A Mutual Fund is a collective investment vehicle formed to raise money from individuals and investing it according to a pre-specified objective, with the benefits accrued to be shared among the investors on a pro-rata basis in terms of proportion of their investments. This study was conducted with an objective of analyzing the performance of select mutual funds and to identify the future perspective of those mutual fund. The study is based on secondary data collected from various sources. The analysis led to findings such as long-term and medium-term investments do earn promising returns whereas short-term investments do earn high returns during the study period but not in a consistent manner. Present study also reveals that the preference of investors towards mutual funds have a hierarchical order where most preferred one was private sector followed by foreign asset management company and public sector funds.

With the advances on semiconductor technologies, wireless communication applications are an emerging class of applications on battery powered devices. Estimating the power consumption and computational complexity of various digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms used in wireless communications systems is critical to assess the feasibility of implementing such algorithms in hardware, and for designing energy constrained communications systems. In this paper different mathematical operations are performed to analyze the power at different frequencies. The developed approach is used to evaluate the computational power of several DSP algorithms used in wireless communications systems, and perform thorough computational complexity comparisons. The power consumption evaluation of the considered DSP algorithms show that some algorithms may require a prohibitively high power, which makes such algorithms unsuitable for power, constrained wireless communications systems. The power is measured for OFDM and FBMC system for various clock frequencies. The results also show that the proposed methodology can be adopted for various hardware implementations; however, some calibration might be required based on the adopted platform. The performance of the system is evaluated using Mat lab tool.

For the purpose of the present study total 25 students were selected from the different departments of G. G.V Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Age was ranging between 17 to 23 years. The purpose of the present study was to know the significant effect of pranayama practice on pulse rate, BMI and Breathe holding capacity of university students. To full fill the aim of the study total three variables pulse rate, BMI and breath holding capacity were selected variables for Pranayama practices. To know the nature of the data descriptive statistics- mean, standard deviation and standard error of mean was used. To know the significant effect of Pranayama practice on pulse rate, BMI and breathe holding capacity of university students, paired t-test was used. All statistical calculation was done with the help of SPSS 16.0 software. Level of significant was at at.05. On the basis of results and findings of the study, it may conclude that Significant effect of Pranayama practices was found on Pulse rate (t =6.218, p < .05), BMI (t =4.528, p < .05) and Breath holding capacity (t =7.570, p < .05).

There is no denying the fact that Public Interest Litigations have completely revolutionized the traditional notion of locus standi in the recent decades and has set the tone right for the general masses to approach the judicial forum in order to enforce collective rights; thereby effectuating the righteous civic sense and empowering the society towards informed decision making. Time and again Public Interest Litigations have been rigorously utilized to address the needs of the hour as far as the Environmental Jurisprudence is concerned in the country. The Judiciary has also played a pivotal role in catering to the environmental protection and related interests of the masses inter alia through various decisions. The present paper makes an attempt to critically evaluate the vitiated and biased trends which have overpowered the effective tool of Public Interest Litigation in the recent times as far as the Environment Law matters are concerned. An attempt shall also be made to narrate the present day judicial outlook over such unaccountable change and possible recommendations shall be included towards the concluding segment of the paper to suggest plausible means which could help in gauging the problem to its core.

Abstract: Background: White spot lesions are white opacity on the surface of the tooth enamel which occurs as a result of subsurface enamel demineralization around the fixed orthodontic brackets is often considered as one of the major clinical challenge in orthodontic patients that can have a psychological impact on the overall treatment outcome. Literature studies have postulated that the position, angulation and alignment of fixed orthodontic appliances creates a favourable environment for the accumulation of debris and microorganisms, which causes enamel demineralization or exacerbates the effects of pre-existing carious lesion. Aim: The present literature review was carried out to elaborate the effect of demineralization and remineralization during and after orthodontic treatment with special emphasis on various remineralizing agents and methods currently available to prevent and/or treat white spot lesions. Discussion: Early management strategies includes patient education, oral prophylaxis, and appropriate good oral hygiene habits along with use of remineralizing fluoridated and nonfluoridated agents such as topical fluorides, varnish, CPP-ACP containing pastes or bioactive glasses before and after orthodontic treatment to reverse demineralization effects and to enhance remineralization process to restore normal oral environment. Conclusion: From the present review it can be postulated that application of remineralizing agents repeatedly over a period of time during and after orthodontic treatment significantly increase their mode of action by producing inhibition effect on enamel demineralization and promote remineralization.

With the significant growth of internet usage, people share their personal information and financial transactions which becomes defenceless against cyber criminals. Phishing is one such example of a highly effective form of cyber crime that allow fraudsters to mislead online users and hack most important information. As of now, phishing is viewed as perhaps the most continuous fraudulent activities on the internet. Phishing attacks can lead to severe losses for the victims including confidential information. These attacks may occur through malicious mails, text messages and telephone calls. After getting the information , the attacker could commit crimes like hacking bank accounts, passwords and financial losses. This paper provides an explanation on phishing attacks to create awareness and also some counter measures to overcome phishing attacks

As now and in near future electric vehicles are really making huge difference in automotive industry. It comes with its own limitations, one of the things to consider the most is safety. During the recent times there are some unfortunate situations like electric vehicles catching fire. In order to tackle this problem huge advancements and research are going on in Battery Management System (BMS)like cooling the battery from overheating, cutting of the power supply from battery to the drive motor. In this paper, the covered topics are causes for fire in battery packs, battery management system, methods to overcome battery overheating problems and mainly automation of fire extinguishing in electric vehicles. In this paper itself the prevention strategies to tackle firing problems are described. On the other hand, it is really necessary to ensure passive safety. It also can be achieved by installing an automatic fire extinguishing system. This project is hoping to improve the safety features of electric vehicles to reduce vehicle damage and human life.

The impact of the Internet of Things (IoT) on several sectors of the economy has been substantial. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technology that allows us to manage physical things via the web, which in turn helps us to save time and energy. Many factories may be found in India because of the country's status as a developing market. But industrial accidents were a big problem in many sectors. However, industrial accidents were the main cause of problems in the economy, as they resulted in both human and financial losses. To combat this issue, we have launched a project that utilises a wide variety of sensors, including those that detect gas and light, to keep tabs on all of the variables in the manufacturing process. There is also a buzzer system in place to notify workers and bystanders if there is an emergency. As an extra, this programme was keeping an ear on what the Things were speaking in real time.
