Management education is considered as elitist, precious and professional course as it attracts young candidates who are very passionate and motivated by the positive consequences associated with management education to either become a successful manager or to set an example by becoming successful entrepreneur. Management education in India is predominately a derivative of western management thought and practice. Occasionally, management schools draw some inferences from Indian epics, shastras and practices. It may be worthwhile to notice that management itself as a discipline has evolved from fundamental disciplines of philosophy, psychology, economics, accounting, computer science, mathematics, statistics and industrial engineering. In this decade India has witnessed a drastic change in higher education. Especially management education is witnessing an exponential growth in terms of number of institutes imparting management education which are usually termed as Business Schools or Management Institutions. In this paper authors have tried to explore the present situation of management education in India. This paper also studies the trends prevailing in management education in India, and tries to find out how effectively the management education helps the industries as well as how does it help one to become successful entrepreneur. Further the paper explains the emerging issues of management education in India and also explores the strategies and policies to be implied to improve the quality of management education and survive in long run. This paper throws light on existing literatures in management education in India as well as discusses the challenges faced by management institutions.

India, positioned in South Asia is a massive country that ranks 2nd within the global in terms of populace and 7th in terms of geographical area. But, nevertheless these days someplace it substantially lacks economically and socially in evaluation of the evolved global. One of the fundamental aspects that's a drag on its improvement is the dearth of global wide elegance infrastructure. Therefore, the idea of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) have emerged as a completely feasible, viable, and developing mode of making infrastructure for our country. Though India has followed the blended financial system technique of monetary improvement, the stated precept of public-personal partnership remains indistinct in its conception, real adoption and implementation Public Private Partnership (PPP) project as in line with the Government of India method a project primarily based totally on a long time settlement or concession settlement, among a Government or statutory entity on the only aspect and a personal quarter agency on the opposite aspect, for handing over an infrastructure provider on fee of consumer charges. The concession settlement is specially focused toward financing, designing, enforcing and running infrastructure centres and the collaborative ventures are constructed round together agreed to allocation of resources, dangers and returns. Public Private Partnerships (PPP) have now emerged as an opportunity to the conventional mode of infrastructure provision each in India and relaxation of the sector because of its demonstrated ability to remedy infrastructure inadequacies quicker and cost-effectively. The goal of this paper is to study the relevance of the PPP tasks carried out in India, their development and destiny ability. In addition, this paper will even speak the sources of finance which may be used to accumulate a project, and the PPP project monetary devices which are usually used may also be truly analysed. Based on the in-intensity expertise of the PPP version, the paper will depend upon the improved state of affairs of the PPP version in a few countries, especially India, to offer visible examples of every monetary instrument.

Background and purpose: With increasing competition and growing stress on players to perform has led to increased injuries. Ankle sprain is one of most common sports injury which requires an effective rehabilitation protocol. The primary purpose of this study is to determine which training medium is better (water versus land) when training balance for functional ankle instability. Methods: Thirty subjects with unilateral functional ankle instability were randomly assigned to two groups-water training and land training group. They completed the balance retraining protocol of 4 weeks (thrice a week) in the respective mediums (water and land). The balance improvement was assessed on Star Excursion Balance Test (for dynamic balance) and One Leg Stance Test (for static balance) on 3 intervals-days 0, week 2 and week 4. Results: The results show that both the group improved significantly from day 0 to week 4. The within subject factor was significant for static as well as dynamic balance. The between subject factor was non significant for static as well as dynamic balance. The time into group interaction was significant for 4 directions-anterior, posteromedial, posterior and anterolateral and nonsignificant for other 4 directions-anteromedial, medial, lateral and posterolateral. The time into group interaction was non-significant for one leg stance test. Conclusion: Both the mediums were equally effective when training static as well as dynamic balance. The pattern of improvement for dynamic balance differed across time span of 4 weeks for dynamic balance with water group performing marginally better than the land group. The pattern of improvement across time span of 4 weeks was similar for static balance thus showing water is a clinically better medium for training dynamic balance.

Summary Contagious nodular skin disease caused by contagious nodular skin disease virus is one of the major health problems affecting livestock farming in most African countries. Skin lesions are the main sources of infection; although the virus is evacuated through various body secretions and excretions, including semen. Therefore, susceptible hosts become infected with the virus primarily through mechanical means from blood-sucking arthropods, including flies, mosquitoes, and ticks. Transstadial and transovarian persistence is also possible in various tick species. After infection, the characteristic lesions of contagious nodular skin disease may burst 7 to 14 days after infection in experimental conditions, while in natural cases it takes 2 to 5 weeks. Multiple skin nodules (severe forms), sometimes involving the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, urogenital system and other internal organs. As a result, there will be reduced milk production, miscarriages, temporary or permanent sterility, skin damage and death, further contributing to catastrophic economic losses in livestock producing countries. Therefore, large-scale vaccination combined with other appropriate control measures is the most effective way to limit the spread and economic impact of contagious nodular skin disease. This review aims to provide the latest information on the biology of lumpy skin disease virus, the mechanism of spread, and the clinical and pathological features of lumpy skin disease

The advancement of nanotechnology in the pharmaceutical field has led to the development of targeted drug delivery systems (TDDS). Effective drug delivery to the target site helps to reduce issues like drug toxicity and low bioavailability and makes drug release predictable. Furthermore, employing a drug delivery system to successfully target a drug molecule to a specific site necessitates a specialized drug delivery system. The discovery of one such nanosized drug delivery system called Nanosponges has proved a key step towards conquering many undesired drug effects by increasing the formulation flexibility. Nanosponges are porous structures having about a size of virus and can contain within them various hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs. These tiny sponges travel throughout the body until they encounter any previously determined spot, attach to its surface, and begin the drug discharge in a controlled and expected fashion. This review attempts to emphasize the advantages, characteristics, preparation methods, and application of nanosponges.

In today's world, wireless communication systems are extremely important for applications related to entertainment, business, commerce, health, and safety. The deployment of fifth generation (5G) wireless technologies is currently taking place all around the world as these systems continue to advance from one generation to the next. Beyond 5G wireless systems, which will represent the sixth generation (6G) of the evolution, are already being discussed in academia and industry. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to such wireless networks will be one of the primary and essential elements of 6G systems. According to our present understanding of wireless technologies up to 5G, every component and building block of a wireless system, such as the physical, network, and application layers, will involve one or more of them. The importance of ML approaches in various upcoming wireless systems, including 6G, is reviewed in this overview paper in an up- to-date manner. We specifically describe a conceptual model for 6G and demonstrate how ML approaches are used and play a part in each layer of the model. In the context of wireless communication systems, we examine some traditional and modern ML techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, Reinforcement Learning (RL), Deep Learning (DL), and Federated Learning (FL). In the paper's conclusion, we discuss some potential future uses and research directions for ML and AI in 6G networks.
