The purpose of this study is to understand automotive sectors CSR performance. The automotive sector has witnessed a transformative shift towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and green initiatives, marking a pivotal moment in industry dynamics. Companies within this sector, including prominent players like Honda, Tata Motors, and Mahindra and Mahindra, have embraced CSR as an integral part of their business strategy. Their initiatives span education, healthcare, and community development, exemplifying a commitment to societal well-being. Simultaneously, the research work analysed green initiatives in the form of sustainable manufacturing practices and the development of electric and hybrid vehicles have become central to the sector's sustainability agenda. Honda, for instance, stands out for its dedication to green mobility solutions, while Tata Motors and Mahindra and Mahindra focus on eco-friendly manufacturing practices. This study investigated how the integration of CSR and green initiatives reflects a broader industry trend where companies are not only responding to environmental challenges but also actively contributing to social development. This work also provides insights into how the transformation underscores the automotive sector's commitment to fostering a sustainable future, aligning business success with positive social and environmental.

Mahatma Gandhi's aura of influence is assessed based on his character, legacy, and influence. Gandhiji's guiding principles were "Swaraj," "Non-violence," "Sarvodaya," and "Swadeshi." In independent India in general and in the so-called "New India" in particular, the concept of Sarvodaya is highly valued. One of the four fundamental pillars of Gandhiji's "Hind Swaraj" idea is Sarvodaya, which means "Universal upliftment" or "progress for all." Throughout his life, he made it his mission to ensure that every section of society benefited from the government's policies. To achieve their goals, he put forward the principles of Sarvodaya society. Being the mental construct of Gandhiji's mind, this principle had certain embedded values in it. The pursuit of these goals and the development of India require this notion to be emphasized. The idea of Sarvodaya could be taken as ideal for policy processes. To comprehend the roots of New India, it is therefore vital to study Gandhiji's thoughts and their increasing relevance today. In this paper, an attempt is made to focus on Sarvodaya as one of the pillars of Hind Swaraj. The objective of this research is to evaluate the concept of Sarvodaya in policy processes with the aim of accomplishing the New India vision.

Abstract Success stories are always inspiring. They have always been a source of motivation to achieve better desired goals. Aspiring entrepreneurs in India are always looking for role models, success stories and the torch bearers to motivate and guide them. Tons of success stories are available through books, websites, journals etc. but sometimes its hard to make the right choice to follow. An average student is too far from all these success stories as they have no idea where to go or what to search for and what will be benefits of reading such success stories. In Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj University, Compulsory English syllabus Personality section was introduced in 2020 in Semester- I which followed in next semesters also (Sem -II, III, IV, V, VI). This article makes an attempt to mark some benefits of teaching-learning the success stories of famous entrepreneurs of India and the world. In India, there has been no shortage of successful entrepreneurs. Despite the immense challenges to start and run a business in the country, Indian young minds have found ways to initiate, innovate and produce new products and have even made a mark to reach the list of top entrepreneurs of the world. These entrepreneurs have gained success for themselves and also they have been contributors to the growth of Indian economy by giving a source of income to the Indian population. There are many definitions of entrepreneurship, but I would quote one in particular from 19th-century French economist Jean-Baptiste Say. Who says that an entrepreneur is someone who takes resources from a lower level of productivity to a higher level of productivity.

A real-time operating system (RTOS) is a system made to help us in real-time using the real-time applications which provide no delay. A RTOS is time-bound, which means that the time is the main part of the system, as in the system will fail if it goes beyond the prescribed time. Processing the time requirements in this system are measured in tenths of seconds. The integrity of a RTOS system established not only takes the logical effects of computation taken into account, but also the amount of time required to get such results. It must prioritise vital jobs while keeping context switching time to a minimal.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly important to the development of innovative technologies across a range of fields. One area where AI-based solutions can be used to improve efficacy and accuracy is image production, which bridges the gap between creativity and vocabulary. In this model, we propose a system that generates art images based on input word descriptions by utilizing the Stable Diffusion AI model. The picture generation systems available today can be expensive and complex. Our proposed method uses artificial intelligence to create artistic visuals from text descriptions. The image production module uses the Stable Diffusion AI model to decode the input text into an artistic image from a latent vector representation. The user interface module provides an intuitive user interface for inputting text descriptions and displaying generated visuals. Our proposed method outperforms existing approaches in terms of efficiency and cost-effectiveness when it comes to producing visually appealing photographs. Based on input word descriptions, our system can generate accurate and lifelike art images thanks to the Stable Diffusion AI model. This feature is beneficial for marketing, gaming, designing, and content creation.

The placement of the Virtual Machines in a Cloud Computing environment affects the application performance, which has been deployed in those virtual machines. The placement of the virtual machines considering their past, current and future requirements will lead to optimal utilization of the resources of the Cloud Service Providers (CSP). It is not just in interest of the users of the cloud services but also the CSP. The placement of the virtual machines on the appropriate hosts by the CSP will help to provide better services to the users. The requirements of the users such as required by law, for, e.g., placement of data within a certain geographic boundary or adhering to SLA(service level agreement) requirement of performance, uptime, etc. can be achieved only with proper selection of hosts. In this study, several metrics such as utilization of the CPU, memory, storage of the hosts and the I/O requirements of the applications have been considered to devise a better VM scheduling policy which can be implemented using one of the several open source hypervisors such as Xen, KVM or Virtual Box. It is also planned to deploy the policies in a real HyperBox based cloud environment.

The new National Education Policy 2020 aims to transform the current education system in India. The policy envisions to provide quality education by promoting equity, inclusivity and by making skill-oriented learning platform for the students. This upgradation of the learning process will equip the students to face the challenges in future life. The Nagaland University also introduced this new NEP-2020 from the current year at the undergraduate level in the HEIs in Nagaland. With unique geographical set up and various infrastructural bottlenecks in Nagaland, the HEIs are facing various challenges regarding smooth implementation of the policy. On this backdrop, the current study aims to highlight the prospects and challenges faced by the HEIs in Nagaland after implementation of the policy.

"Malignancies in pediatric patients present a distinct and often complex medical challenge. Conventional treatments, such as chemotherapy and radiation therapy, have made significant advancements in improving outcomes. However, there is a growing interest in exploring complementary and alternative therapies, with homeopathy being one of the focal points. In this comprehensive review, we delve into various facets of childhood malignancies and examine the potential role of homeopathic approaches in their management. We explore the fundamental principles of homeopathy, assess the current state of available evidence, and discuss the possible advantages and limitations of integrating homeopathic treatments into the field of pediatric oncology."
