The Sundarban region is one of the most water-forest-swamp areas in the south-easternmost province of India and is a diverse reservoir of socio-economic, religious and folk culture. This region is the land of relatively ancient civilization. The ancient lower caste Poundras or Pods are the majority population of this region. This predominantly Poundra region was later populated by Muslims, Christians, Portuguese, Mugh, Firingi and Tribal peoples. As the British took over the colonial power of Bengal, they adopted a plan to capture the Sundarbans in order to expand the agricultural land and increase the revenue. During this time the forest area was divided into different areas and given to the landlords, latdars and leaseholders. They brought tribal people from Chhotnagpur, Manbhum, Singhbhum region for the need of skilled labor in forest harvesting. These tribal people like Santal, Munda, Oraon, Ho, Bhumij etc. started living on the condition of getting agricultural land without going back to their native land. Later, the little land they we under the control of the zamindars, latdars, leaseholders etc. They are forced to engage in occupations like farming, fishing and crab hunting, collecting wax and honey from the forest in order to save their lives. Not only did the profession change; Due to their long residence in the Sundarbans region, they have adapted various norms and features of the local socioculture. Particularly among the Sundarbans, the worship of the main deity called 'Marangburu' or 'Singbonga' is disconnected. As the main component of their Karam Puja is the Karam tree, they worship the Kadam tree of this region instead. Moreover, along with the worship of deities like Tusu, Bhadu, etc., they expanded the religious sphere by connecting with the local Hindu society's deities like Dakshinaraya, Vanadevi, Vishalakshi, Kaluraya, Gangadevi, etc. Moreover, the tribals continue to live their struggling lifestyle through the adjustment, change, evolution and adaptation of clothing, food habits, home construction, linguistic and tribal justice systems.

Front can bumper not only provide aesthetic look to the car, but also it provides safety to the car passenger. It is generally made up by plastic, rubber, fiber material to withstand up to certain amount of impact. On higher impact it should collapse and should not create any damage on other car parts, body as well as passenger. Maximum impact force must be absorbed by the bumper. There are other several reasons why we use the plastic material for manufacturing car bumper. The cost of the bumper is also an important factor which should be considered while the manufacturing. But the ultimate aim of the car bumper is to provide the maximum safety to the car passenger and other parts by absorbing maximum impact shock. While development of the bumper several tests are to be taken with different materials. Like vibration test, Crash test, Load test, Buckling Test etc. Results of these tests decide the usability of the bumper. In this paper different bumper materials are to be tested with FEA Tool known as ANSYS 2020 R1. For this purpose, Maruti Wagon R car bumper is chosen with different materials from which it could be manufactured by considering all safety aspects. Virtual CAD Model is taken and imported into ANSYS Software to perform required analysis virtually. Further results are compared with each other and based on generated results, best suitable material is suggested to provide maximum safety with minimum cost.

There is a new public health crises threatening the world with the emergence and spread of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) or the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The virus originated in bats and was transmitted to humans through yet unknown intermediary animals in Wuhan, Hubei province, China in December 2019. There have been around 96,000 reported cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-2019) and 3300 reported deaths to date (05/03/2020). The disease is transmitted by inhalation or contact with infected droplets and the incubation period ranges from 2 to 14 d. The symptoms are usually fever, cough, sore throat, breathlessness, fatigue, malaise among others. The disease is mild in most people; in some (usually the elderly and those with comorbidities), it may progress to pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and multi organ dysfunction. Many people are asymptomatic. The case fatality rate is estimated to range from 2 to 3%. Diagnosis is by demonstration of the virus in respiratory secretions by special molecular tests. Common laboratory findings include normal/ low white cell counts with elevated C-reactive protein (CRP). The computerized tomographic chest scan is usually abnormal even in those with no symptoms or mild disease. Treatment is essentially supportive; role of antiviral agents is yet to be established. Prevention entails home isolation of suspected cases and those with mild illnesses and strict infection control measures at hospitals that include contact and droplet precautions. The virus spreads faster than its two ancestors the SARS-CoV and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), but has lower fatality. The global impact of this new epidemic is yet uncertain.

The implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE) in the Universities of India is a marked departure from the teacher-centric traditional teaching style practiced prior to the implementation. Given the blanket implementation of the program in a higher level of educational institutes across all fields of academics, it has become necessary to gauge the ground-level implementation. This encompasses the changes in Teacher's role, their perspective, and teaching pedagogy in a classroom environment. Learners' participation in a classroom environment, lifetime learning capacity building as well as ability to achieve exit outcomes has been necessitated through the implementation of OBE.
