 Abstract

Physical education serves the main purpose of making the body strong, healthy and able to overcome adversity in the outer world and give meaning to life by helping one attain Purusharth Chatushtya. Physical education students learn skills in exercises that help them stay in shape. Pupils who want to play sports are provided with specialized training and game preparation. Through physical education, students can increase their ability and confidence to participate in physical activities. It was included in the curriculum by the Central Council for Secondary Education. The main objective of introducing and promoting physical education is to raise physically literate individuals who have the skills and information necessary to lead healthy lives for the rest of their lives. People can re-engage in activities without the help of certified trainers after completing the necessary training. The main goal of physical education is to teach students the development of their bodies and self-care techniques, including everything from basic hygiene to nutrition control. It takes expertise to understand exactly what they are doing and why. This increases their expertise in the field of physical education. In this essay, we discuss the many benefits that physical education provides to children, such as improving mental health, developing a competitive spirit, and more. Physical education not only helps maintain physical fitness, but also promotes mental and physical well-being in youth

 Abstract

India's rural markets present a significant opportunity for the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This study examines the comparative growth, challenges, and opportunities in the FMCG market of rural India, a segment often characterised by high potential but underserved markets. Despite the promising growth due to rising incomes, infrastructure improvements, and government support, FMCG companies face challenges in distribution, price sensitivity, and product penetration. The research analyses the major drivers of growth, the strategies employed by FMCG companies to overcome challenges, and the future outlook for rural markets. Key challenges such as logistics, consumer awareness, and competition are discussed. The paper provides insights into how companies can capitalise on these opportunities through product innovation, supply chain improvements, and leveraging technology.

 Abstract

In the globalized world, proficiency in English is indispensable for technocrats who aspire to excel in their careers. This study explores the methodologies, challenges, and benefits of English language teaching (ELT) specifically tailored for technocrats. It highlights the necessity of integrating English language skills with technical education to enhance communication, collaboration, and professional growth in the engineering and technological sectors. The research identifies key competencies required for effective communication in the professional environment, including technical writing, presentation skills, and cross-cultural communication. It also examines the pedagogical approaches best suited for technocrats, such as task-based learning, industry-specific language training, and the use of technology-enhanced learning tools. Challenges such as varying proficiency levels, resistance to language learning among technocrats, and the need for context-specific language instruction are discussed. The study proposes solutions like personalized learning paths, collaborative projects, and continuous language support to address these challenges. Furthermore, the benefits of proficient English language skills for technocrats are elucidated, including improved job performance, enhanced career prospects, and the ability to participate in international projects and collaborations. In this juncture, the study underscores the critical role of English language teaching in equipping technocrats with the communication skills necessary to thrive in the global technological landscape. It calls for educational institutions and industry stakeholders to prioritize and invest in robust ELT programs that cater to the specific needs of technocrats.

Now a day development of city and urbanization area that effect environment like decrease of green open space, growth of pollution, natural disaster, ect. In modern horticulture use soil technology, plant breeding, study of plant physiology and plant pathology that helped society to gain knowledge of social science. Ecosystem restoration process are use to restored indigenous plants, ex situ conservation in botanical gardens. Some techniques to focused on ecosystem we apply less water crops that's advanced irrigation technology, integrated pest management, cultural and heritage preservation that help to conservation initiatives, employment opportunities, increased awareness. Some innovation in Indian hortitourism like solar water pumping, solar crop dryer, and solar energy use in greenhouse concept.  Abstract

Rabindranath Tagore-the Indian grande-preneur-wrote a lot of his poems about nature as well as its environs. It is unclear, however how many of his poems explicitly focus on the issue of eco-criticism. Literary ecology was the original idea that developed into eco-criticism. Ecocriticism is a term which refers to the study of interaction between literature and nature. Tagore often criticized the beauty of nature in his poems. He has depicted magnificent scenes of landscapes, rivers, forests, and mountains while going into the details of flora and fauna of the countryside. The present study aims to look into how eco-criticism is incorporated and how important it is in some of the works by the renowned Indian author Rabindranath Tagore. Eco-criticism aimed at highlighting ecological and environmental aspects that are portrayed in literary texts. Though a very recent field of study, with much growing interest in eco-criticism, Tagore's works have not been explored in depth regarding their potential.

 Abstract

The field of medicine and missionary work in Africa have been profoundly touched by the life and works of pioneering missionary physician - Helen Roseveare. This essay examines Roseveare's all-encompassing method of treatment, highlighting her dedication to fusing spiritual ministry with medicine. The research emphasizes her creative approaches to meeting the material and spiritual needs of the communities she served, drawing on her vast experiences in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Roseveare's focus on empowerment, education, and community involvement is discussed as a paradigm for modern missionaries and healthcare professionals. The research paper shows how her approach not only improved individual lives but also generated sustainable community development by examining her writings and the results of her medical endeavours. In the end, the study highlights how important Roseveare's legacy is to contemporary medicine and how her legacy challenges contemporary professionals to adopt a more integrated and compassionate approach, bridging the gap between medicine and mission in a manner that respects both practice and patient sovereignty.

 Abstract

Cancer is defined as a group of symptoms associated with unconditional & uncontrolled cell division with possibility of proliferation to other parts of body. There are no exact signs or symptoms that define Cancers other than failure to respond to the standard treatment for a particular disease, unexplainable loss of weight, failure to thrive. Weight loss is also associated with chemotherapy and radiation therapy for cancer treatment. The weight loss and failure to thrive is also explained in Rajayakshma in Charaka Samhita. Here we contemplate use of Mustydi Yapana Basti (MYB) as a way to reverse Anuloma Dhatukshayajanya Rajayakshma.

 Abstract

Pedestrian delay is one of the concerning or related topics to pedestrian behavior at signalized intersections. When people try to cross the road, they may maintain the traffic signal and may not follow for some reasons. Those are there is a chance may be more crowded while crossing the road or maybe they are using mobile phones or maybe they are carrying more language with them. So, these all are having the chance of pedestrian delay. But the main problem is when serious accidents happen due to the delay of pedestrians, at that time, it is required to identify whose mistake it is and the reason behind that. Apart from that to reduce the crossing time or to save time, people sometimes do not follow the traffic signals also and this one more observed in teenagers. The majority of delays were decreased by those who started crossing during the flashing Don't Walk phase, even though only a minor portion of delays were reduced by beginning to cross when the signal was formally red. Compared to the number of people who would have arrived at the curb at the same time if arrivals were random, fewer pedestrians approached crosswalks during the flashing Don't Walk phases. Some pedestrians are expected to move quickly to enter during the flashing Don't Walk phase instead of waiting for the next Walk time. To provide a more accurate evaluation of pedestrian delay at signalized crossings, a delay equation was updated. Here the author created a model which can analyze pedestrian behavior and calculate the delay time based on the behavior of the pedestrian by using deep learning and open CV techniques. For that, the author collected the data through different live video footage of pedestrians from different sites and locations. Here the author focuses more on the school and bus station zones because these areas have more chances to delay due to the language carriage, college or university zones, and many more.
