A significant portion of the existing building stock consists of irregular reinforced concrete RC structures. One sort of anomaly that frequently improves seismic resistance is discrete geometry of vertical parts. The seismic design standards' design requirements really only apply to public buildings, and even if other seismic design standards criteria are met, safety is still in doubt. In this study, the seismic failure capacity, resistance to collapse during earthquake peaks, and failure processes of reinforced concrete buildings with discontinuous columns designed in accordance with recent seismic standards are evaluated. The effectiveness of the seismic design requirements and its constraints are assessed for the building. In this research work prepares 10 storey models with various irregularities. With the help of ETABS M30 grade of concrete and HYSD 550 grade of steel used as material for modelling work. There are total 4 cases one is 10 floors building with bare frame, second is 10 Floor building with floating column on odd floor at corner, third is 10 floors building with floating column near outer corners on odd floor and last final model is 10 floors building with floating column corridor on odd alternate floor. To compare the story drift and nodal displacement for all models with and without floating columns collect their data and compare their graphs. A comparative analysis concluded that maximum value of displacement occurs in multi-storey building with floating column corridor on odd alternate floor and minimum value of displacement in Multistorey building with bare frame. Maximum value of displacement occurs in multi-storey building with floating column corridor on odd alternate floor and minimum value of displacement in multi-storey building with bare frame.

The aim of this study is to review and synthesize peer-reviewed research from scientific journals and books pertaining to eating disorders in adolescents. Our analysis will focus on both typical and atypical eating disorders, including their specific co morbidities, culture-related diagnostic issues, emotional issues, functional consequences, gender distribution, medical consequences, onset, psychosexual effects, symptoms, treatment, and cure. Additionally, we will examine the factors and predictors involved in their etiology. This study is a crucial step towards advancing Romanian research on eating disorders in adolescents. By thoroughly examining the existing literature, we hope to identify gaps in knowledge and areas for future investigation. Ultimately, our goal is to contribute to the development of effective prevention and treatment strategies for this vulnerable population.

The purpose of this paper is to show how effective base isolation approaches, such as the use of a lead rubber base isolator, are for asymmetric buildings of varying heights. Five- storey, ten- storey, fifteen storey, and twenty-storey structures are analysed here. In this study I have taken two models of normal shape (symmetric) and L-shape (asymmetric) with and without base isolators in 5 storey, 10 storey, 15 storey and 20 storey. I have analysed the comparison of base isolater with displacement of different storey. Space frames made of reinforced concrete that can withstand a tremor or earthquake thanks to a non-linear analysis of past events. Using the ETABS version 20 nonlinear version software (CSI Ltd) analytical engine, the building is assessed in compliance with seismic code IS-1893:2016.

Experiments were conducted at 14.6mg of lead nitrate kg-1 dry soil mixture, as MAC dose in pot cultures. The dose was given once for short term experiments (6days), twice for 15days and thrice for 30days to maintain constancy of the medium. Biomolecular analysis (DNA, RNA, protein, FAA content) indicated that FAA and RNA content slightly increased whereas other biomolecules decreased significantly in lead nitrate exposed seedlings compared to control seedlings. Noteworthy changes in DNA content was not observed in exposed seedlings, indicating no cell death induced by lead. But the interference of lead in biomolecular synthesis can not be ruled out.DNA, RNA, protein and free amino acid content of the lead exposed seedlings and plants, significantly declined at all exposure periods and the impact was severe on 30th day old ragi plants in pot culture experiments. The protein content in exposed plants significantly declined at all exposure periods when compared to control value and the impact was severe on 30th day (59.3% decrease) old ragi plants. The protein content increased with the increase in exposure period in case of control set. The free amino acid content in exposed plants significantly declined at all exposure periods when compared to control value and the impact was severe on 30th day old ragi plants. The free amino acid content increased with the increase in exposure period in case of control set.

The purpose of the normal column is to distribute the weight to the base or bottom column and base. However, floating columns do not directly participate in load transfer. Depending on the architectural design needs of a particular project, floating columns can be placed on the ground floor, upper floor, or mezzanine. Beam or slabs are lack of permanent support from the underlying foundation. Note that floating columns are designed to carry gravity loads and have been shown to be better at transferring vertical loads than lateral stresses. The lateral load here refers to the seismic load. The construction of floating columns in seismically active areas is based on the idea that shear walls or columns share the seismic loads of the system without the help of floating columns. Above beams or slabs, floating columns are considered as normal compression members. The beam under the floating column acts as a transfer beam and carries the load of the floating column as a point load. Deep beams and beams with high shear force are used to support floating columns. The Indian Code does not mention these clauses. Due to construction earthquake and wind loads, the stub column is not part of the lateral load resistance mechanism of the system. This software analyses floating columns by inserting pin connections at both ends. In this research work prepares 10 storey models with various irregularities. Fluroquinolone antibiotic moxifloxacin is used to treat a variety of bacterial illness. A brand-new fluroquinolone antibiotic, moxifloxacin has a wide rang of activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. when compared to ciprofloxacin, it exhibits better activity against Gram-positive species (such as staphylococci, steptococci, and enterococci) and anarobes, including penicillin-resistant sreptococcus pneumoniae. review of moxifloxacin activities, pharmaceutical kinetic, pharmacodynamics, efficacy, safety, medication interaction, dose, and administration A fluoroquinolone antibiotic called moxifloxacin is used to treat infection such as pneumonia, conjunctivitis, endocarditis, tuberculosis, sinusitis, the respiratory system, pelvic inflammatory disease, the skin and the intra-abdominal activity. Although most studies of its safety profile are good, others have quetioned iit because of infrequent but ptentially deadly toxicity (such as hepatic, cardiac, or cutaneous responses). Acute exacerbations of community-acquired pneumonia caused by pneumococcal (CAP) were observed in studies performed in patients
