Objectives: 1. To assess the pre-existing level of perceived stress among students preparing for competitive exams in coaching centers of selected areas. 2. To assess the pre-existing level of anxiety among students preparing for competitive exams in coaching centers of selected areas. 3. To assess the effectiveness of breath awareness meditation technique on level of perceived stress among students preparing for competitive exams in coaching centers of selected areas. 4. To assess the effectiveness of breath awareness meditation technique on level of anxiety among students preparing for competitive exams in coaching centers of selected areas. 5. To find association of study findings with selected demographic variables. Method: The researcher used quantitative research approach in the present study. The research design that is chosen for this study is Quasi- experimental design. The non-randomized control group design was used for the study. Non probability purposive sampling technique was used to select the samples. Tool: The researcher used structured questionnaire to assess level of perceived stress and anxiety. Results: The finding of the study revealed that highly significant difference was found between pre and post-test score of breath awareness meditation technique of respondents from Experimental group. No significant difference was found between pre and post-test perceived stress score of respondents from Control group. Highly significant difference was found between post-test perceived stress score of respondents from Experimental and control group. Highly significant difference was found between pre and post-test anxiety scores of respondents from Experimental group. No significant difference was found between pre and post-test anxiety scores of respondents from control group. Highly significant difference was found between post-test anxiety score of respondents from Experimental and control group. The study came to the conclusion that students had high and moderate perceived stress and severe anxiety in the pre- test. Breath awareness meditation technique was found to be effective in reducing the perceived stress and anxiety of the samples.

The safety of vaccines is a critical factor in maintaining public trust in national vaccination programs. Vaccines are recommended for children, adults and elderly subjects and have to meet higher safety Standards, since they are administered to healthy subjects, mainly healthy children. Although vaccines are Strictly monitored before authorization, the possibility of adverse events and/or rare adverse events Cannot be totally eliminated. Two main types of influenza vaccines are currently available: parenteral inactivated influenza vaccines And intranasal live attenuated vaccines. Both display a good safety profile in adults and children. However, they can cause adverse events and/or rare adverse events, some of which are more prevalent in children, While others with a higher prevalence in adults. Influenza is a vaccine preventable disease and vaccination remains the most effective Method of controlling the morbidity and mortality of seasonal influenza, especially with respect To risk groups. To date, three types of influenza vaccines have been licensed: inactivated, live-Attenuated, and recombinant haemagglutinin vaccines. Effectiveness studies allow an assessment of the positive effects of influenza vaccines in the field. The aim of this review is to provide an overview of influenza vaccine safety according to target groups, Vaccine types and production methods, influenza virus; vaccine; effectiveness etc.

Abstract Guerrilla marketing is an advertising approach that emphasizes the use of low-cost marketing strategies to maximize the amount of exposure that a product or service receives. American business writer Jay Conrad Levinson coined the phrase "guerrilla marketing" in his 1984 book "Guerrilla Advertising." Since the internet first came into being, guerrilla marketing has become increasingly popular among marketers. In guerilla marketing, originality is crucial. Guerrilla marketing utilises similar techniques to guerilla warfare, but from a marketing standpoint. Guerrilla warfare uses tactics including ambushes, raids, and elements of surprise. The purpose of such a plan is to surprise the customer, make a deep impact, and generate a lot of conversation on social media. In contrast to conventional marketing and advertising, the goal is to leave a deep and enduring impression on customers. The marketing discipline known as "guerrilla marketing" employs unusual strategies to advance a brand or product. Guerrilla marketing campaigns can be conducted by brands offline, online, or a combination of the two. Keywords; Unconventional Marketing, Advertisement, Sales, Product Services.

Abstract: Race discrimination in America has always provided black poetry with a theme. This theme of discrimination is also a prominent theme of Haki R. Madhubuti's poetry. Haki Madhubuti was one of the pre-eminent cultural nationalists during the Black Power and Black Arts/Consciousness Movements. Through his poems, he reflects on the suffering felt by black people in America. He combines a strong commitment to racial identity and equality with a mastery of poetic techniques. He is known as a revolutionary poet who wrote to encourage African men, women, and children to armed revolution because, in his eyes, their history and current condition made struggle necessary. He was regarded by many of his contemporaries as a significant cultural minister and leader. This paper analyzes some of his poems and establishes him as a revolutionary poet.

Rotator cuff disease is a common cause of shoulder pain and disability. This literature review assessed the efficacy of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) for treating rotator cuff related conditions. Three randomized controlled trials published between 2016-2020 were included. Results showed TENS therapy combined with standard treatment has a greater impact on reducing pain and disability than standard treatment alone. One trial found patients recieving TENS had significantly lower pain scores and 25% less opioid use after rotator cuff repair surgery compared to placebo TENS. However, the quality of evidence overall is poor. practitioners should communicate the uncertainity of treatment effects and consider other approaches. Further high quality trials are needed to determine if TENS improve outcomes for patients with rotator cuff disease. This review cocludes TENS may provide short-term pain relief and should be used alongside exercise and manual therapy, but long-term impacts are unknown.
