Discard Indian National Fake Flag and Host Real secular owner of India and Abroad Lord Natraz's Flag as national Anthum is made and sung in His honor and worship Story of Indian Flag starts in 1885 when Indian national congress was established. At the time of Independence 1947 by some modification it became Indian Flag . Two nation Theory was imposed and Nehru became PM by grace of George 6th who was king of England and gave independence on a lease of 99 years . Hence their Stumbha ( Mark of their Kingship at Rastrapati bhavan ) and Coronation Park still exist in India and india is member of British Colony called Common Wealth games performed every two yearly . This conspiracy ( Adharma ) was noticed by Lord Natraz BBB as Adharma by British Ruler and thus He reincarnated on 22.23 Dec 1949 and imposed Ownership act 1949 before constitution of India established in 26th Jan 1950. Means the Ruler is Almighty God Lord Natraz and His constitution is prevailing since 1949 rather than Constitution of India since 26th Jan 1950. Hence a Fake constitution is working since 26th Jan 1950 in which no place of Lord Natraz BBB as owner of this land in that Fake Constitution .

With increasing urbanization, the need for adequate affordable shelter also increases. Housing shortage is one of the major challenges faced in developing countries like India. It is imperative to provide housing that caters to all income groups with special focus on the low and middle income groups. In order to provide low cost housing, it is essential to adopt innovative sustainable technologies which are affordable, fast track, cost effective, durable as well as environment friendly. This paper discusses emerging innovative technologies that can be adopted in the country to lower housing construction cost and help in provision of mass affordable housing. Some of the technologies discussed are Tunnel form, Sismo building technology, Light Gauge Steel Framed Structural technology, Precast Sandwich Panel technology etc. These technologies are reviewed on various parameters like local availability, affordability, energy efficiency, structural stability, quality, speed, cost effectiveness, eco- friendliness and suitability for high rise construction. The advantages and limitations of the technologies are also mentioned. The paper highlights the potential barriers for adoption of these technologies in the Indian urban scenario and methods which can be employed to overcome those barriers in order to provide affordable housing for the low and middle income groups.

Moisture control is one of the most important factors, which is to be monitor, review and control to maintain attract-ability of the feed as well as protecting from fungus as well from mold. Excess moisture is to be eliminated and required moisture to be maintained. Excess moisture leads to Fungus and as well as Mold. Lower moisture may lead to loss of smell, creates dust, and affects its basic properties. By using Statistical quality control methods, cooler efficiency may be controlled and optimized moisture may be maintained in the feed.

Objective: This study evaluated the marginal fit of CAD/CAM copings milled from Cercon HT blocks. It also evaluated the effect of firing on the marginal fit of zirconia copings. Materials and method: A stainless steel master die was fabricated using CNC-lathe of dimensions with crown length of 6mm, width of 7mm having 1mm rounded shoulder finish line with 50 taper on each side with occlusal diameter of 5mm. It also had a orientation groove of 0.5mm. Impressions were made and were poured in type IV die stone. Each die was scanned with a Dentsply Sirona inEos X5 scanner to produce the copings. The copings were seated on the master die with approx. load of 50N. A stereomicroscope was used for direct viewing of the marginal gap. Image analysis software was used to measure the marginal gaps in micrometers. For zirconia copings the measurements for marginal gap were made before and after firing. Data was analyzed by paired t-test. Results: There was no significant difference between marginal fit of zirconia copings before and after porcelain firing (p<0.05). Conclusion: The marginal fit of the copings before ceramic firing was lesser than marginal fit after ceramic firing, but the difference between the two margins after firing was not significant. Both marginal configurations showed marginal gaps that were within a reported clinically acceptable range of marginal discrepancy.

The NCF-2005, NCFTE-2009 and the New Education Policy-2020 recommend teachers to be reflective practitioners. The realization of the concept of reflective teaching practice helps us to openly accept the new changes that are brought about by the education system and enables us to progress towards the betterment of the education system. A dedicated teacher always finds it enthusiastic and motivated to overcome these difficulties or problems. But it requires a teacher to be knowledgeable with the content of teacher education. Just knowing the content and theories does not entirely equip the teachers for the profession and solve their problem. A practical experience is said to be better than just conceptual understanding. The teacher has to evolve individualized strategies by applying his intellectual skills. Therefore the teacher education program is designed in such a way so that it helps the entrant teachers to equip themselves with the skills of teaching as well as the cognitive strategies required for the profession. Such a teacher who uses cognitive strategies to have an evidence informed-practice, who gathers evidences from efficient feedback system according to the changing demands, is a reflective teacher and such a teaching practice is a reflective teaching practice. Being a reflective teacher not only benefits the classrooms but indirectly the institution as well as the society. To become a reflective teacher the reflective teaching practices, which can be concluded as cognitive strategies at teacher education, need to be acquired by the teachers.

Bioluminescence is generally called a natural phenomenon that is to emit cold lights from the organisms like firefly, several arthropods, fishes and other living organisms. But now a days this is not constricted only in the natural area rather due to the development of science and technology proceeds and our needs also increasing day by day it is becoming a future technology and a boon for mankind using bioluminescence method in laboratory also by using several energy transfer techniques like LRET, BRET etc. The uses like electricity consumption, testing water turbidity or even in cell and molecular biology researches for new drug discoveries and disease detections like cancer are some ongoing research advancements in various countries.

The NREGS typically provide unskilled manual workers with short term employment on public works such as irrigation infrastructure, deforestation, soil conservation and road construction. The rationale for workfare programme rests on some basic considerations. The programmes provide income transfers to poor households during slack agricultural seasons or years. In countries with high unemployment rates, transfer benefits from workfare programmes can prevent poverty from worsening, especially during lean periods. Durable asset programmes may create the potential to generate a second round of employment benefits as necessary infrastructure is developed. The need to evolve a mechanism to supplement existing livelihood sources in rural areas was recognized early during development planning in India. The National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme 2005 referred as MNREGS was enacted on 25th August, 2005 and it came into force on 2nd February 2006. It marked a paradigm shift from the previous wage employment programmes with its rights-based approach that makes the Government legally accountable for providing employment to those who demand it. The scheme aims at Enhancing livelihood security of households in rural areas of the country by providing at least one hundred days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work.
