Herbal formulations have enlarging demand in the world market as a source of food, cosmetics, and medicinal purposes. The aim of this study is to formulate and evaluate the herbal face wash gel. There are three forms of herbal face wash i.e., gel, cream and liquid-based face wash. We have studied on gel-based herbal face wash. Ingredients required in this formulation are extracted by the hydro alcoholic extraction method. Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadense Linn), Lemon (Citrus Limon) source of vitamin C, Neem (Azadirachta indica) are very helpful and do not have any side effects. All herbal ingredients are easily available in the surrounding area. All the plants that have been used in this article have better antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. There are a number of formulations available on the market with different variety of active pharmaceutical ingredients for the treatment of acne and others skin problems especially for face. Changing environmental conditions and many pollutants, especially UV rays, are harmful for the human body. They're damaging our skin, so cosmetics are part of taking care of the skin and body parts. As we know that face is sensitive part of body3 The Neem has more medicinal properties, leaves and their chemical constituents have been demonstrated to exhibit anti-inflammatory, antihyperglycemic, antiulcer, anti- malaria, antifungal, antibacterial, antimutagenic, and anti-carcinogenic properties10 .This is a study to evaluate the dermal safety and efficacy of the herbal formulation. There was a remarkable decreasing in the oiliness of the facial skin and an associated minimization of arising facial problems. Few subjects also noticed improvements in skin complexion. The present work deals with Preparation of Extracts, preparation & evaluation of the herbal face wash. It is essential to evaluate the formulation to check their efficiency and effectiveness by using above parameters color, Odor, appearance, consistency, Washability, pH & Spread ability. The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates are increasingly becoming home to a large number of Indian diasporas. This research paper will discuss the increasing presence of Indians in the GCC countries and examine their socio-economic contributions. It will also explore the reasons for this migration and its implications on both the countries of origin and destination. It will analyse the future prospects for Indian migrants in the region. By analysing the current trends of Indian diaspora in the GCC countries, this paper strives to shed light on this important topic. Further, it seeks to explore the factors driving Indian migration to the GCC countries, and the socio-economic contributions of this diaspora. It will analyse how these migrants are adapting to their new environment while maintaining strong links with their country of origin. Additionally, it will investigate how the presence of Indian diaspora is impacting both Indian culture and society in the Gulf region. More so, it will examine the potential implications for future generations of Indians in the GCC states. The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries have long been home to a significant population of expatriates from India and other South Asian countries. For decades now, these people have contributed greatly to the economic development of the region, yet the relationship between them and native GCC citizens has been fraught with cultural misunderstandings and clashes. Besides, this paper is to explore the complex dynamics between the Indian diaspora in GCC countries and their host nations, examining both positive and negative aspects of this unique relationship. In particular, it will focus on the various ways in which the Indian diaspora has contributed to the economic and cultural development of GCC countries, as well as looking at how their presence has been received by native citizens. It will draw on recent research to provide insight into some of the challenges faced by Indians living in these countries, and consider how both sides can work together more effectively to create an inclusive and harmonious relationship. Conclusively, it will suggest potential areas for improvement that could help bridge the divide between Indians and GCC citizens.

Role of Parental support in Social Adjustment of Adolescents Parenting style is considered to be a combination of natural and social process. Adolescence is an instigative and dynamic period for youngsters. Mother is measured to be the primary caregiver, emotionally promises and upbringing the child while, father is professed to be earning and leading personality. Social adjustment is an effort made by an individual to manage with ethics, values and desires of a society in order to be accepted. The main objective of the present study was to assess the role of parenting style on social adjustment of adolescents. The cross- sectional comparative study was conducted at private schools (secondary school going students) of urban area of Aligarh city. A series of socio demographic factors, parenting style scale, social adjustment scale are used for the purpose of data collection. It is also found that parents have higher authoritative and authoritarian parenting style with girls and higher permissive parenting style with boys. There is a positive social adjustment with father's parenting and negative social adjustment with mother's parenting. Parenting style is very necessary phenomenon for adolescent in social adjustment. Healthy parenting adolescents have healthy and positive adjustment in society, nation and also self- development.

The phytochemical composition of several medicinal plants has been examined. One of these plants is Moringa oleifera. It is widespread in tropical and subtropical regions. It has vital medical applications as well as a high nutritional value. The primary goal of this work was to conduct a preliminary phytochemical screening to determine the key classes of bioactive chemicals found in Moringa oleifera dry leaves. Many solvents (Methanol, ethanol, ethanol acetate, and water) utilized to select the optimal solvent can be employed for extraction and TLC profiling of all sequential extracts. TLC was performed in silica gel plates using various mobile phase methods, including chloroform: methanol: ethanol (1:1:1), (2:2:0.5), and chloroform: glacial acetic acid: methanol (4:5:1) chloroform:methanol:ethyl acetate(1:1:1), trichloro acetic acid:ethyl acetate:methanol(1:7.5:1.5). All solvent extracts contained alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and phenols, according to phytochemical analysis of four extracts. The concentration of these chemicals, however, is higher in ethanol and ethanol acetate extracts (+++).Thin layer chromatographic investigations of Moringa olifera leaf extract (methanol, ethanol, ethanol acetate, and water) revealed many colored phytochemical substances with varying Rf values. Methanol and ethyl acetate extracts performed best, yielding four bands with Rf less than one, whereas ethanol extract yielded five bands with Rf less than one and water extract yielded none. Furthermore, with various solvent extracts, the other mobile phases detect less bands. The current study found that employing ethanol and ethyl acetate as solvents increased the content of bioactive components in Moringa oleifera leaf extracts. The solvent is more expensive than the other solvents. TLC, on the other hand, revealed four bands with higher Rf when methanol was used. Extract of ethyl acetate. In conclusion, methanol and ethyl acetate extracts of Moringa oleifer leaves possess a greater concentration ofBioactive component content, which can be employed in future research on this plant.

Diabetic retinopathy is a severe and widely spread eye disease. It is the commonest cause of legal blindness in the working-age population of developed countries. That is the reason for the intensified effort that has been undertaken in the last years in developing tools to assist in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. In this framework of computer assisted diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy, a new algorithm for detection of microaneurysm is presented. The presence of microaneurysm within the macular region is a main hallmark of diabetic macular edema and allows its detection with a high sensitivity. Hence, detection of microaneurysm is an important diagnostic task, in which computer assistance may play a major role. Microaneurysm is found using their high grey level variation, and their contours are determined by means of an Ensemble process. These microaneurysm are identified, compared with the input image and is reported so that the diagnosis of this disease will be convenient.
