Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers in women globally. Treatment for breast cancer is better than prevention. Numerous biological factors can cause breast cancer, which makes treating it with chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy extremely challenging and often results in undesirable side effects. Plant extracts have been used to treat almost every illness for millennia, and breast cancer is no different. Herbal medicines are a dependable option for treating cancer because of their low toxicity. Additionally, because herbal treatments are easily accessible and reasonably priced, most women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer happily accept them. In both in vitro and in vivo investigations conducted over the past ten years, it has been discovered that several plants and the compounds present in them exhibit promising anticancer effects against breast cancer cells. Even while natural compounds show promising preclinical results, their poor stability, water solubility, and bioavailability typically hinder the clinical translation of these medications. Attempts have been made to overcome these limitations, particularly through the application of nano-based drug delivery systems (NDDSs).

Rhabdomyosarcomas are among the most common soft tissue tumours in children. These tumours are derived from mesenchymal tissue with a tendency toward myogenic differentiation that probably originates from immature and highly invasive satellite cells associated with the embryogenesis of skeletal muscle. Head and neck is the principal location of RMS - 36% of these tumours. However, relatively uncommon in the oral cavity, with involvement of the jaws being extremely rare. Some of these tumours are associated with high rates of recurrence and metastasis. Hence an early diagnosis and proper treatment plan will be crucial for saving the life of these children. Here a case of intraoral RMS is discussed with emphasis on imaging features.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disease that affects women. Common features include Obesity i.e. Central Obesity, Menstrual irregularity and weak core muscle strength. Previous studies have proven that vigorous intensity aerobic exercise has reduced BMI & insulin resistance in polycystic ovarian syndrome. These studies's literature suggests that the ap0.plication of swiss ball exercises in combination with aerobic exercises may reduce the body weight and abdominal fat in polycystic ovarian syndrome. Women with polycystic ovarian syndrome also have a small increased risk of having impaired lung function, so in this study, it's important to include diaphragmatic breathing exercise to improve the lung function. So present study is conducted to find out the short-term effects of swiss ball exercises along with Diaphragmatic breathing exercise on body composition and quality of life in subjects with clinically diagnosed polycystic ovarian syndrome.

In this project, we leverage the power of Streamlit, a user-friendly Python library, to create an interactive web application using the Streamlit framework to visualize and analyze the Superstore sales dataset. The application will allow users to explore the data and gain insights into customer behavior, product performance, and sales trends. The goal is to build an interactive dashboard that allows users to explore the data and gain insights into sales performance. This is an analysis report which generates some insight from a dataset named " Super Store". The SuperStore dataset contains data on order details of customers for orders of a superstore in the US. This will create a Streamlit app that displays the Superstore dataset and a bar chart of sales by region. You can customize the app to add more features and visualizations.

Anticancer drug development is a tedious process, requiring several in vitro, in vivo, and clinical studies. In order to avoid chemical toxicity in animals during an experiment, it is necessary to envisage toxic doses of screened drugs in vivo at different concentrations. Several in vitro and in vivo studies have been reported to discover the management of cancer. This study focused on bringing together a wide range of in vivo and in vitro assay methods developed to evaluate each hallmark feature of cancer These underlying changes are the cause for cancer development, progression, and drug resistance. An in vitro model system which mimics the in vivo cancer is essential to study the various genetic, epigenetic and biochemical changes and also for screening anticancer drugs. The implications of in vitro tumor models in cancer research have been appreciated from early 1900s. The pharmaceutical industry presently relies on several widely used in vitro models, including two-dimensional models, three-dimensional models, microfluidic systems, Boyden's chamber and models created using 3D bioprinting.

