Implantable medicine delivery systems( IDDSs) are a promising result for precise and safe medicine delivery. They can reduce systemic toxin and deliver remedial loads directly to target apkins, thereby avoiding multiple transport walls and unwanted side goods. IDDSs have been successfully applied in clinical settings, and their use is anticipated to grow in the coming times. Implantable medicine delivery systems offer controlled medicine release at the specific point of implantation, minimizing side goods and adding patient compliance. The periodic expenditure of treating diabetes exceeds$ 1 trillion encyclopedically and$ 327 billion in the United States alone. Although there have been some developments in the treatment of diabetes, similar as the use of Advances In Diabetes Care Including Insulin Pumps, the technology used to manage diabetes has substantially stayed same over the times. The implantable drug delivery bias, similar as an insulin pump, can be integrated with these wearable glucose detectors. The study of presently accessible implantable medicine delivery systems is the main focal point on this review. Also focus on evaluation parameter of implant, system of implant manufacture, bracket of implantable polymeric medicine delivery device system, unborn aspects of IDDS. The remedial operations Of IDDS, Ideal parcels of implantable medicine delivery systems, implantable insulin delivery technologies for diabetes operation( Advances In Diabetes Care Including Insulin Pumps), also bandied to motivate unborn technological development toward bettered patient care in diabetes operation.

Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) continues to be a significant problem in hospital environments due to its exceptionally high cost, morbidity, and mortality rates. Because of the significance of this medical conditions, it is critical to take preventative steps when providing care for patients on mechanical ventilation. As a common nosocomial illness, ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) need trained nursing staff who adhere to established guidelines to enhance patient outcomes. 350 critical care nurses working in various ICUs of an Indian tertiary care hospital participated in a descriptive survey. A self-structured questionnaire was utilized in conjunction with a basic random selection procedure. We looked into the relationship between oral care practices and demographic characteristics using Mann Whitney and ANNOVA. There were 219 (62.6%) critical care nurses with good practice scores, 122 (34.9%) with average practice scores, 5 (1.4%) with exceptional practice scores, and 4 (1.1%) with poor practice scores. The age range of 31 to 35 years old is represented by Critical Are nurses, who adhere to the best oral care practices. Higher professional qualification graduates were found to execute VAP preventive methods more effectively. There was no discernible effect of the nurse-to-patient ratio, hospital type, or critical care setting on promoting appropriate oral hygiene practices for ventilated patients. It has been demonstrated that oral health education, ICU training, and the availability of oral care protocols encourage improved preventative practices in critical care nurses. It is discovered that gender has little bearing on oral care procedures. When providing oral care to ventilated patients, married critical care nurses adhered to greater standards. Hindu critical care nurses have advanced care techniques. The primary nursing bottlenecks for giving oral care to ventilated patients are lack of doctors, concern of tube displacement, lack of time, lack of confidence, and inadequate supplies and equipment.

ABSTRACT: The many oral traditions, folklore, and folktales that comprise each community and culture throughout the world may be utilized to determine the ideological beliefs that shape them. A specific race has made tremendous efforts, both intentionally and subconsciously, to generate, maintain, and pass them down from generation to generation. These legends and myths have grown in importance as a topic of study for academics in a variety of fields, including literature. Myths have always inspired authors throughout history. Myths impact the meaning of literature to the full depth and breadth of its collective meaning. Myths and legends give a literary artist with a wealth of inspiration and chances. If a writer believes the tale is accurate, he or she may opt to utilize portions of it. Amish Tripathi, a popular Indian author, writes in English and explains mythological tales so that modern audiences might accept them. The author's The Immortals of (2010), The Secret of Nagas (2012), and The Oath of Vayuputras (2013) comprise the Shiva Trilogy. This research paper focuses on Amish Tripathi's Shiva trilogy, in which he combines mythology with current concerns. It includes attentively reading the text and analysing the plots and settings that merge mythology with modernity.

The respiratory system, crucial for gas exchange in organisms, extends beyond humans to include trees, contributing to the exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen. The respiratory system collaborates with the circulatory system to facilitate oxygen transport to cells and eliminate carbon dioxide. Lower respiratory tract infections, such as pneumonia and bronchitis, pose health risks, with symptoms ranging from mild to severe. Diagnosis involves clinical examination and various tests. Treatment may include medications, and recovery time varies. Preventive measures encompass hand hygiene, vaccination, and avoidance of irritants. Adherence to medication regimens is vital for managing respiratory conditions like asthma and COPD, though challenges persist, impacting patient outcomes. Inhaler selection and technique, therapy-related factors, and device-related costs influence adherence. Strategies to enhance adherence and control respiratory diseases are imperative in healthcare practice.

To reduce the environmental impact, power generation using solar power plants is increasing day by day. The generated DC needs to be converted to AC for the AC loads or to connect to the grid without disturbing the grid performance. Multilevel inverters are a good option as the output voltage of a multilevel inverter is a stepped waveform which approaches a sinusoid providing lesser harmonic distortion. As the number of levels are increased the harmonic distortion reduces but at the same time the number of switching devices and the DC voltage sources required increases, thus increasing the complexity of the system design and control. Multilevel inverter proposed in this paper uses only 7 switches to provide 15 levels of output voltage for renewable applications such as solar PV. As the number of switches used is less, the complexity and the control is reduced.

ABSTRACT -The incidence of lifestyle diseases like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, and obesity associated with cardiovascular diseases , low back pain is high on the rise. As Ayurveda is recognized as fore most life science and describes ways to prevent and manage lifestyle disorders, the world is being attracted towards its potential. Ayurveda provides better solution in the forms of proper dietary management, lifestyle advises, Panchakarma like detoxification and bio-purification procedures, medicaments, and rejuvenation therapies. low back pain is the most common reason for activity restriction and work absence, placing a significant financial burden on individuals, families, communities, bussiness, and governments. About 70% of people in developing nations experience it at some point in their lifetime, making it a common ailment. Low back discomfort is described using traditional Ayurvedic terminology such Katishoola, Kati Graha, Trika Shoola, and Gridhrasi. The pain that is restricted to the low back can be classified as Katishoola, the pain that is accompanied by stiffness as Katigraha, and the pain that radiates to the lower limb as Gridhrasi. Low back pain disorders are treated using therapies that are helpful for calming Vata, such as Vatasaya Upakrama and Vatavyadhi Chikitsa.
