This research evaluated the system reliability metrics and performance indicators, quantify distribution feeder performance in terms of feeder downtime, availability, interruption rate, and overall system reliability. Monte Carlo Simulation was utilized to compare the reliability metrics before and after the implementation of automatic circuit reclosers to provide practical insights for CENPELCO, and to enhance system reliability through strategic placement of automatic circuit reclosers. The results have shown a notable reduction in the duration of sustained interruptions, leading to a corresponding increase in availability. This reduction in interruptions translates to improved feeder reliability which has a direct positive impact on the overall availability of the substation. The most significant outcome of the study is the substantial decrease in downtime, approximately 2,204.602 minutes, which can be attributed to the integration of Automatic Circuit Reclosers (ACRs). This device emerges as the preferred protective devices for swiftly re-energizing circuits after clearing transient faults, to minimize downtime. Moreover, the reliability forecast based on the results indicates that reliability has remained relatively constant resulting in the conversion of the saved SAIFI into MAIFI, which effectively constrains the overall number of interruptions. The study also substantiates that it is possible to maintain reliability while simultaneously increasing availability through the utilization of ACRs. This dual achievement not only enhances system performance but also contributes to increased customer satisfaction due to the reduction in downtime. Furthermore, this study provides validation for NEA's decision to exclude CAIDI and MAIFI from its reliability assessment mechanism. The observed pattern indicates that as SAIFI values are converted into MAIFI, there is a corresponding proportional reduction in SAIDI. Consequently, CAIDI, which measures restoration time, remains relatively constant. It is recommended to perform fault analysis and protection coordination before actual installation of ACRs considering actual ratings of all components of the feeders.

The Number of MSMEs in India growing day by day, the Government has tried to give an advantage to India by launching various initiatives to incentives the MSMEs to support the Economic Environment of the country. The gender equality becoming a major concern in policy drafting the MSMEs Ministry has permitted women by setting up more than 1.38 lakh projects under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP). Even though Total percentage of Women Entrepreneurs is only 13.76% in India, their contribution to the MSME stands close to 30% under various schemes. These numbers highlight the potential of women in terms of contribution to these new growth instruments. India still ranks third highest in Entrepreneurship-Gender-Gap across the world, with only eight million Female Entrepreneurs against Male Entrepreneurs over fifty million. Women Entrepreneurs are more willing to take up activities that were once considered the preserve of men and proved that they are second to no one in regard to contribution to Indian Economy in India. Women Entrepreneurs can make significant qualitative changes in Economic landscapes of the Country. The Office of DC(MSME) has also opened a Women Cell to Provide Co-Ordination and Assistance to Women Entrepreneurs.

Glaucoma is considered as one of the biggest health problem in world. It's main cause of blindness due to asymptomatic nature in early stages and also due to patient compliance. It's estimated that 2.2 million people in the United States and 67 million people worldwide have glaucoma. The reduction of intraocular pressure( IOP) by medicinal or surgical means has been a tribune treatment for glaucoma. The number of medicines are effective in reducing IOP. These medicines are substantially applied as eye drops. Still, patient compliance can be poor and due to multitudinous disadvantages of conventional ophthalmic lozenge forms, several new delivery systems designed to address the issue of conventional dosage forms and to insure harmonious reduction of IOP. This delivery system includes In- situ gels, optical inserts, optical implants, microneedles, Nano system, contact lenses, etc. This review is about NDDS which are applicable in the treatment of Glaucoma along with their formulation, mechanism and other applications.

Usher syndrome (USH) stands out as the predominant hereditary condition leading to concurrent impairment of both hearing and vision. In certain instances, individuals affected by ush also experience balance irregularities and bilateral vestibular areflexia. Initially documented by Albrecht von Graefe in 1858, the syndrome earned its moniker from charles usher, wh o extensively presented cases exhibiting a combination of hearing loss and retinopathy in 1914. Ush is clinically categorized into three primary types, denoted as 1, 2, and 3. These variations arise from mutations in distinct genes and further subdivide into specific subtypes. Currently, a total of nine causative genes have been unequivocally identified as contributors to the syndrome when undergoing mutation: MYO7A, USH 1C, CDH23, PCDH15, and USH 1g (sans) for Usher type 1; USH 2A, ADGRV1, and when for Usher type 2; CLRN1 for Usher type 3. The inheritance pattern of USH follows an autosomal recessive trait. This comprehensive review delves into the causative forms, diagnostic approaches, prognostic considerations, ongoing research, and emerging treatments in the realm of USH.

Abstract: Rural tourism stands as a significant economic contributor for various nations, profoundly impacting their economies. Aspects like national relations, cultural richness, educational advancements, trade dynamics, and international affiliations hold immense importance in rural life, directly influencing the lives of its inhabitants. Journeying through India transcends mere visits to cities and landmarks; the authentic essence of India reveals itself in its numerous villages. The burgeoning interest among travelers in the concept of rural tourism is palpable, driven by a curiosity for India's natural beauty and its tourism offerings. The yearning to escape the urban bustle, an increasing inclination toward organic produce, and the drive to preserve traditional rural lifestyles collectively spark the need for non-urban tourism experiences. The scope of rural tourism is extensive and challenging to precisely define. It encompasses various facets of rural existence, including culture, arts, and heritage across remote towns and hamlets, delivering both economic and social advantages to local communities. There exists a diverse array of interpretations regarding rural tourism, encapsulating the entirety of rural life and its inherent cultural richness. Broadly put, rural tourism constitutes a form of travel that generates economic and social dividends by promoting rural culture and lifestyle while preserving the identity and heritage of rural communities. This study aims to delve into the understanding, prospects, and sustainability of village tourism.

Over the counter (OTC) medicines are the drugs that can be sold without the prescription of a registered medical practitioner to the consumer to treat infectious disease. The advantages of over- the- counter drugs are Lower cost, Convenience, Availability and the ability to control one's own disease When you use drugs inappropriately, the risk of drug abuse, addiction, and side effects increases. Abuse and misuse is characterized by taking too much of an approved treatment or prescription when the harms and negative consequences outweigh the benefits. These include self-medication with higher and longer doses than recommended. Knowledge and understanding need to be improved and legislation to promote the judicious and rational use of over-the-counter medicines needs to be introduced.

Genus Habenaria is distributed throughout Western Ghats of peninsular India and Srilanka. This beautiful terrestrial orchid genus get escaped from the attention of researchers due to its short life span because of which many aspects such as cytology, anatomy, pollination biology and physiology remains unrevealed. Hence in present investigation an attempt was done to evaluate the foliar pigments in this terrestrial orchid genus. Foliar pigment analysis was done by following standard spectroscopic method. In present study eighteen species were analysed for their foliar content in leaves. Chlorophyll-a content (mg 100-1g of fresh tissue) has been significantly less in four species having dorsiventrally flat leaves. A negative correlation between leaf thickness and pigment concentrations was observed during present studies while a positive correlation between leaf size and foliar pigment content is observed during present study.
