Researchers studying safety in industries including metallurgy, pharmaceutics, power generation, and the chemical industry are very interested in developing hydrogen sensors. This interest is heightened by the advent of hydrogen as an automotive fuel. For the purpose of detecting hydrogen, various types of sensors have been created, such as conductometric, optical, surface acoustic wave, and resistive sensors. The characteristics of the material used in the sensor's sensitive region are crucial in determining how well it works. In addition to the material's nature, the synthesis process and factors employed during the synthesis have a significant impact on the final qualities of the material. This paper presents the latest findings in hydrogen detection, which were acquired by four popular synthesis and deposition techniques: sol-gel and spin-coating.

Health is a basic necessity, and access to high-quality health care is a human right. Cloud computing groups the many computing and networking technologies and makes an idea that provides a base for better reliable and cost-efficient business applications for corporate purposes. Cloud computing provides a good structure and a good cost for the organization, with reduced administration. Recent advances in sensor communication, sensors, and microelectronics are focused on monitoring and managing chronic diseases and searching for potential emergencies. Health monitoring can be managed by one or both: the cost of the main challenges and citizen-centered care. This likewise permits a specialist to make electronic visits, including no transportation, with full correspondence from the specialist to the patient. They can see each other, which permits the specialist to see the diseases as well as mention to the patient what they should have finished. In this paper, we discussed the home hospitalization framework, its dependency on the IoT, and a cloud-based home hospitalization system.

A novel drug delivery system is a new approach to drug delivery that the limitations of traditional drug delivery systems. Our country has a vast Ayurvedic knowledge base whose potential has only recently been realized. However, the drug delivery system used to administer the herbal medicine to the patient is outdated, resulting in reduced drug efficacy. If novel drug delivery technology is used in herbal medicine, it may improve the efficacy and reduce the side effects of various herbal compounds and herbs. Herbal formulations for novel drug delivery systems are more advantageous and beneficial than others. The use of herbal formulations containing liposomes, ethosomes, phytosomes, emulsions, microspheres, and solid lipid nanoparticles has improved the therapeutic effects of plant extracts. With the use of all of these, targeted delivery of the formulation is achieved, resulting in the formulation demonstrating effect on the site and increasing the formulation's bioavailability. This article attempts to cover different aspects related to the development of novel herbal formulations, biological activity and applications of novel formulations.

The number of cloud computing users has been steadily increasing in recent years as it has become a very important technology in the computing landscape. It provides customers with decentralized services and a pay-as-you-go approach to resource usage. The growing demand for cloud services is forcing providers to deploy an increased data center infrastructure with thousands of hosts and servers to store and process data. As a result, these large servers generate a lot of heat with visible carbon emissions in the air as well as high energy consumption and higher operating costs. For this reason, research is continuing in the field of energy management, including techniques for saving energy in servers, networking, cooling, renewable energy, etc. In this paper, we address the existing energy-efficient methods in the field of green cloud computing and present our green cloud solution for dynamic resource management in data centers. Our proposed approach aims to reduce the energy consumptio

Background Botswana, the which is size of Kenya, Texas or France, has only one peadiatric haematology-oncology (PHO) programme currently running out of Princess Marina Hospital (PMH) in the capital of Gaborone. Some patients may have to travel 1000 km or more for medical appointments. The standard mode of transport to the treatment centre is by road. Children with solid tumour malignancy or lymphoma may require monthly visits over six to eight months. Children with leukaemia may require more frequent visits in the first year and monthly for two to three years. While several factors may affect treatment adherence, this investigation focused on the association between the patients' primary residence distances to PMH. Methods Scheduled PHO clinic visits at PMH for two months (March to April 2020) were assessed. A list of appointments and the patient sign-in sheets were used to determine patients who attended or missed clinic appointments. The analysis focused on adherence to with scheduled clinic appointments by patients staying closer (<80km, primarily considered the commutable distance) and further away (>80km) from PMH. Only patients who came before or on the day of the appointment were counted as having good adherence. Late arrivals on the other hand would be patients who reported for their visits after the scheduled appointment. A chi-square test was performed to examine the association between proximity to the facility and on-time attendance to appointments. Results The analysis focused on compliance with scheduled clinic appointments by patients staying closer (<80km, primarily considered the commutable distance) and further away (>80km) from PMH. Only patients who came before or on the day of the appointment were counted as having good adherence. A chi-square test was performed to examine the association between proximity to the facility and on-time attendance to appointments. Results indicated significant differences across Accuracy groups for Appointments with F (2, 1239) = 11.446, p <.001. Findings revealed significant mean differences between each group and the other two groups. That is, there is no association between distance and treatment adherence. Conclusion Whilst adherence to PHO clinic visits at PMH has many factors affecting compliance, further distance from PMH barely appears to be associated with an increased risk of presenting after the scheduled date. However, with nearly a quarter of patients presenting later than their scheduled date, further research is necessary to understand all factors contributing to non-compliance with scheduled PHO clinic reviews. Information gathered would inform the program in the future to identify informed and sustainable strategies to improve patient's adherence to clinic appointments and timely receipt of treatment and monitoring, which are essential for positive cancer outcomes.

The term "Ayurveda," originating from Sanskrit and often translated as the "knowledge of longevity," represents India's earliest healthcare system, with a history spanning more than 5,000 years. Within the realm of Ayurveda, a diverse pharmacopoeia is embraced, comprising over 1,200 plant species, nearly 100 minerals, and more than 100 animal-derived products. A distinctive aspect of Ayurvedic medicine is the creation of unique dosage forms, exemplified by Asava and Arishta, characterized by their remarkable indefinite shelf life. The adage "older is better" aptly applies to these formulations. Arishtas, a notable category within Ayurveda, are herbal fermentations that are self-generated. These alcoholic medicinal preparations are crafted by allowing herbal juices or their decoctions to ferment, often with the addition of sugars. Ashwagandha, a revered herb in Ayurveda, is utilized for the holistic rejuvenation of the body. It is renowned for its immunomodulatory and adaptogenic properties, among various other activities. The focus of the present study is the preparation of Ashwagandharishta, an Ayurvedic formulation, and the standardization of both the herb and the Arishta component through Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC).

Nowadays, modern societies depict more egalitarian attitudes regarding sexism and gender equality. There is still a significant gender gap everywhere (socialization, education, wages and professions, expectations surrounding male and female characteristics etc.). Many studies confirm that these types of gender categorization come from the closest environments i.e. family and schools. Not only this but media and cultural values also play an important role for creating these particular types of gender categorization. As children are socialized with these values and norms, they start to judge others with these categorization and to construct expectations of them. This study was done having an aim to examine the degree of gender bias internalization among school children particularly their personal attributes and professional roles. This study was descriptive in nature and the data for the present study was collected from school children of Aligarh City. The findings of this study revealed that children interiorized traditional gender roles from their childhood but there is a big increase in the strength of this gender bias as they grow older.
