The last two decades have witnessed a rapid transformation of traditional media into new media that encompasses digital, computerized, and networked information and communication technologies. Every segment of society desires its virtual presence on the social media platform. There exists a need to know why social media has grabbed such a great focus, as it has been causing an intensified threat to the other conventional media. Social media plays a major role in India.  Abstract

Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni is a renowned Indian-American author known for her works that often interweave elements of mythology, immigrant experiences, and contemporary issues. While she directly and indirectly imbibed the concept of "Matrix Diasporic Consciousness" as a specific term in her novels , and other themes dealt with the themes of displacement, cultural assimilation, and the preservation of cultural heritage. Divakaruni's use of mythology can often serve as a tool to delve into complex human experiences and explore the intricacies of identity, belonging, and personal transformation. In Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni's novel "The Mistress of Spices," the author beautifully intertwines the experiences of the Indian diaspora with elements of magical realism, using the rich cultural tradition of spices as a metaphor for the complexities of the diasporic experience. While the novel does not directly engage with the concept of "Matrix Diaspora," it can be analyzed as a narrative that embodies the key aspects of diasporic consciousness and the challenges faced by individuals living between cultures and identities. Divakaruni's sensitive portrayal of the character's inner conflicts and her negotiation of dual identities captures the essence of diasporic consciousness and the complexities inherent in navigating multiple cultural affiliations. These themes demonstrate how Divakaruni's writing goes beyond mere storytelling, engaging with deeper philosophical and psychological inquiries. By imbibing matrix of diaspora in a mythological tale "The Forest of Enchantment" she moulds epic into magic and in soul of conscience with inner voice of Sita and merging elements of mythology with the contemporary experiences of her characters, she crafts narratives that resonate with readers on both intellectual and emotional levels, inviting them to contemplate the intersections of cultural heritage, personal identity, and the human experience.

This paper deals with the definition of cyber bullying, its types and cases of cyber bullying reported from throughout the country. The paper delves deeper into the causes, consequences and prevention of cyber bullying.

 Abstract

It is a historical novel with flesh-back mode narration. The novel is structured with multiple narrative layers. This novel interweaves 'family history' and 'nation's history' It has been written in the story telling formation which introduces a novel within a novel. At the age of 82 Iris Chase, the narrator of the story who narrates the Chase family in which she included the horrible scenario of World War II in correlation with personal history. It is also considered as a meta- fictional fairy tale. Atwood has given the voice to Irish through which she narrates the story of her family in a very complicated manner.

This paper deals with various supplier categories and parameters for making good relationship with suppliers which ensures effective manufacturing process. Paper concludes as suppliers are selected on the criteria's like Quality, cost, delivery, Safety, Credit terms, financial stability, geographical location, market credential etc. At JS Process Equipment & Systems, importance is given to the cost factor while supplier selection followed by quality and delivery time

 Abstract

During the height of the green revolution, Punjab was a shining example of agricultural success. In Punjab, Agriculture is the only main serving sector that owes people bread and butter. However, Numerous risks associated with crop protection and production are present in the agricultural sector. However, improving this significant industry can be facilitated by timely information. The research paper mainly covers the agronomic practices followed by farmers of 6 villages in term of cropping system, varieties sown, methods of sowing, weeding, fertilizer used and straw management. In this context, Data was collected from 6 different villages of district Rupnagar and Fatehgarh Sahib of Punjab State. The data was collected through an interview schedule from 100 randomly selected respondents. For the interview schedule, A questionnaire was prepared. The findings of the study showed that as a whole, The major cropping system followed by the farmers is wheat-paddy. After studying, it had been also revealed that most of the farmers sow same varieties of seeds of crops and followed chemical method of weeding. On deep studying, It has been revealed that there is a need to get farmers aware about the benefits of following various other cropping system like double cropping, crop rotation, inter cropping, etc which helps to sustain or maintain the soil fertility of their land. Farmers need to be introduced to biochemicals, biopesticicdes and bioinsectices as well as proper doses to be applied in the field for fertilizers.

This study investigates the connection between brand experience and consumer choice. The term "brand experience" refers to a range of touchpoints, such as advertising, the calibre of the goods or services, customer support, and general brand perception. This study aims to ascertain how much brand experience affects consumers' purchasing decisions through a thorough review of the literature and empirical research. According to the literature review, brand experience is a complex idea that includes both cognitive and emotional components. It implies that a satisfying brand experience can boost brand loyalty, good word of mouth, and repeat business. It also emphasizes how storytelling, sensory experiences, and emotional engagement affect how consumers view a brand. Customer engagement is the term used to describe the sentimental attachment a student feels while interacting with a business on a regular basis. Engagement is a result of brand experience excitement, loyalty, and satisfaction. In order to engage customers at the point of behavioral change, businesses look for ways to develop an emotional bond with them through recurrent, dependable positive experiences. Customers who interact with a brand feel emotionally connected and enthusiastic about the goods and level of service. The theoretical understanding of how brand experience affects consumer behaviour is enhanced by this study. In order to attract and keep their target audience, brands must invest in developing genuine, emotionally resonant, and consistent experiences.  Abstract

The aim of this research paper is to analyze the Renaissance plays, Hamlet by William Shakespeare and Doctor Faustus by Christopher Marlowe as theological discourses depicting the influence of religion in the Elizabethan period. Hamlet and Doctor Faustus, the protagonists of the two plays embody the elemental characteristics of a 'Renaissance Man'. However, both the characters are internally conflicted, majorly due to their religious faith which throw them into a realm of spiritual ambiguity. This paper aims to dissect the power that the societal institution of religion holds upon the external and internal lives of the people of the society especially in the Elizabethan period through the study of the two most canonical texts of that time which explicitly and implicitly encapsulates the very influence of religion.
