology has a greater energy efficiency (at all input data toggle rates) than comparable P-FF devices. In comparison to a transmission gate FF, the proposed model achieved a 62 percent D-to-Q delay reduction, exceeding the device by more than 66 percent in terms of power efficiency and 87 percent in terms of energy efficiency (at a 50 percent input data toggle rate). In comparison to other traditional P-FFs, the improvements were significantly more considerable. These results suggest the proposed design to be a viable new option for high-efficiency sequential elements in high-speed applications.

Education is very important factor for the building of any nation and formal primary education is the foundation of the educational system. Most of India's children in the age group of 6 to 14 years are enrolled in government primary schools. In such a situation, it is very important to have quality resources in government primary schools. In order to make teaching-learning quality, infrastructure like classroom, playground, potable water, toilets, health facilities, safety, safe food, availability of books, seating arrangement, availability of electricity, computer, internet, library etc. as well as quality of human resources, such as the educational qualification of teachers, teacher-student ratio, behavior of teachers, cook, shikshamitra, costumes of sweepers is an important role even today. For quality teaching-learning environment, the above mentioned infrastructure and human resources are needed by the competent government primary schools, so in this research paper, an attempt has been made by the researcher to study the physical and human resources in the government primary schools of Hardoi district from the qualitative point of view.
