In December 2019, a novel coronavirus named as SARS-CoV-2 caused a sequence of acute atypical respiratory diseases. The virus initiated in bats and was transferred to humans through yet unknown intermediate animals in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China 2019. The disease caused by this virus was named COVID-19. The symptoms related with this illness are cough, fever, running nose, mostly the respiratory issues. The peculiar thing is there is no accessible treatment or vaccine to treat this disease. There are only protective measures that can stop or control this virus spread. In March 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are monitoring the pandemic and posting updates on their websites. WHO launched the "Solidarity is an international clinical trial to help find an effective treatment for COVID-19. Clinical trials and investigations to find out more about the virus, its origin, how it affects humans, and its management are ongoing. Several antiviral agents have been explored as possible therapeutic options to address the COVID-19 pandemic. Epidemiological studies showed that older patients were more vulnerable to severe diseases, however childrens tend to possess milder symptoms. Here we reviewed the updated knowledge about this syndrome and measured the possible description of the different symptomatology among childrens and adults. There have been nearby 96,000 described cases of corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and 3300 described deaths to date (05/03/2020).

Face recognition is most important in recent years as human face plays major role in conveying identity. Face recognition is one of the biometric methods used to identify individuals by features of faces. It is mostly used in many applications of face recognition such as criminal identification, security system, image and film processing etc.. Face recognition still is a challenging task since faces are highly dynamic and may be affected by changes in scene, such as in head pose, face expression or illumination. Face pattern representation also requires several dimensions which are additional challenges for face recognition. This paper gives review on different techniques of face recognition. Analysis of face images can be done by using various algorithms and software.

Drug delivery systems including chemical, physical and biological agents which will enhance the bioavailability, improve pharmacokinetics and reduce toxicities of the drugs. Carrier erythrocytes are one among the foremost promising biological drug delivery systems investigated in recent decades. Resealed erythrocytes are biodegradable biocompatible, possess long circulation half-life and can be loaded with sort of active drug substances. Resealed erythrocyte possesses several advantages over the other drug delivery system which makes it superior than other systems. Carrier erythrocytes are prepared by collecting blood sample from the organism of interest and isolate erythrocytes from plasma. By using various methods, the cells are broken and the drug is entrapped into the erythrocytes, finally they are resealed and therefore the resultant carriers are then called "resealed erythrocytes". Resealed erythrocytes, as a drug delivery system has excellent capacity to reinforce the therapeutic index and patient compliance. It has got tremendous potential to achieve site specific drug delivery with minimum wastage of drugs and it also prolong the discharge of drug. So many drugs like aspirin, steroid, antineoplastic which having many side effects are reduce by resealed erythrocyte. The present review signifies various features, drug loading methods, evaluation, applications and clinical progress of resealed erythrocytes

Abstract - Anemia is a condition in which the number and size of red blood cells, or the hemoglobin concentration, falls below an established cut-off value, consequently impairing the capacity of the blood to transport oxygen around the body. Anemia is an indicator of both poor nutrition and poor health. Aim- The aim of this review was to track the progress made in reducing anemia at national level across lifecycle. Methods and Material- To review the progress towards Anemia Mukt Bharat, relevant available literature was searched using keywords like anemia or anemia or anemic or anaemic or hemoglobin or iron deficiency or iron or NIPI or Pandu Roga and other similar keywords were searched in search engines like Google chrome, Bing and Yahoo. Also the literature available on anemia mukt bharat dashboard was reviewed. Result-India accounts for the highest burden of anemia globally. In the last fifty years, despite substantial programmatic efforts, progress has been slow throughout the lifecycle. Conclusion- From this review we can conclude that there is still a lacuna of a comprehensive package focusing more on the preventive aspects of anemia in the life-cycle, as known anemia is a multifaceted problem. Hence the comprehensive package is required that focuses not only the nutritional aspects of anemia but also on deworming, fortification, menstruation and hygiene, malaria aspects, comprehensive package that has combination of interventions, also listing of age appropriate simple doable actions that help in tackling anemia.

Weeds are the plants which affect the crops and compete with the cultivated plants for sunlight, water and nutrients. These weeds are treated as waste plants in crop fields and are considered harmful to the crop. The weeds which are eradicated during cultural operations can be fruitfully utilized to serve the medicinal purposes against diseases. In view of this, for studying Importance Value Index (IVI) of weed flora in wheat fields, Ambadi village in Bhandara district is selected. This study would be useful for the identification and status of dominant weed species in the community. These weeds provide many opportunities to study them critically for new drug development through phytochemical analysis. The probable reasons for dominance of some specific weed species and their IVI values are discussed in the present investigation.

Having a higher AQ is important for well-being and prevents the beginning of mental health problems as well. There are also claims that enhancing AQ can result in gains in productivity, capacity, performance, innovation and morale. Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), Social Quotient (SQ) is all important. But without AQ, managers hit an insurmountable wall. Adversity needs adaptability. To adapt to change what is needed is accepting the change, own it, take charge of the situation and solve it.

A Gram (+) bacterium Lactobacillus species MTCC 10093 produce during their growth, substances of protein structure (either proteins or polypeptides) owning antimicrobial activities, called bacteriocins. Although bacteriocins could be considered as antibiotics, they are not. The major difference between bacteriocins and antibiotics is that bacteriocins curb their activity to strains of species related to the producing species and particularly to strains of the same species, antibiotics on the other hand have a wider activity spectrum and even if their activity is restricted this does not show any preferential effect on closely related strains. In addition, bacteriocins are ribosomally synthesized and produced during the primary phase of growth, though antibiotics are usually secondary metabolites. Among the Gram (+) bacteria, lactic acid bacteria (LAB) especially, Lactobacilli have gained particular attention nowadays, due to the production of bacteriocins. These substances can be applied in the food industry as natural preservatives. The use of LAB and of their metabolic products is generally considered as safe (GRAS, Grade One). The application of the produced antimicrobial compounds as a natural barrier against pathogens and food spoilage caused by bacterial agents has been proven to be efficient. Nisin is the only bacteriocin that has been officially employed in the food industry and its use has been approved worldwide. Bacteriocins can be applied on a purified or on a crude form or through the use of a product previously fermented with a bacteriocin producing strain as an ingredient in food processing or incorporated through a bacteriocin producing strain (starter culture).

Many urban multistorey buildings in India today have open first storey as an unavoidable feature. This is primarily being adopted to accommodate parking or reception lobbies in the first storey. Whereas the total seismic base shear as experienced by a building during an earthquake is dependent on its natural period, the seismic force distribution is dependent on the distribution of stiffness and mass along the height. The term floating column is a vertical member which ends at its lower level rests on a beam which is a horizontal member. The beams in turns transfer the load to other column below it. In present scenario buildings with floating column is a typical feature in the modern multistory construction in India. In present paper effort has been taken to review the behavior of building with floating column.
