? This Research paper evaluates the visionary though of Mmahtma Gandhi. Gandhiji's philosophy on these topics is examined because the HDI emphasizes health, education, and development as the primary objectives to be met and the standards by which success is measured. Gandhiji Mainly focuses on human Progress not on materialistic progress. So now in present time his thought of human development is very realistic. Human Development Index also focuses on value of human. Without Healthy man Economic progress is not worth. So in this paper I analyze gandhiji opinion regarding on various parameter of Human development index use. They told before50 years Ago now it's became very crucial for human life. some nation's GDP (Gross domestic product) and Gross Public Pay (GNI) might be at exceptionally high point, however their record of common liberties security might be extremely low, which denies a great many their residents of opportunity of articulation which ought to be considered in as another file. Amartya Sen commented that Mahb ub's development was, one might say, a philosophical flight. Maybe it focused on financial angles yet not moral viewpoint like John Ruskin and Gandhi did. Gandhi clarified that at the expense of human dignity he was not ready to acquire political freedom.

Women in India are regarded as one of the country's most valuable resources. Working women of India are characterized by growth and development, but they are vulnerable often by several factors which affect their health and safety. The health problems of women working in Nightshift is one of the major areas that need urgent attention from public health professionals and policymakers. Overweight and obesity, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, sleep disorders, stress, depression, anxiety, and injuries specifically affect this population and have a long lasting impact not just physical and mental health, but these women are burdened with social problems too. All of these factors have the potential to constitute a burden on Indian society in terms of morbidity, death, disability, and socioeconomic losses. Health promotion policies and programs that are focused on the women working on the night shift is critical for the country's general growth and development. The present paper involves study the consequences of night shifts and its genesis in Indian scenario and also attempted to study on the effects of night shifts on women's health. The main objective of the study is to understand working condition of women in the night shift and its impact on their health

Liver is the second largest organ in the Human body. Almost all the metabolic processes takes place in liver including fatty acid metabolism. Normally, the liver store's some amount of fat, but if its accumulation leading to increase in weight of liver by 5% to 10% of normal liver weight then it is called as fatty liver (steatosis). Fatty liver is of 2 types, they are Alcoholic Fatty liver disease and Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.2 Liver related mortality has been increased now a days, it being the 3rd most common cause of death after Cardio vascular diseases and the Extra-Hepatic Malignancy. As there is no standardized treatment for fatty liver, by treating the underlying cause we can reverse the abnormal changes in the liver, when the disease is in it's early stage. These metabolic dysfunctional activities can be corrected by the help of homoeopathic medicine which can help to reverse the condition of fatty liver & bring it back to normal when it is prescribed based on symptom similarity.

Information delivery services provided by libraries have undergone a radical change due to the emergence and development of information and communication technology (ICT) and Library 2.0. The printed resources in libraries have been replaced with electronic resources as they have evolved into digital libraries. Electronic resources (E-resources) can quickly and simply access and retrieve the ever-increasing volume of information held in global, national, or local databases, even from remote locations. The objective of this research study is to successfully emphasise the significance, varieties, problems, and difficulties of electronic resources that may be used simultaneously. These databases are most advantageously used to contribute to the academic success and achievement of their user community.

All We know that metaphysical Poetry came into existence in 17th century during early in the Jacobean age. John Donne in considered one of the most remarkable literary figures and the founder of the metaphysical school of poetry. Metaphysical Poetry was a reaction against the conventional poetry of the spenserians. In the present research paper, I want to explain a beautiful analysis of metaphysical qualities of John Donne poetry. It is real fact that when we read the poetry of Donne was often feel unique qualities from other poets' poetry in it. This unique quality is called metaphysical. We can see the poetry of John Donne full of poetic thought as an argument, Fine conceits, Imaging and logics, obscurity Blending of passion, thoughts and intellectual poetic wit. In the last we can say that John Donne was not a poet of common man, he revals only his own concept, logics, Passions and theories of dogmatic reassigning.

A lot of businesses, especially those in the agriculture sector, depend a lot on certain weather patterns to run their operations. But the effects of climate change make earlier climate models outdated, so weather forecasts must constantly be improved. The ramifications of imprecise forecasts surpass their impact on enterprises; they also have an effect on individuals' livelihoods and the country's economy. By improving the forecasting of the weather, this project seeks to address these problems, with an emphasis on delivering trustworthy forecasts for remote locations. The strategy makes use of machine learning and data analysis methods, like using random forest classification to forecast weather.

Background Breast cancer (BC) is the most prevalent form of cancer among women in developing countries. By of 2020, there were 7.8 million women breast cancer survivors in the past 5 years, making BC, making it the world's most prevalent cancer (1). With more BC survivors and some on treatment to prolong their lives, there is likely to have more women dealing with diverse experiences relating to their psychological, physical, sexual etc. This study investigated and documented lived experiences of women diagnosed with and receiving treatment for BC at Princess Marina Hospital (PMH). The study also identified coping strategies implored by women BC survivors as well as sought to explore possible social work intervention strategies which may be used to address challenges that may be faced by such women. Methods Data was collected from three types of groups being female breast cancer patient or survivors receiving care at Princess Marina Hospital, health care workers at the adult oncology ward at PMH and Social Workers at PMH. Data collection occurred between August and November 2023. In-depth interviews were conducted with female BC patients/survivors and HCWs while a focus group discussion was conducted with Social Workers. Results Data collected from female breast cancer survivors (N15), health care workers (N5) and social workers (N4) at PMH. In-depth interviews were conducted with female BC patients/survivors and HCWs while a focus group discussion was conducted with Social Workers. Data collected from the three groups seemed to corroborate each other in terms of what is perceived to be experienced by female BC patients and survivors, coping strategies as well as psychosocial services available for BC patients and survivors. Conclusion Like in other parts of the world experience physical, psychological, social, spiritual and sexuality challenges. While BC diagnosis and treatment interventions seem to be effective, there is need for interventions focussing on physical, psychological, social, spiritual and sexuality aspects of female BC survivors.