A lung whiteout occurs when the black in a lung field is replaced by white, suggesting that less air is entering the alveoli, maybe due to a mechanical obstruction, increased fluid, consolidation, or other factors. Lung contusion occurs when the lung's parenchyma sustains direct or indirect damage as a result of chest trauma, resulting in oedema or alveolar hematoma and the loss of the lung's physiological structure and function. Within 24 hours after the injury, there is a reduction in gas exchange, an increase in pulmonary vascular resistance, and a decrease in pulmonary compliance. Patients with serious injuries experience ARDS as a result of the inflammatory response. Chest trauma may cause lung contusions, which can manifest clinically in a number of ways. The most of the time, it goes unnoticed and is only discovered after serious complications have surfaced. Lung contusions can appear alone or in conjunction with chest injuries. It must be highlighted that a blunt or penetrating chest injury need not always be present for lung contusion to exist clinically. Nowadays, as a result of traffic accidents, lung contusion may manifest without actual tissue injury in the chest wall as a condition starting an independent, life-threatening generalised process. Although pulmonary contusion shares some clinical outcomes with lung blast injury, various variables contribute to its aetiology and pathophysiology. It is difficult to describe and identify it as a distinct pathology. Thoracic trauma, pulmonary contusion, pulmonary laceration, and lung contusion are a few methods that, despite sharing some clinical symptoms, appear in various diseases. It is actually difficult to differentiate between pathologies with similar meanings and sometimes similar clinical paths; they may accompany other injuries to the trunk, skull, or extremities, which alone are linked to severe morbidity and mortality. In general, it can be concluded that in addition to high-energy, blunt injuries to the trunk, lung contusion has been a frequently ignored additional radiological finding, despite the fact that its long-term effects are extremely important in determining the injured person's prospects.

An Abstract Tartary or bitter buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum), locally known as Fafra in the Tribal district of Kinnaur in the Himalayan regions of Himachal Pradesh, stands as a unique and resilient crop cultivated in high-altitude regions, particularly above 2100 meters. This research explores the extensive cultivation practices, distribution, and potential of buckwheat in the Indian and the International market. Two species of buckwheat, Fagopyrum esculentum (Ogla) and Fagopyrum tataricum (Fafra), are cultivated in the Himalayan Mountains of kinnaur region, demonstrating adaptability to diverse climatic conditions. The cultivation of buckwheat has been a significant aspect of the traditional crop pattern in the Kinnaur District, and it also extends across various districts in Himachal Pradesh, playing a vital and crucial role in the agricultural landscape. Its unique characteristics make it suitable for cultivation in challenging terrains and climates. The research emphasizes the need for increased awareness of Tartary buckwheat's nutritional benefits and health advantages. It also addresses the considerable decline in interest among farmers in recent years (Rana et al. 2012) The present study delves deep into the historical significance and distribution of Tartary buckwheat, highlighting its presence in the local, national and the global context. With its adaptability to extreme temperatures and low soil fertility, Tartary buckwheat emerges as a sustainable crop, providing essential nutrients and catering to the nutritional security of mountainous regions like kinnaur and the other Tribal regions of the state, ensuring the need for the healthy and nutritious staple food for the community. In the Tribal district of Kinnaur, this variety of Millet has been the source of food security and an integral part of the rich tapestry of tribal culture and the peculiar food habit of the community. In Himachal Pradesh, the buckwheat cultivation is concentrated mainly in the specific districts, and with Kinnaur playing a significant role in the farming of this super grain, really needs an extensive research and exhaustive monitoring for the creation of favourable environment for the cultivation the ancient grains. The research paper also outlines the cultivation guidelines, including optimal planting periods, seed selection, and soil fertility enhancement. The crops medicinal benefits, particularly its phytochemical rut in, are discussed, emphasizing its potential to address health issues such as high blood pressure and diabetes, thyroid, gut related diseases etc. The unique composition of Tartary buckwheat contributes to its various health benefits such as anti-oxidative, anti-cancer, anti-hypertension, anti-diabetic, cholesterol-lowering, and cognition-improving quality which necessitates the resurgence of the old glory of this ancient super food which can bring about a revolution in the mountainous regions of Kinnaur and other parts of the Himalayas. The study also sheds light on the decline in Tartary buckwheat cultivation in recent years, mainly attributed to the shifting focus of farmers towards horticulture. However, recognizing the nutritional importance of millets, farmers have started once again incorporating buckwheat into their diets, resulting in an increased demand for pseudo-millet flour. To revitalize Tartary buckwheat cultivation in kinnaur and the other parts of Himachal Pradesh, this research advocates for awareness campaigns, scientific interventions, and improvements in cultivation techniques. By enhancing the nutritional content and accessibility of Tartary buckwheat, the research envisions a sustainable and prosperous future for both the farmers and the consumers, contributing to the overall development of the region.
