A healthy life style is the way of living in the personal life and the family system in the early stage of children. During the Pandemic, everyone children are at home attending online classes and avoiding outdoor activities for almost 2 years. The early years of age is a critical period of the stage to make good or bad habits in their life. Their mental health, happiness, self-esteem, and feelings of good or negative expression in society depend on how they grew up in their environment and habits. A healthy lifestyle is very important to mankind to be healthy and happy, prevents diseases, saves money, lengthens life span, and is good for the environment. Early (stage) age is very important in making habits in order to be a healthy lifestyle. In this study a sample of 200 of school going children of the age group of 9-13 years from Bangalore urban areas was taken randomly. The results found that Age, Class of studying, number of siblings, ordinal position, was found to be significant impact on lifestyle among children.

Business Organisations in Andhra Pradeshin tandem pursue means to become more efficient andproductive in order to avoid being overwhelmed by products and services from other places atcompetitive prices and better quality. Some of the competitive disadvantages include cooperation inlabour-employer relations, scarce skills, skills outflow, hiring and firing practices, employment rulesand trade union contributions to productivity. It is also generally understood that the successfulintegration of these factors is dependant, almost exclusively, on effective leadership. Organisationalleaders are the agents that integrate all the forces at play in organisations, and ultimately ensure theircompetitiveness, sustainability and survival.[1] It is identified that the leadership of INTUC&CITU though the two Trade Unions are having ideological differences and they are also compassionate towards political system. It is observed that INTUC &CITU are functioning autonomously on its own agenda with a perception. Workers in different fields in the organized and un-organized sector workers are attached to the Trade Unions to their personal benefits. Labor always look for fringe benefits like job security, social security, scholarships to their children, take-home pay hike, Congenial working conditions and Post-retirement benefits etc.,. The study is mainly focused on to find out the leadership challenges for the development of workers . [2]

IoT-based healthcare monitoring gadgets might be quite valuable for COVID-19 patients during the present outbreak. The goal of this research is to create an IoT-based solutions for automatic health monitoring that integrates the patient's detected body temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation, that are the most significant critical care indications. An OLED display in this system displays the current temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation level. Using a Node MCU-based system , Human test subjects were used to validate the suggested IoT-based strategy. The system's results were promising: the information it gathered was stored quite quickly.

Abstract: Glyoxalase pathway is normally induced and up regulated in response to salinity, drought and cold stresses in many plants. The mangroves are relatively saline resistant plant and it would be very interesting to know the saline tolerance mechanism of mangroves. In the current study we report, the isolation of partial glyoxalase I gene from Rizophora mucuronata (Mangrove) and its role in saline tolerance mechanism in mangroves. The various responses of the plant towards salinity have been utilized in genetic engineering to generate transgenic stress resistant crop plants either by transferring stress responsive genes or altering the expression of existing genes. Mangroves and associated plants are among the most salt tolerant plants and are ideal models for studying the salt tolerant mechanisms because of their ability to tolerate extremely high salinity. A partial genomic sequence coding for Glyoxalase I was PCR amplified using primers designed based on previously reported sequences on other species. Two specific primers were used. The 400 bp fragment was amplified from genomic DNA. The 400 bp genomic DNA fragment amplified was sequenced. After sequencing a 370 bp was obtained excluding the primer regions. Glyoxalase I gene from the present sequence shows significant similarity with several glyoxalase I genes isolated from different plant species. Maximum similarity for the sequenced portion of the gene was obtained with glyoxalase I from Hevea brasiliensis glyoxalase (100%), followed by Manihot esculenta glyoxalase (94.74%) and Jatropha curcas (93.61%). Distance tree also reveals relationship other glyoxalases from other species. The short protein sequence was also deduced from nucleotide sequences and it shows maximum similarity with Hevea brasiliensis.

