Abstract: A discussion about "secularism" now seems to be very relevant in view of the nation's divide of citizens into various religious groups. It is important to emphasise that the problem of communalism in Indian society is not a recent development. The fact that the situation is not ideal even after more than 70 years of independence is rather unsettling and embarrassing. Even India's Constitution explicitly states that the country is secular, yet it adds nothing to the situation practically and things continue as they were before the word "secular" was added to the Constitution. The idea of secularism is incorporated into the growth of democracy through preserving national harmony, unity, and dignity. Relevant provisions for the creation of secular communities were put into the Indian Constitution. For instance, Article 15 states that no one shall be discriminated against by a state on the basis of race, colour, caste, gender, or place of birth. Additionally, Article 25 of Part III of the Indian Constitution guarantees everyone, both citizens and non-citizens, the right to freedom of religion. Every person (citizen or not) has the right to practise and spread their religion without hindrances, according to the relevant article. Similar to that, article 30 allows minorities to establish religious educational institutions. Article 28 clearly states that no religious organisations may be established with the aid of state funding, which limits the state's ability to meddle in religious matters to some extent. The researcher will discuss the idea of the phrase "secularism," their history, and their meaning in various jurisdictions in this review study. The scholar will also go into secularism's status under the Indian Constitution. Finally, the researcher will talk on the significance of secularism in India and the difficulties associated with putting the idea into practise.

This research paper delves into the utilization of Magic Lantern projections as a tool for the propagation of Christian ideals and faith by missionaries in Kashmir during the latter part of the 19th century. Projected images illustrating Biblical episodes and events in Jesus Christ's life through the magic lantern played a pivotal role in promoting Christian pedagogy in colonized lands. European Christian missionaries stationed in India during colonial times also introduced the Magic Lantern to convey biblical messages through visual imagery to new converts and natives. In the early 20th century, E.G. Hull, a Christian missionary and medical practitioner associated with The Church of England Zenana Missionary Society (CEZMS) stationed in Kashmir, similarly employed a Magic Lantern as a means to disseminate the ideals of the Gospels among the Kashmiri people.

The amount of garbage in the world today is growing every year, making it difficult to dispose of significant amounts of agricultural waste, such as coconut shells, rice husks, and sugarcane bagasse ash. This research examines the impacts of Sugarcane Bagasse Ash(SCBA) and Core Fibre on liquid limit, plastic limit, compaction characteristics and California Bearing Ratio on Expansive Soil. Engineers face a difficult problem when designing and building civil engineering projects on and with expansive soils, It aims to evaluate the improvement in the strength and stability qualities in soft sub-grade soil by stabilising it with sugarcane bagasse ash and then reinforcing it with core fibre.

Although there has been much theorising on the impact of India's economic reforms of 1991 on Indian economy, there is hardly any previous study that has taken up the task of actually asking the manufacturing and service sectors as to what the true impact of economic reforms has been on them. Moreover, the economic reforms in India refer to the neoliberal policies implemented by the P.V. Narsimha Rao government in the year 1991, when India was experiencing a severe economic crisis the revenues generated by the government were insufficient to cover the expenses. As a result, it was forced to borrow heavily from foreign banks in order to repay the debt. Economic reforms are defined as policy changes that aim to improve a country's economic efficiency. Economic reforms are primarily required to address distortions caused by international regulations or by the government. Economic reforms occur when there is deregulation or when the size of the government is reduced. It is also accomplished by removing or reducing market distortions in specific sectors of the economy. Since, the above analysis leads to the conclusion that the economic reform period failed to improve the compound annual average growth rate in various development sectors, the number of industrial units increased after economic reforms, but the production level does not increase proportionately to the proportionate increase in number of units. While the employment was showing a slowing trend in the post-liberalization period, the small-scale industries have been unable to ensure their supplies at reasonable prices because the majority of them have been unable to upgrade their machinery and equipment due to the high cost of borrowing. At this point, the authorities should feel an urgent need to review policy measures not only to improve export growth but also to strengthen existing units to meet global competition.

One of the most important aspects of software quality is reusability. The concept of software reuse has been put forth for more than a couple of decades. Because it can shorten delivery time to market, improve quality, and cut costs, software reuse is regarded as a very important factor for software development. Due to the demand, software companies began to consider reusability of software assets that might also be used to address persistent issues. As software companies discovered that reusing source code alone does not result in cost savings, they expanded the idea of software reuse to include other life cycle elements. The maintenance aspect is another crucial one for software reuse. Review for reusability in software engineering is done in the paper by reading several test cases, going over real-world instances, and consulting many research articles.

Abstract: Customer segmentation is an important method both in customer relationship management literature and software since it directly relates to customer satisfaction of the companies. The most common way to separate customers into two distinct groups is to tag a group of customers with a special label. In this paper, company's likely segmented customer data and related statistical data are used to train and test a neural network-based machine learning model, namely Multi-layer Perceptron (MLP). Once the related features are tailored for artificial neural network training and the hyperparameters are tuned accordingly by deploying an extensive grid search algorithm, the system achieved a good generalization of customer segmentation strategy and hence a good overall accuracy within a few epochs. The proposed system can be integrated into company's data framework such that it can frequently analyse the customer-related data tables and can decide whether a customer is to be promoted or is to remain unchanged. This automatic decision mechanism can improve company's customer satisfaction.
