 Abstract

Abstract Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has created havoc in teaching in almost every institution around the globe. It has tested the readiness of academic institutions to deal with such abrupt crisis. During this time, it acted as the main method if teaching -learning. The sample of the study consists of 144 students and the data was collected from different schools in Patna. The present study is related to the Attitude of Students Towards Online Learning During Covid-19 Pandemic. The objectives of the study are to study the attitude of boys and girls on online learning and to find out the significant difference between their attitudes on the basis of different school boards during COVID-19 pandemic. The findings of the study are girls are more serious than the boys in the class and the availability of good resources are available in Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) board than Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) AND Bihar state board.

The essential goal is to limit transportation costs using Excel solver while guaranteeing that request prerequisites are met. The exploration means finding the ideal arrangement that limits the all-out cost of shipping cell phones to various retail stores, perceiving the basic job that cost advancement plays in the cell phone industry's production network.

 Abstract

Understanding the Employee engagement and its effect on employee attrition in the teaching fraternity is necessary for betterment of society. The able teacher can enhance education, and the passionate teachers are the foundation for building the nation. If Such teachers are not engaged effectively, their retention in the institutes and along with that quality education also suffers. Employee retention and commitment issues are the most human resource management challenges of the future. In higher education, employee turnover rate is very high compared to other professions. Institutes who concentrate on talent retention should focus on increasing the level of engagement through making the work environment healthy and secure. This study will show the relation between Employee engagement and attrition. This research is conducted in a higher educational institution in Hyderabad on teaching fraternity. The descriptive research methodology would be used to gather data from the respondents. Data collection through questionnaires, structured interviews will be conducted to gain knowledge about employee engagement and attrition.

 Abstract

An experimental study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of Helfer skin tap technique on the level of pain during intramuscular injection among infants in a selected Hospital of Delhi. The objectives of the study were: - To assess the level of pain experienced by infants during IM injection receiving routine technique, to assess the level of pain experienced by infants during IM injection with Helfer Skin Tap technique. To compare the level of pain experienced by infants during IM injection in experimental and control group, to find out the association between the level of pain experienced by children during IM Injection in experimental and control group with the selected demographic variables. After obtaining the ethical clearance and formal administrative permission, data collection was done at under - five clinic of Holy family Hospital, New Delhi. A total of sixty sample were randomly assigned into 2 groups (30 m experimental group and 30 in control group) through probability sampling technique (simple random sampling) using a chit method Structured interview schedule was used to collect the demographic characteristics and clinical health data of the sample For the administration of intramuscular injection, Helfer skin tap technique was used for the experimental group and routine technique was used for the control group. Immediately after the administration, the post- test pain score was obtained using FLACC pain scale. Findings revealed that the mean post- test pam score and standard deviation of the experimental group was 2.6+1.26 whereas of the control group was 4.2+1.64. The calculated "t" test value 34.88 was found significant a p< 0 05. Significant association was found between the level of pain experienced by infants during intramuscular injection with Helfer skin tap technique and selected variables such as gender and name of vaccine, but there was no association found with other selected variables such as age, weight of infants, informant. The study results showed that Helfer skin tap technique was effective m reducing the level of pain during intramuscular injection and can be implemented as a useful measure to reduce the pain related to intramuscular injections

 Abstract

For construction and identification of the best linear model , we can adopt some standard applied probabilistic methods for making and construction of the standard regression models. In some situations , we can take generalized linear model methodology for making a best linear regression model with respect to the relationship between variance and expected values of the random variable X are used. When we can transform the variables into others shows that the transformation of the variable strictly followed the variance stabilizing transformations. The present paper used to identify the best transformation with respect to the relation between variance and mean of the explanatory variables. After the model building , adopt model testing statistical measures to select the best optimized standard regression model for statistical analysis.

 Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood, a time of profound physical and sexual maturity, develop more sophisticated reasoning abilities, make educational and occupational decisions that will shape their adult careers. These changes of adolescence have important implications for understanding the kinds of health risks to which young people are exposed, the health enhancing and risk taking behaviors in which they engage and the major opportunities for health promotion among this population. In order to combat with the risks, prevention is the best choice. The research design used for the study was true experimental design. It was carried out with 60 samples who fulfilled the inclusion criteria, 30 in experimental group and 30 in control group. Systematic random sampling technique was used to select the samples. The analysis revealed that the paired 't' test value of knowledge and attitude among adolescent girls was 8.27 and 10.78 which showed very highly significant at p<0.001. The unpaired 't' test value of knowledge and attitude among adolescent girls was 6.27 and 7.81 which showed very highly significant at p<0.001. The 'r' value of knowledge and attitude among adolescent girls between experimental and control group was 0.43 and 0.19. The analysis revealed that there was an increase in the posttest level of knowledge and attitude regarding prevention of teenage pregnancy among adolescent girls in experimental group when compared to control group. Thus it indicates the effectiveness of preventive education program on knowledge and attitude regarding prevention of teenage pregnancy among adolescent girls.
