Student is a stage of life, where one cultured themselves what they see, read and experience in life. Their understandings and knowledge reflect the true scenario of the present situation of society. So, exploring student's viewpoints and knowledge on social issues is very important to understand the existing situation of particular society. The present research attempts to highlight the knowledge of students in the milieu of contemporary social conflict and its related consequences on society and student's academic life. Information presented in the paper has been furnish from data collected through ethnographic study by using interview schedules from 645 students studying between class 11th to master level. The informants were selected through convenience sampling. The study revealed that Manipur is passing through various types of social conflict and unrest. These social conflicts have badly impacts on education, socio-economic, political and health status of the state. Public transports are ceased to finding and institutions are also closed during those public curfews. Such situation makes student unwillingly absent in school and college. In addition, the respondents are suffering mental disturbance from their exposure in such situation and more focus on social issues and less interest on study may affects their academic career.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) serves as a pivotal tool in diagnosing brain tumors, enabling non-invasive visualization of pathological tissues. However, the accuracy of tumor classification from MRI scans can be improved by leveraging advanced techniques like Super-Resolution (SR) and deep learning models. This paper presents an innovative approach utilizing ResNet (Residual Networks) in tandem with SR techniques for enhancing the resolution of MRI scans and subsequently classifying brain tumors with high accuracy. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology in achieving superior classification performance compared to traditional methods.

The enduring and historical presence of the entrepreneurial spirit within our culture underscores its pivotal role in driving economic growth, job creation, and innovation. This research recognizes entrepreneurship as a catalyst for adaptive business models, marked by a transition towards knowledge-based products and higher-level services. In the face of global economic uncertainties, entrepreneurs emerge as change agents, employing creative thinking, agility, and technological acumen to navigate challenges and attract skilled talent. The rapid evolution of India's technology startup ecosystem, with the prominence of unicorns, serves as a focal point for analysis. This study aims to illuminate the concept of entrepreneurship, examining pre-COVID and post-COVID trends to enhance understanding and fortify entrepreneurial endeavours in India. Additionally, it offers insights into the future of entrepreneurship in the country, accompanied by recommendations to bolster resilience within the entrepreneurial landscape.

A 'hand gesture' based easy to operate navigation mechanism using the wireless technology in the form of wheelchair control system is presented in this work. This work proposes an integrated approach for detection, tracking and recognition of hand gestures in real time. The approach uses acceleration technology to establish a reliable medium of human-machine interaction for the movement control of an intelligent wheelchair. The remote-control facility up to 60 meters and obstacle avoidance technology provided for additional comfort during navigation task for elderly or disabled people. The wheelchair motion is controlled by employing Arduino microcontroller interfaces with accelerometer sensor, motor driver unit, and edge detection sensors. The designed system was tested with five experiments by two subjects independently.

ABSTRACT The modern method of analysis are essential for qualitative and quantitative study of medicinal herbs. In present study a simple precious, sensitive, selective, accurate UV spectroscopic method has been developed for the determination of chamomile in formulation shows ?max at 390nm. Beer's Lambert law was found over a contraction range 1-8 ?g/L. The observations of this spectroscopic study were verified statistically and were found to be satisfactory. The method was found to be validated and can we used for the routine analysis of chamomile and other herbs.

Now a days food adulterant is commonly used in food industry because of excessive production and preservation of food. Melamine is a food adulterant which has several industrial uses. There are various toxicological reports about the health effect of melamine on various organ of experimental and human system. There is a knowledge gap about the toxic effect of melamine on digestive system or duodenal contraction. The objective of our present study was to examine the probable toxic effect of melamine on contraction of duodenum. We used here male albino rat for our experiment for 5% and 10% of LD50 doses of melamine and 28 days treatment duration. We observed from our study that both frequency of contraction and force of contraction duodenum were increased in both the experimental doses compared to the duodenal contraction of control rat. We also observed significant degenerative changes in the cell layers of duodenum. From this results we may concluded that melamine facilitate the duodenal contraction by augmenting the cholinergic neuronal pathway.

According to the California Department of Justice, there were 59,371 juveniles referred to probation in 2019, and the majority of those referrals were for misdemeanor crimes. Teenagers, as well as younger children, will experiment and rebel--sometimes in ways that conflict with the law. Their actions can have drastic consequences on not only their own lives, but their parents' and legal guardians' lives as well. At McCready Law Group, I'm committed to understanding your child's situation, determining how your child's crime may impact you, and providing you both with a strong legal defense. I will explain how your Duty to Exercise Reasonable Care can influence your outcome, as well as how the relevant California laws affect your case. I'm committed to offering experienced legal guidance and vigorous representation to all of my clients. My firm is proud to serve individuals in Long Beach, Cypress Hill, and Lakewood, California, as well as nearby communities. When a child engages in willful misconduct or intentional acts, the parent can be held to account. Vicarious liability means holding a more responsible person responsible for another's acts. Children cannot take responsibility for their own actions, so their parents must assume liability. Parents have moral and legal responsibilities towards their child. If they set a bad example to their children, they will definitely follow in their steps. In other words, they are the primary teachers and discipliners of their children. Most states have parental responsibility laws that kick in when a child is born and end when a child turns 18 years old. A few states limit liability to children above a certain age (for example, 10 or 11) or extend responsibility up to the age of 21 years old. Parents can be held responsible for the harm their minor children cause, but not in every situation. Sometimes children can be taken to court too. Simply warning a child about a possible danger is not always enough. Judges put a lot of emphasis on parents' ability to predict their child's actions. Some judges find that parents who ignore their child's bad behaviour are responsible. They think these parents should have made an extra effort to warn their children and take precautions. Criminal law, unlike civil law, is less likely to hold defendants liable for the actions of a third party, even if that third party is the defendant's child. This is because in criminal law defendants face incarceration and the associated stigma that comes with a conviction. Both Crumbley parents have pleaded not guilty to four counts each of involuntary manslaughter. If convicted on all counts, they each face a maximum prison sentence of 60 years and maximum fines of US$30,000. Unable to make the combined $1 million bond, they appeared before a judge on Dec. 3, 2021, in prison uniforms and chains. In the rare instances that parents of school shooters are prosecuted, they are normally charged with crimes such as child abuse, child neglect and failure to properly secure a firearm. The charge lodged against the Crumbleys, involuntary manslaughter, also known as gross negligent homicide, is even more uncommon. But it's not without precedent.
