Now a days the CI engines becomes very popular because of its wide applications in all sectors. But at the same time they produce the emissions which are harmful for human being. It is not able to meet the demands of compression ignition (CI) engines for greater fuel economy and reduced exhaust gas emissions with mechanically controlled fuel injection systems alone. The electronically controlled fuel injection system (ECU), which forms the core of a CI engine, has emerged as a crucial control technology in recent times. The common rail direct injection (CRDI) method lowers emissions while also increasing the brake thermal efficiency (BTE). Biodiesels are very good alternative to replace fossil fuel due to their distinct properties towards control emissions and availability. Another alternative fuel known as clean fuel is hydrogen, which burns with zero emissions. Researchers worldwide working seriously to explore dual fuel (DF) application for diesel engines with better fuel injection techniques that reduce harmful effects besides conserving diesel. Thus, it is necessary to talk about the operation, emissions, and combustion of CI, CRDI and DF engines that are powered by alternative fuels. This study provides a thorough analysis of the same.

As there is a need to increase employment, revenue, and forest utilisation, marketing forest products is crucial. The tribes exhibit remarkable diversity across the nation in regard to economic, social, political, educational, and health issues. In certain cases, they are also granted preferential treatment because of their socioeconomic status, and as a result, the Indian constitution assigns the state governments the duty of fostering their development. The federal and state governments are paying extra attention to them by holding awareness campaigns, seminars, and other events for their welfare in order to bring them up to speed with everyone else. This study, which is limited to the Muthanga tribal territory in the Wayanad district, focuses on the different marketing issues that members of the Sulthan Bathery Scheduled Tribes Service Co-operative Society confront and offers suggestions for how to improve the marketing situation for their products. It is determined through statistical research that the tribal people of Muthanga are not well-informed about marketing. Since the government does not take any action to promote their products or offer them any bonuses or subsidies, they are not happy with the help the government provides for marketing. The indigenous people lack adequate awareness of a number of projects, schemes, and other forms of assistance. They are compelled to provide the local traders a reduced price for their goods. In comparison to other items, they offer pure and high-quality goods, but their products do not have more demand or a fair price, and they encounter numerous marketing challenges.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is one of the most common chronic psychological disorders that affects school age children. It is characterised by the impulsivity, hyperactivity and inattention. It has been recognized as affecting child's ability to function and creates difficulties while paying attention. It affects about 5-7 % of children when diagnosed via the DSM-IV criteria, it diagnosed approximately twice as often in boys than girls and 1.6 times more often in men than in women. About 30-50 % of people diagnosed in childhood continue to have ADHD in adulthood, with 2.58 % of adult estimated to have ADHD which began in childhood. Material and Method: A quantitative approach Quasi-experimental without control group pre-test-post-test design was adopted to assess the effectiveness of planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among primary school teacher. The general system theory was adopted for conceptual framework. A total 30 primary school teacher were selected by using purposive convenient sampling technique. The instrument used for study is structured-questionnaire which consist of two sections, the first section is of demographic variables of primary school teachers and second section is contain 18 multiple choice questions to assess the knowledge regarding ADHD. The structured teaching program on ADHD was provided through lecture method for a period of 60 minutes. The post-test was given after 8 days. Collected data were analysed by using the descriptive and inferential statistics. RESULT:- The knowledge score of selected primary school teachers were poor before structured teaching programme. After the teaching programme 36.66 % has average knowledge and 63.33 % has good knowledge. The effectiveness of structured teaching programme was statistically tested by paired ''t'' value and the result found to be significant at P<0.001 level. There is no significant relationship between demographic variables and pre-test knowledge of subject on ADHD.

Carbamazepine is the drug of choice in the treatment of simple and complex partial seizures, trigeminal neuralgia and glossopharyngeal neuralgia. It is often preferred over phenobarbital Or phenytoin because of its anti-inflammatory properties and fewer side effects. This article Provides an overview of the mechanism of action and medicinal properties of carbamazepine to explain the most common side effects and toxic effects of the disease. Most of these effects, that is those affecting the nervous system or cardiovascular system, are related to increased use of the drug in plasma and disappear rapidly after treatment. Other less toxic conditions, such as aplastic anaemia or fatal liver disease, can be attributed to the unexpected. Carbamazepine Poisoning causes clinical symptoms with neurological and cardiovascular symptoms, usually Accidental and sometimes secondary to a combination of other drugs. The results are generally good, sometimes spontaneous recovery and the mortality rate is very Low. There is no specific antibiotic. Oral activated charcoal has been shown to be an effective Treatment that reduces the plasma half-life of the drug.

Many Indian cultures nurture the belief that each phase of human life is controlled by a particular holy power. Disease is regarded as divine rebuke to be appeased with the redoubling of faith. To this end, various health-giving and destroying deities have manifested all over India. These are fierce goddesses, praised in folk stories and legends, and worshipped primarily by lower caste, Dalit, Bahujan and tribal communities who have been excluded from Vedic Hindu temples and rituals. It has proved the claim of Victor Turner and Arnold van Gennep that rituals arise and become popular at the time of disorder, uncertainty, and anxiety. The practice of religious rituals of different deities to prevent illness and disease has also been very prominent still in the 21 st century in the areas deprived of timely and advanced medical facilities as found in the different parts of West Bengal, India. In Bengal, many folk deities like Shitala, Olabibi, Ateshwar, Babathakur, Basalee, are worshipped to get rid of the diseases like smallpox, cholera, diarrhea, infertility. This dependency of the folk people on gods and goddesses to get relief from illness has shaped the cultural activities of the Bengalis as Ernesto de Martino defines culture as 'result of the victorious struggle of the health of the pitfalls of disease'.

Depression is a common mental illness affecting many people worldwide. The number of diagnosed cases has been increasing recently. Current methods for diagnosing depression are often slow and not very accurate. We need better tools to find depression. Scientists are using brain wave signals called EEG to help diagnose depression. But in the past, they mostly looked at the whole brain, which was complicated and took a long time. They realized that looking at a specific part of the brain, the prefrontal lobe, is better for finding depression. To use this prefrontal brain data well, we need lots of good quality data. The regular machines used for EEG are big and hard to use. Some smaller ones can't capture the right data. So, we made a wearable device to get good brain data. In this study, we made a system to help diagnose depression using this wearable device. It also has a smart way to figure out if someone has depression. Our work shows promise in helping diagnose depression quickly. We explain how we made the device and the smart way to find depression.

Abstract Congenital heart disease (CHD) is the most common human birth defect and remains a leading cause of mortality in childhood. The advances in clinical management have improved the survival of children with CHD; adult survivors commonly experience cardiac and non-cardiac comorbidities, which affect quality of life and prognosis. Therefore, the elucidation of genetic etiologies of CHD not only has important clinical implications for genetic counselling of patients and families but may also impact clinical outcomes by identifying at-risk patients. Recent advancements in genetic technologies including massively parallel sequencing, have allowed for the discovery of new genetic etiologies for CHD. They are variant prioritization and interpretation of pathogenicity remain challenges in the field of CHD genomics, advances in single-cell genomics and functional genomics using cellular and animal models of CHD have the potential to provide novel insights into the underlying mechanisms of CHD and its associated morbidities. In this review, we provide an updated summary of the established genetic contributors to CHD and discuss recent advances in our understanding of the genetic architecture of CHD along with current challenges with the interpretation of genetic variation. Furthermore, we highlight the clinical implications of genetic findings to predict and potentially improve clinical outcomes in patients with CHD.
