This study explores the job attitude among Assistant Professors in self-financing Arts and Science colleges under the University of Calicut. Recognizing the pivotal role of teachers in shaping the well-being of society, the research focuses on the unique challenges faced by Assistant Professors in the self-financing sector. The objective is to understand the job attitudes of these educators and their impact on the teaching-learning process, relationship with colleagues and learners, and interactions with the head of the institution. Findings indicate positive job attitudes towards teaching and learning processes, support from the head of the institution, and relationship with co-workers and learners. However, concerns are raised regarding fairness in leadership and satisfaction with salary and incentives. It is valuable insights for academic administrators, policymakers and educators aiming to create a harmonious and supportive campus environment.

Growing wild in bushes, Carissa carandas (F. Apocynaceae) is a fruit that is widely recognized as Karonda, or "Christ's thorn." India's Carissa carandas is a beneficial food plant that also has therapeutic properties. It is widely distributed in subtropical and tropical areas. For thousands of years, the Ayurvedic, Unani, and homoeopathic medical systems have used the plant as a traditional medicinal herb. The primary bioactive components that give the herb its medical efficacy are substantial quantities of cardiac glycosides, triterpenoids, phenolic compounds, alkaloids, and flavonoids, as well as saponins While leaves were found to contain tannins and triterpenoid compounds, roots were found to contain volatile principles such as des-N methylnoracronycine, 2-acetyl phenol, Lignan, carinol, sesquiterpenes (carissone, carindone), lupeol, ?-sitosterol, 16?-hydroxybetulinic acid, ?-amyrin, and ?-sitosterol glycoside. Carisol, linalool, ?-caryophyllene, carissone, carissic acid, carindone, ursolic acid, carinol, ascorbic acid, lupeol, and ?-sitosterol have all been found to be present in fruits.

The Zingiberaceae family plant Curcuma longa produces the rhizomes of the turmeric plant, which is a highly valued spice in India. The majority of Indian curry powder contains turmeric. It acts as an organic antiseptic. Because of its beautiful colour, the spice is frequently referred to as "Indian saffron." hue. Curcumin (deferulolylmethane), Demethoxycurcumin, along with its bidemethoxy counterpart, are the three primary curcuminoids found in turmeric. With its dynamic ingredients curcumin and curcuminoids, turmeric appears to be much more than just a spice used to colour Indian curries yellow. Its exceptional molecular structure gives it potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory qualities. It is often utilized to add colour and flavour to cuisine in Turmeric powder is used in traditional Indian medicine To Treat a wide range of illnesses.

High drug loading capacity, biocompatibility, and biodegradability are features of materials based on nanogels that are essential for the efficient design of a drug delivery system. Hydrogel nanogels are composed of hydrogel cross-linked with chains of hydrophilic polymers. This review paper aims to provide a succinct overview of the latest advancements in nanogel drug delivery systems, specifically with regard to drug loading and swelling from nanogels. The intricate webs of polymers provide a singular prospect in the domains of drug delivery at the crossroads of hydrogel production and nanoparticles. Natural, synthetic, or a combination of both types of nanogel both of them are highly tenable in terms of their dimensions, forms, surface functionalization, and mechanisms of degradation. Future clinical trials will prove nanogels suitability as a medication delivery carrier after further research. Research on nanogels, which are thought to be the next generation of delivery systems, is currently at the forefront.

Herbal lipstick formulation and assessment entail creating a cosmetic product using natural and plant-based ingredients. An overview of the steps and factors that go into making a lipstick of this kind is given in this abstract, along with the techniques used to judge the product's quality. The first step in creating herbal lipstick is choosing appropriate herbal ingredients that are well-known for their health benefits and safety records. These substances may include pigments, plant oils, waxes, and herbal extracts that have hydrating, nourishing, and color-enhancing properties. Consumer demand for herbal products has increased, including herbal tablets, paste, lotions, lipsticks, and more. The use of these products has grown in the modern era, and their color, texture, and luster variations have expanded.

Ensuring optimal fetal health during pregnancy is essential for the well-being of both mother and child, requiring constant monitoring and timely intervention. This proposal presents the adapted ETSE model for fetal health monitoring. The model incorporates various data processing techniques, including preprocessing, segmentation, and multiple machine learning classifications. The study identifies health problems for women during pregnancy, especially in developing countries, and uses cardiotocography (CTG) and machine learning algorithms to detect fetal health. The study highlights the scope of the proposed ETSE model with accuracy parameters such as recall and F1 scores and 99.66 percent accuracy. This shows that AI-based models have significant potential to accurately and efficiently predict fetal health, encourage timely intervention and achieve better outcomes for both mother and child.

The paper attempts to explore and understand two of the most famous novels of the Victorian era and their ability to represent the reality of the era. The selected novels are Hard Times (1854) by Charles Dickens and Jude The Obscure (1895) by Thomas Hardy. The paper attempts to use the writings and the ideas of both authors, for instance, Charles Dickens's satire and sharp social commentary and the pessimist view of Thomas Hardy, to try and indicate how well their writings, ideas and themes blend to develop the elements that add a certain kind of perspective to the reader's understanding of the Victorian era. The paper contains a detailed analysis and numerous quotes (including the chapters and page numbers) from both novels which will further contribute to the in-depth study of these novels. Considering the study done in this paper. the selected novels do justify the hypothesis of this paper as well as the claim of being two of the greatest novels of the times.

Dream is defined in a simple way that is: " a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep". Dreaming is a mental activity that occurs while we sleep. Whatever we go through during the day being recorded in our mind and replayed without that specific order during sleep, which we call a dream. According to Indian philosophy '???????' is the Sanskrit word for dream. In Hindu philosophy, dream is a state of consciousness when a person is dreaming or asleep. In this state, he cannot perceive the external world through the senses. This state may involve conscious operations of memory to the state of waking consciousness( j?grata) deep sleep in which no awareness occurs as turiya. These four states of consciousness are described in the Chandogya upani?ad and are commonly repeated in yoga literature. In the Vai?e?ika system, Pra?astap?da, who was the author of Pra?astap?dabh??ya included dream as a fourth variety of false cognition.

Radars working in high-frequency (HF) band covers frequencies between 3 MHz and 30 MHz with wavelengths of 100 m to 10 m. Due to these large wavelengths, HF radars are not appropriate for operation from satellites. For remotely sensing of the ocean HF radars are basically operated from the coast. Remote sensing by means of HF radar is based on sky wave or ground wave propagation. Refraction by the ionosphere allows large propagation ranges to be achieved. This paper deals with ground-wave propagation and presents a novel system for a HF radar used only for single channel of 5MHz (range-200Km), for application of sea scattering radar, in which radar receiver system is designed with receiver consist of a magnetic loop antenna operating at 5MHz used for reception, and receiver section containing front-end unit which has matching circuit for received signal with initial amplification blocks and a back-end unit consisting of amplifier unit to boost received signal with filter unit to get desired signal filtered out, and also signal processing unit. This paper mainly focuses on design of radar receiver section.
