Private Cellular Network (MANET) is a structure distributed among mobile nodes, which enables information to be shared without the need for infrastructure Nonetheless, due to the lack of a single regulatory authority; MANETs suffer a range of security problems, in contrary to its infrastructure-based equivalents. One of most difficult security challenges with MANETs is the black hole attack. Source and target interrupt data flow a black hole attack significantly lowers efficiency of the network. We propose a method in this work that Technology based on change hash value contained In the case of holding, namely Forward reply packet (RREP) in common protocols The Ad-Hoc on Demand Distance Vector (AODV) routing protocol is used to identify black hole nodes, thereby reducing data loss by rerouting the routes of these nodes. Our suggested approach outperforms current traditional Interruption Detection System (IDS) provided for AODV, as according simulation results.

Since past couple of decades, Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCM) are witnessed as a remarkable breakthrough in the field of construction and Civil Engineering. These include Alccofine and Nano Modifiers such as Tungsten Carbide (WC). The following discourse presents a thorough study of Alccofine as a supplementary cementitious compound and its role in enhancing mechanical properties including strength, durability and workability of concrete structure. This paper also focusses on the fact that how Alccofine can be better replacement to cement owing to its technical and economic reasons. This study is followed by the properties of Nano Particles, specifically Tungsten carbide and its effective utilization in concrete composition to enhance its overall mechanical properties which can be employed in forging High Performance Concrete.

Nations were under lockdown for a long period of time. Industries of all size and nature and the entire infrastructure of nations was in a standstill. People were made to work from home and made to sit at home to avoid risking the virus. The workforce was adjusting to the new configurations.Post the lifting of the lockdown, there will be further uncertainties at the workplace and shift in ways the workforce will work. It will be a new dawn of uncertainty and fear.

Abstract: The travel and tourism industry has emerged as one of the largest and fastest growing economic sectors globally. As per World Travel & Tourism Council Tourism Industry has contributed 9.2 % to total GDP of the economy and has shown 6.7% of growth in the year 2018.It has also created 42.67 million employment opportunities in the year 2018 and expected to generate 52.99 million opportunities in the year 2019.So it becomes necessary to study the growth in foreign tourist arrival and earnings out of it. The paper exposes the economic viability of the Indian tourism industry by employing secondary data taken from various national and international reports, journals, books, magazines and other pertinent literature of this discipline. This paper analyses the changes in number of foreign tourist arrival from 2012-13 to 2016-17 as well as share of tourism industry in GDP and employment generation in India. Descriptive research design has been used for the purpose. As far as tourism is concerned, the year 2017 was a remarkable year for India as it received more- than 10 million tourists for the first time in history, registering 14% growth in 2017 over 2016 and registered CAGR of 8.02%over 2012-13 to 2016-17.It also witnessed a foreign exchange earnings of 23,785 million US$ in the year 2016-17 over the year 2015-16 with a growth rate of 10.85% and having CAGR of 6.61% from 2012-13 to 2016-17It was also found out that although there is remarkable growth in FTAs and FEE the share of industry does not show increasing trend. The contribution to GDP from 2012-13 to 2015-16 is having negative CAGR of 8.91%.It was also observed that share in employment is also not increasing it reported CAGR of only 0.05% from 2012-13 to 2015-16.In conclusion, the government plays an important role in the tourism industry. Governments also have a role to play in building good road and communications' infrastructure, in curbing corruption, and creating political stability - all of which create a country which tourists are more likely to want to visit. There are many steps and campaigns intiated by govermennt as a result Tourism Indutsy is delivering such a growth It is a limitless industry with immense growth potential having clear remarkable positive impact on economic and social aspects of Indian economy.

Problem of communication between the individual human beings continues to occupy her attention but Anita Desai's major concern is with racial prejudices which alienate human beings from each other. She dramatizes the cultural contrast between India and England. East-West encounter is one of the major themes in Indo-Anglian writings but Desai concentrates on the psychological reactions of the persons facing such situations. The writer retraces her footsteps. Once again the problem is that of adjustment between the husband and the wife, the mother and the children. The heroine Sita in her novel feels that she is leading an inauthentic existence. Her husband Raman lives an ordinary life and he doesn't see anything wrong. They cannot understand the ways of each other. Sita feels, totally ignored by her husband and her children. Sita wants to assert herself but she is unable to do so. Her conflict is between 'yes' and 'no' ultimately she compromises. The problem is projected on a large scale. The characters can neither adjust with each other nor with the world outside. For Anita Desai's characters the problem is not of how to earn a living. Their problem is how to live.