Civil engineering is concerned with the construction of various types of structures while ensuring their safety, durability, and serviceability. "Earthquake" is now a phenomenon that affects the safety and serviceability of structures. The amount of damage caused by an earthquake to structures is determined by the type of building, the type of soil, the technology used for earthquake resistance, and, finally, the location of the building with shear wall. The effects of an earthquake are heavily dependent on the type of soil in which the foundation of a building is built, because an earthquake changes the motion of the ground, resulting in foundation failure. As a result, it is critical to investigate the behavior of various soils during the construction of structures having shear walls. The past work proofs that Shear walls can withstand earthquakes. It improves the structural performance of building subjected to lateral forces due to earthquake excitation. This study focuses on behavior of different types of shear wall impact on structures.

According to the declaration made at the World Food Summit held in Rome in 1996, food security is 'Food security is the availability of food for all people at all times in physically and economically sufficient quantities to enable them to lead an active and healthy life in accordance with their choice of safe nutritious food. Hunger and under nutrition are two important dimensions of food insecurity in humans. 21.92 percent of India's 121 crore population suffer from hunger and malnutrition. 20.19 percent of the population of Karnataka i.e. 1.29 crore people have income below the poverty line. The reason why such a large proportion of people in the society are abject poverty shows that most of them are deprived of their right to food. That is why the United Nations has placed India at the 67th position in the list of world hungry countries. This ranking shows the severity of food security in the country. Foundation of Food Security Availability The development and productivity of the agricultural sector are important determinants of food availability. In this regard, the figures of Karnataka state give a very disappointing picture. Although 60 percent of the population is engaged in agricultural activities, it contributes only 14 percent to the GDP. This gives a picture of minimum productivity and minimum profitability of this sector. Agricultural backwardness leads to food insecurity. Lack of food drives people to malnutrition. The country's food availability picture remains complex. After independence, the country's population is increasing exponentially from decade to decade. The population of the country has increased from 36.11 crores in 1951 to 130 crores today. Food should be produced in proportion to population growth and should be adequately available to all citizens. If food is not available in adequate quantity and nutritionally, it becomes food insecurity. The increasing population of the country along with inadequate distribution of resources has also contributed to the poverty of the people. 33 crore people are living in this state of poverty in the country. Thus the number of people who depend on agriculture is not less. Agriculture is still the main occupation in 68% of the 70% states in the country. But agriculture is seeing only 2% to 2.40% growth in the state. Only when agricultural growth reaches the target of 4.50 percent, the achievement of fixed income of farmers and consumer price index can be seen. Besides, agriculture has not yet come out of its dependence on seasonality, weather and rainfall. Besides these, the modernization of agriculture has created some problems of food security. As modern agriculture becomes more mechanized, the number of people involved in agriculture declines. Most of these people who migrate to towns and villages in search of alternative employment are landless and wage labourers. Policies of political parties, political stability, speed of development, speed of economy, economic control and foresight can provide a solid foundation for food security. Availability of food should be obtained either through production or importation in qualitatively sufficient quantity. Sustainability needs to be achieved through water, sanitation and health care along with food consumption issues. Social conditions such as education, health, distribution activities are important for stability in food security index and should not be lost due to any shock. Food security indices are fragmented in many countries due to errors in government policy, large scale in food production and distribution. In this regard, due to the horrors of hunger, sickness and poverty in the society, there is a serious concern about food security.

Differently abled people like deaf and dumb people use sign language for communicating with others. It is usually found difficult to communicate with them due to a lack of understanding of the universal sign language. This project aims to develop an application that will translate sign language into text, thereby reducing the communication gap between normal people and people with speech impairment. This application was developed using a deep learning algorithm which is CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). The model was trained on ASL (American Sign Language) based gestures. ASL is a universal language and contains 26 alphabets of well-distinguished images that can be used to train the model. The objective of this project is for the camera attached to the computer will capture the gestures of the hand and the feature extraction is used to recognize the hand gesture then based on the hand gesture the required text will be displayed on the screen. This application aims at bridging the gap in the process of communication between Deaf and Dumb people from the rest of the world.
