The purpose of this study is to investigate the theme of friendship in passage to India by E.M Forster to indicate if there is any possibility to make a friendship between the colonized and colonizer and to be in harmony with each other and also to gulf the gap (geographical, cultural, social )between the rulers and the ruled, however using across-analyzing of the theme of friendship as one the main themes of the novel in which this analyzing give a better understanding of the difficulty of making a friendship between the two different races according to the geographical, cultural and social gap. However, this study definitively answers the question of making a friendship in which that Forster openly expresses his point of view. That The cultural and the ideological gulf that stands between the colonizer and the colonized can never be removed unless it is replaced by equality and freedom. This research is divided into the following: The first chapter contains the first part of colonization in general in 19th century and the second part colonization in passage to India the second chapter contains the summary of the novel, biography of the author and list of characters. While The third chapter explains the friendship, as the main theme of the novel. In chapter four the conclusion.

The Boston Consulting Group (BCG)- A growth share 22 matrix is used. Bruce Doolin Henderson (1915-1992) creates the matrix in 1970 for the BCG in Boston. Massachusetts, the USA. Henderson was the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until 1980. He was also Chairman until 1985. Question Marks indicate the products in high growth markets, and with low market share. Stars shows that both, the growth markets and market share are in the highest position Cash Cows predicts that the products are in low growth markets, and market share is in high. Dogs displays that both growth and market share are in low position. In this regard in this study BCG matrix is applied on Netsurf products to understand its performance and evaluate the various products.

Abstract The present experiment was conducted at Research Farm of Post Graduate Institute, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, Dist. Ahmednagar, Maharashtra India during kharif season of the year 2017 and 2018 to evaluate organic weed and nutrient management in brinjal crop. The experiment was laid out in strip plot design with three replications. The main plot treatments were applied to brinjal comprised of non-chemical weed control modules different organic nutrients sources and biofertilizers as sub plot treatments which comprised of seven organic sources treatments and one plot each control treatment for comparison. The soil of experimental field was clay loam in texture, low in available nitrogen (181.33 kg ha-1), medium in available phosphorus (15.79 kg ha-1) and high in available potassium (403.56 kg ha-1) with 0.52 per cent organic carbon content. The soil was slightly alkaline in reaction (pH 8.17) with 0.29 dSm-1 electrical conductivity. The soil physical properties viz., bulk density (1.33 g cm-3), field capacity (36.30 %) and permanent wilting point (18.32 %), hydraulic conductivity (1.71 cm hr-1) porosity (47.33 %) indicate that the soil was moisture retentive and suitable for growing brinjal crop in kharif season. The growth parameters viz., plant height, number of primary branches plant-1, number of secondary branches plant-1, total number of branches plant-1, number of leaves plant-1, leaf area plant-1, dry matter plant-1, phenological parameters viz., days to first flower initiation, days to first picking, number of days from first flower initiation to first fruit harvest and physiological parameters viz., Absorbed PAR, photosynthetic rate, CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, stomatal resistance, leaf temperature of brinjal were significantly higher under the weed free treatment followed by mechanical (hoeing) intercultivation and pulling of weeds at 20 days interval from 20 to 80 days after transplanting of brinjal crop during both the years of experimentation. The yield and yield attributes viz., number of fruits plant-1, weight of fruits plant-1, equatorial and polar diameter of fruits, fruit shape index, average weight of fruits, fruit yield significantly higher under weed free treatment followed by mechanical (hoeing) intercultivation and pulling of weeds at 20 days interval from 20 to 80 days after transplanting of brinjal crop during both the years of experimentation and on pooled mean basis.

In recent times, the urban population, particularly in India, has been experiencing a significant upward trend. This demographic surge brings forth a pressing concern, notably the escalating challenges associated with urban living. Among these challenges, traffic congestion has emerged as a pivotal issue for cities, compounded by the inadequate availability of parking spaces. While parking spaces do exist within city landscapes, a lack of awareness regarding their locations and suboptimal utilization exacerbate the problem. This paper focuses on a comprehensive survey conducted in Connaught Place, Delhi, shedding light on the critical importance of efficient parking solutions. The research aims to identify the major issues of parking in the city and proposes technology to optimize the utilization of available spaces. Through this investigation, we strive to contribute insights that can inform effective urban planning and alleviate the challenges posed by burgeoning urban populations, particularly in the context of vehicular parking

Abstract: Clove oil and its primary constituent, eugenol, have the potential to be significant antiseptics in the food business. They also have positive effects on safety, aromaticity, and antibacterial and antifungal activity. Studies reveal that eugenol and clove oil both exhibit strong inhibitory effects on a wide range of food source microorganisms. These effects are linked to decreased adhesion and migration as well as inhibition of the synthesis of biofilm and other virulence factors. In vivo research using clove oil and eugenol are generally considered safe. In vitro, they might, nevertheless, exhibit some cytotoxicity toward fibroblasts and other cells. To enhance the antiseptic properties of clove oil and eugenol in the food antiseptic sector, studies on their additive standards and quality should be reinforced.

ABSTRACT: The term "Organic" refers to the way agricultural products are grown and processed. Organic livestock raised for meat, eggs, and dairy products must have access to the outdoor and be given organic feed. They must not be given antibodies, growth hormones, or any animal by-products. There is no common definition of "organic" due to the fact that countries have different standard for products to be certified "organic". In simple words organic foods are minimally processed to maintain the integrity of the food without artificial ingredients, preservation or irradiation. Organic products are obtained by processes friendly to the environment, by cultivation techniques that consider both the attributes of the final product and the production methods. This study attempt to gain knowledge about consumer attitude towards organic food products consumption and to see whether there is any potential this might have for changing their behaviour

Life surprises individuals with many ups and downs. Sometimes people become so hopeless that everything seems working against them. Everyone have to face the dilemma in choosing a right thing or a right action. In such perplexing situations many great personalities seek solutions from ancient Indian scriptures like Ved?s, Upani?ads, ?r?mad-bh?gavatam, R?m?yana, Mah?bh?rata etc. A classic of timeless wisdom and the summum bonum of the spiritual truth Bhagavad-g?t? stands out in this regard. Its influence on the intelligencia of the world throughout the history marks its significance. Arjuna the first receptor of the knowledge of the Bhagavad-g?t? was also in a puzzling dilemma at the threshold of the Kuruk?etra war. Though a k?atriya, the reasons Arjuna gives for not fighting in the war shows his consideration of different ethical and moral viewpoints, wisdom, farsightedness and compassion. The present article analyses the reasons Arjuna gives to K???a for not fighting the Kuruk?etra war and his subsequent surrender to K???a as a disciple in knowing the ultimate beneficial action.
