Ensuring faculty members job satisfaction is important to retain the faculty members and to deliver lecture effectively to the students to learn a lot. This paper presents review of past literature of job satisfaction among agricultural faculty members. The purpose of the review is to identify gaps and explore different factors affecting job satisfaction. On the basis of previous literature review, it has been found that apart from gender differences and performance, age-group, married and unmarried, family background and work output and social identity other motivational factors such as recognition, working conditions, achievement, opportunities for growth and development where positively correlated with job satisfaction. The researcher also found that job satisfaction of faculty members is very critical aspect for all the agricultural universities and it affects performance of faculty members and quality of education in all the agricultural universities. Thus this area of job satisfaction among faculty members is a well-researched and well discussed topic all over the world.

One of the most difficult factors to account for into Transport is the time to reach destination in right time. Buses, trains and carrier may be late for any number of reasons, from traffic congestion, to bad weather, to vehicle failures. Late buses can cause riders to opt for other forms of transit, losing revenue for the transit authority and encouraging car usage. The rate of increasing the number of vehicles is at points even more than the overall population increase rate, which leads to more congested and dangerous roadwaysMachine learning techniques can be used here to accurately predict time oft transport arrivals based on real-times transport position data and factors like traffic congestion, expected operational delays, as well as the time it takes to load passengers at different stops.Few machine learning techniques applied and compare this machine learning filtering algorithm.

Abstract: Viruses cause various diseases and syndrome in humans. Some have even evolved with time to show infection in humans. Human Beta coronaviruses of SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV, and influenza virus are very common pandemic caused viruses. Even the symptoms, transmission and the severity of the disease also very close to each other. But, current pandemic caused SARS-CoV-2 infection and mortality rate was too high. At present, there are no specific, effective drugs or vaccines for SARS-CoV-2.But, there are some drugs, vaccines, treatment and prevention of influenza virus are available. Based on this information, this study highlighted to compare the genomic sequence and GC content of SARS-CoV-2, SARS-CoV-1 and influenza viruses. From this study we conclude SARS-CoV-2 sequence has high genomic variety of due to this reason its get consecutive transmutation.

As an important sector of Indian economy, gems and jewellery sector plays vital role in Indian economy. In this research paper researcher analysed a study of sources and applications of funds of selected gems and jewellery companies. For this study researcher uses secondary data method as collection of data. For the analysis of data researcher has use trend analysis as accounting tool and analysis of variance (ANOVA) as statistical tool. After applying this tool researcher found that some sources of fund have significant difference i.e. equity share capital, reserve and surplus and some sources of fund have no significant difference i.e. total debt between the companies. On the other side researcher found that there is no significant difference in application of fund between the companies.

The socio-economic contribution of the Indian state of West Bengal, which has been subjected to repeated partitions and transfer of population during the last one hundred and fifty odd years to serve the interest of the colonial and national rulers, is immense. Bengal was one of the wealthiest regions of the Asian subcontinent prior to the invasion of the British East India Company in 1757. Though Bengal faced many odds during the colonial era, nevertheless, it could retain its leadership position in economic performance compared to other parts of the Indian sub-continent. Even after its 6th partition in 1947, West Bengals industrial contribution was highest among all the states of India till the early 1950s. Then the decline started. The partition of Bengal has destroyed the age old trade routes and the eco-system of the entire Eastern and North eastern parts of this subcontinent. Due to this, Indias North East Region (NER) and West Bengal have suffered more compared to East-Pakistan (Bangladesh). Partition of Bengal has severely affected NER of India. The policy-makers of Assam, Mizoram, Tripura and Meghalaya should reflect to which side they must look at, East or West, for their long term development. Better economic and cultural engagements with Bangladesh and West Bengal are likely to offer them better prospects to break their geophysical trap and help to access huge global market using the sea. Apparently West Bengal and NER exhibit signs of a regional and internal colony of modern India. There exists scope for further research on these critical aspects of the socio-economic structure of these peripheral states of India.

Contemporary Project Management has designed mathematical-based instruments models for project preparation, scheduling and monitoring, expenditures and costs Capabilities. The two important project management techniques that assist the project managers to schedule the projects are Critical Path Method (CPM) And Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT). In this paper we are heading to analyze the total cost of the project which includes the direct cost, indirect cost and finding the cost slope by the given values. Some in several project network models activities are closely linked to each other, such as procurement activities of a basic nature study tools and events.

.( Many epithets are ascribed to Agni like Vais?va?nara ,Tanunapa?t, Gr?hapati, Ja?taveda,Hota ?etc. Vedic poets have employed different epithets to bring out a clear-cut picture of Vedic gods. Threefold nature of Agni Vais?va?nara is remarkable in the R?gVeda whereas his naturalistic concept is much discussed by western indologists. The expressions like pita?, na?bhi, hota?, kavikratu, purohita,du?ta etc. very well indicate its earthly nature. But the concept of Vais?va?nara is very vast and he cant be limited only to earth or terrestrial fire, as propounded by Ya?ska etc.)

This research study is aimed to provide opinions of the students learning economics with the help of Edmodo, a learning management system used for collaborative learning. The said research paper provides the views of the students about the effects of Edmodo on their learning to teach economics and availability of Edmodo. The research used a case study, which is one method of descriptive research. In this case students learning economics used Edmodo to share activities they had designed that centered on subject specific concepts taught in economics. There are 379 students participated in the study. The author developed a questionnaire and it included both closed-ended and open-ended questions; the questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. Descriptive and content analysis methods were used to analyze the data obtained from the study. Blended classrooms include face-to-face instruction techniques such as lecture, group discussions, and small-group work while also using technology to provide online learning that students can do at home, provided they have access to necessary technology. The results obtained from the data analysis showed that the students generally had positive views about the use of Edmodo in student education programmes.
