This research delves into the awareness levels of college-going students, focusing on gender-specific insights regarding financial products for investment and risk perception. Assuming a foundational financial knowledge, the study aims to understand the awareness and risk preferences of future investors--college students. Through a questionnaire distributed to 179 participants, the data suggests a general awareness of financial products without significant gender-based differences. Additionally, the study reveals that gender does not play a significant role in shaping risk perception among college students. Furthermore, the interaction between investment awareness and gender does not impact risk perception. These findings provide valuable insights for financial institutions, banks, and the financial market to view college students as potential customers, emphasizing the importance of addressing their needs irrespective of gender.

Abstract: In total population of Rajasthan Scheduled Tribes (STs), contribute 13.48% (India census 2011). According to constitution of India article 342(1) defines that "The President may designate as Scheduled tribes, either in whole or in part, any tribes, tribal communities, or groups within tribes or tribal communities, with respect to any State or Union Territory, as the case may be, by public notification following consultation with the Governor of that State or Union Territory." (D. D. Basu). Major tribes of Rajasthan are Bhils, Meena, Garasiya, Sahariya, Kanjar, Sansi, Damor, Kathodi, Patelia etc. There are nomadic and semi nomadic tribes also like banjaras, gadia-lohar, rebari etc. Districts that are fully tribal: Pratapgarh, Dungarpur, and Banswara. Problems they face in day-to-day life are: exploitation and poverty, Technological and economic regression, sociocultural limitations, issues with integration with the non-tribal populace, Tribal people's lack of literacy is a key barrier to their growth, Tribal people frequently struggle with poor diet and health because of poverty and a lack of access to hygienic and medical services, debt resulting from insufficient revenue sources, preserving their identities while coexisting in a community with caste, sect, and religious groupings tribes that are considered to be untouchables. In this paper author will discuss how much help tribes of Rajasthan got from the government (administration and police) and NGO's (clothing, food, medicine and regarding safety measures) during covid-19 and lockdown period? How they cope with it and how is there life after covid-19? This paper is based on secondary sources. The data has been collected from newspapers, magazines, electronic media and various surveys from government and non-government sources.

In today's rapidly evolving agricultural landscape, farmers grapple with persistent challenges in optimizing the prices of their crops. Government-regulated mandis, coupled with the involvement of intermediaries, have long been factors hindering farmers from maximizing their earnings. To counter these challenges, a revolutionary platform has emerged as a beacon of hope for the agricultural community. This platform serves as a dynamic bridge between farmers and stakeholders, fostering direct interactions that empower farmers to secure better prices for their produce while eliminating the need for intermediaries. The platform far outstrips the aspirations of everyday transaction efficiency. Rather, it strives to open a newfound era of frankness in the agricultural supply chain, instilling assurance and reducing any remaining disagreements. With instructions on crop cultivation and insightful data given to possible farmers, not only are transactions accelerated, but upcoming engagement in this domain is also boosted, thus advancing the growth of the agricultural field. Furthermore, the platform lends assistance to agriculturists by offering low-cost access to apparatus and providing essential info about chilled storage facilities.

Abstract: This research endeavors to explore the intricate dynamics between students' attitudes towards life skills and their educational and vocational aspirations in the context of higher secondary school students. With a focus on understanding how attitudes towards critical life skills impact students' academic and career ambitions. Recognizing the pivotal role of life skills in holistic development, this study employs a mixed-methods approach involving surveys and qualitative interviews. The primary objectives are to assess the prevailing attitudes towards critical life skills, delineate the educational aspirations of students, and unravel the correlation between life skills attitudes and vocational goals. The anticipated findings aspire to contribute nuanced insights for educators, policymakers, and stakeholders, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing the multifaceted journey of higher secondary school students as they navigate towards their educational and vocational futures.

Agriculture, crucial for human sustenance, faces the challenge of meeting the demands of a growing population. Historically, natural techniques, like utilizing cow dung as fertilizer, boosted productivity. However, modern farming, driven by the need for higher yields, resorts to fertilizers, posing risks to soil and the environment. In response, innovative strategies have been employed to minimize herbicide application. Precision herbicide spraying now targets specific areas with weed infestation, optimizing usage and mitigating environmental impact.

This study examined the influence of plant-based satvik (no onion/garlic) and vegetarian diets on mindfulness capacities among adults practicing three meditation styles - Rajyoga, Ruhani Satsang, and Vipassana. A sample of 600 participants filled out the 15-item Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ-15) assessing skills in observing, describing, acting with awareness, non-judging, and non-reactivity to inner experiences. Results of two-way ANOVA tests showed higher total mindfulness and non-judging scores in Satvik versus Vegetarian practitioners regardless of meditation style. Significant diet-by-meditation interactions were also noted, with Ruhani Satsang practitioners specifically exhibiting heightened describing and acting with awareness facets when following satvik diets. Findings support synergistic effects between nutrition and mindfulness practice, with removal of excitatory foods potentially enabling calmer, more attentive cognitive states conducive to meditation. Tailored integration of lifestyle modalities could inform multimodal behavioral therapies targeting holistic wellbeing.

The year 2020 has been reframed for all the commercial working sectors of Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Information Technology, and others due to the widespread harm of COVID-19. The education sector has also been stirred in terms of teaching-learning practices, assessment, and evaluation aspects. Many traditional pedagogies have been altered. Teaching-learning processes have been made malleable keeping in mind the students' convenience. It requires the physical presence of both teacher and student, with some elements of student control over time, place, path, or pace. While students still attend "brick-and-mortar schools with a teacher present, face-to-face classroom practices are combined with computer-mediated activities regarding content and delivery. Blended learning has been found an effective approach to delivering the best teaching practices and utilizing the maximum potential of students. It is an innovative approach that embraces the advantages of both traditional classroom teaching and ICT-supported learning including online and offline learning. This paper aims to explore the possibilities of effective implementation of blended learning in college education. This paper focuses on a survey conducted among 54 teachers of English teaching at the college level in Gujarat. The survey was conducted to construct a data-based scenario on English teachers' attitudes, observations, experiments, and experiences regarding the blended mode of teaching and learning approach. Later, the data was analyzed and interpreted to develop better insights, which ultimately helped make appropriate generalizations. At last, the paper enlists major findings and recommendations for improvement of the current scenario.

Marine sponges have been considered as a drug treasure house with respect to great potential regarding their secondary metabolites. Most of the studies have been conducted on sponge's derived compounds to examine its pharmacological properties. Such compounds proved to have antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antimalarial, antitumor, immunosuppressive, and cardiovascular activity. Although, the mode of action of many compounds by which they interfere with human pathogenesis have not been clear till now, in this review not only the capability of the medicinal substances have been examined in vitro and in vivo against serious pathogenic microbes but, the mode of actions of medicinal compounds were explained with diagrammatic illustrations. This knowledge is one of the basic components to be known especially for transforming medicinal molecules to medicines. Sponges produce a different kind of chemical substances with numerous carbon skeletons, which have been found to be the main component interfering with human pathogenesis at different sites. The fact that different diseases have the capability to fight at different sites inside the body can increase the chances to produce targeted medicines.
