Abstract In Sikhism, ethics and religion go together. The inculcation of moral qualities and the practice of virtue in everyday life is a vital step towards spiritual development. Qualities like honesty, compassion, generosity, patience, humility etc. can be built up only by effort and perseverance. The lives of the Gurus show how they lived their lives according to their code of ethics. The advent of Guru Nanak in 1469 occurred at a time of socio-religious necessity. Religion then was in the form of ritual. He released people from the rut of formalism and the parrot-like repetition of scriptures. Guru Nanak challenged the division of men into classes, castes and communities. The Gurus brought a course of discipline to their Sikhs that lasted for a period of nearly 230 years till the creation of the Khalsa Sikh, the ideal man of the Tenth Guru- Guru Gobind Singh. He gave the message of unity, equality and fraternity to the people of India. While we delve into the history of India, he emerges as a savior of the nation, a person of exemplary courage, deep reflection and a personality who promoted justice and equality throughout. His most significant contribution is that he related the message of spirituality to the life of the people gave a new relationship between metaphysical and material thoughts and action and fought for stopping political corruption, social degradation and religious exploitation in this country. His teachings, if studied meticulously and applied in society, will help us in the task of national reconstruction promoting national unity and in the evolution of a self-respecting and well-knit society.

Agriculture plays a vital role in economic development of developing countries. The role of agriculture in economic development is crucial because a majority of the population of developing countries make their living from agriculture. In recent times, the crop simulation models have been used extensively to study the impact of climate change on agricultural production and food security. Many researchers are now focusing their study on effect of air pollution on different agriculture products. The results clearly shows that air pollutants are damaging the yield of agricultural food crops, soil fertility, increase soil alkalinity, their nutritional quality and safety, and imposing a major risk to food security. Effect of different air pollutants on agricultural production are studied in this review. The uncontrolled increasing population and hence urbanization decreases the proportion of agricultural land. Current estimates from different sources indicates that emission and effect of gases like O3 CO2 as air pollutant are causing between 5% and 12% yield losses globally in staple crops, which include wheat, rice, maize, soybean

The COVID-19 pandemic has pushed the planet into an unprecedented crisis and uncertainty, calling to expedite the implementation of the Centenary Declaration. It called upon constituents to pursue with unrelenting vigour its [ILO] constitutional mandate for social justice by further developing its human centred approach to the longer term of work. It involved putting workers rights and therefore the needs, aspirations and rights of all people at the guts of economic, social and environmental policies. The international community and ILOs constituents have engaged during a collective endeavor to tackle the devastating human impact of the pandemic, but more is required.

Several novel complexes of Schiff base ligand were prepared and synthesized by the condensation of 1, 2-Bis (p-aminophenoxy) ethane and 5-methyl salicylaldehyde. Characterization of complexes has been done on the behalf of several parameter including magnetic measurements, elemental analyses, 1???? NMR, UV-VIS and IR spectra. Schiff base ligand is coordinated to central metal as a tetradentate ONNO ligand. Azomethnic nitrogen and ?????????????groups are the four bonding sites.

The demand for wireless network access dramatically increasing due to the automation of all appliances. The need for high performance wireless transceivers is also warrants more. The successful operation of various electronic gadgets under strong electromagnetic environment is a challenging. The EMI disturbance is not that much sensitive in consumer electronics. But it has strong influence in the military electronic equipment. Radar, Satellites, commercial communication equipment and other medical equipment. They need accurate tracking and faithful operation even at the worst natural and manmade environmental pollutions. ISM band is used in the applications such as medical, industrial wireless environment and mobile communications etc., these applications require high gain, more directional and low return loss antennas. Antennas are front-end component in the transceiver. Antenna needs to be selective and sensitive. In this work, a microstrip patch antenna has been design and analysed at 5 GHz frequency. The design methodology adopts analytical approach to find the dimensions of the antenna and to fix the location of the feeding point. The patch is a distributed planar structure of microstrip line.

Wireless communication plays important role in current technology. Antenna plays key role in working of communication one from another. Using high frequency is a new trend in present experimental world. Designing an Array antenna is quite different way to project into society. Its challenging way to implement & fabricate a V shaped antenna. The proposed antenna is a 4 by 4 patch array simulated for antenna characteristics. This work shows how the patch array can be characterized and how the circuit simulation is made to control feeding each patch element with different phase and magnitude changes to steer the main lobe of the antenna.

This research article introduces the idea of detecting the presence of kidney disease through machine learning based classification modelling, by processing the patients ECG signal. Recent studies and on-going researches have showed that patients undergoing kidney problems start developing cardiac problems-known as the Cardio Renal Syndrome (CRS) which can lead to a sudden cardiac arrest in the last stages of their disease. Since cardio-vascular diseases and the chronic kidney disease is inter- related, this model can be used for patients undergoing cardio-vascular problems to determine whether their kidneys have been effected or not. If the Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) can be diagnosed at an earlier stage, it may give the patient some time to help reverse the disease or at least slow its progression by taking necessary medical steps. For this model, digitized ECG data was collected from open access databases such as PTB (kidney patients) and Fantasia ( healthy people) from Physionet Database (www.physionet.org) and model was later validated using different data from the same online database. The validation process gave satisfactory results, as the model could successfully classify the users from being healthy or a kidney patient. In our study, we found an accuracy level of 97.6% which was the highest using both features QT and RR interval, in comparison to the accuracy that was found when either one of the features was used.

Abstract, Education as a measure of the progress of a nation is always hotly discussed in every condition so that Islamic education is equal and can roll in the world arena. Therefore, it is necessary to have an art that can collaborate various scientific instruments to play a role so as to give birth to scientific sympony (rhythm) to improve the quality of education to give birth to a high civilization in the future.
