The study result shows that In a single advertisement, at most 6 body shaming aspects and at least 1 body shaming aspects of these 10 were found to be depicted and The body shaming aspects that were mostly depicted in advertisements are fat shaming and shaming of physical mark and least depicted are heightism, hyper masculinity, shaming of facial features, shaming of hair color or hair textures. Colorism, shaming of body shape, shaming of hairiness and skinny shaming were depicted in an average level.

Fast dissolving tablet (FDT) is one such type of innovative and unique drug delivery system which is swiftly gaining much attention in the research field of rapid dissolving technology. The oral route is the most expedient and safest route of drug delivery because of a wide range of drugs are administered through this route. Recently researchers have developed a fast dissolving tablet (FDT) which dissolves or disintegrate rapidly in mouth saliva without the intake of water. This novel drug delivery such as FDT or MDT (mouth dissolving tablet) has overcome many disadvantages like dysphagia or non-accessibility of water while traveling. When compared with the conventional dosage form FDT can be a useful alternative as well. FDTs formulations contain super disintegrants to enhance the disintegration rate of a tablet in the buccal cavity. FDTs have advantages such as easy portability and manufacturing, accurate dosing, good chemical and physical stability and an ideal alternative for geriatric and pediatric patients. FDTs have disintegrated quickly, absorb faster so, in vitro drug release time improves and this property of drugs (dosage form) enhanced bioavailability. FDT formulations have the advantage of both conventional tablet formulation and liquid dosage form. There are several technologies that are conventional or patented based on spray drying, cotton candy process, sublimation, melt granulation, direct compression freezes drying/lyophilization, phase transition process, mass extrusion, etc. have been developed for manufacturing of FDTs. In this review contain brief information about FDTs including definition, advantages, needs or requirements of FDTs, salient features of FDTs, limitations, challenges to developing FDT, marketed formulations of fast dissolving tablets, etc.

Forest fire is a threat to humans, biodiversity, environment, ecology and economy also. It destroys the environmental balance of a region, sometimes it may be due to the human interference or may be for the natural hazards. The present study area Baripada forest division is prone to forest fires. In this study area an attempt has been made to demarcate the forest fire risk zones applying Remote sensing and Geographical information system (GIS) technologies. Thematic layers like vegetation, agriculture land, settlements, water bodies and road networks were derived through the satellite images and toposheets. The fire Risk index method is used to identify the fire risk zones of the study area, such as low risk, medium risk and high risk zones. The prepared forest fire risk zone map is validated with fire incident data. The study results that maximum fire happened due to the human interference. This study will help to the environmentalist, disaster management authorities and forest department to take preventive measures for better forest fire managements.

Background: Cerebrovascular disorders are the third leading cause of death in the united states and accounts for about 150,000 mortalities annually. An estimated 550,000people experience a stroke each year. When second strokes are consider in the estimates the incidence to 700,000 per year in the united states alone. Along with a high death rate, stroke produce significant morbidity in people who survive them. It is major leading cause of India and 20-30% deaths occurs within first 10 days after stroke. Disability adjusted life years lost due to stroke are estimated to range from 597 to 795/100,000 person years in India. A high proportion of young people (<40 years) are affected by stroke in India. Objectives: 1. To assess the risk factors of stroke among the patients suffering from cerebrovascular episode in selected hospitals. 2. To associate the risk factors of stroke with their selected demographic variables. Methodology: Non experimental retrospective design used for the study. It was conducted over 100 cerebrovascular episode patients by using Non probability purposive sampling technique. Result: Assessment was done by using checklist. The finding shows the frequency and percentage wise distribution of cerebrovascular episode patients admitted in selected hospitals.47% of the patients had family history of stroke,67% of the patients had hypertension,65% of the patients had blood pressure more than 120/80 mmHg, 25% of the patients were suffering from heart disease, 61% had obesity,50% had diabetes mellitus,35% had blood sugar more than 110 mg/dl, 20% had history of smoking, 23% had habit of drinking alcohol,65% were always stressful at home, 35% of them were suffering from sleep disturbance, 65% of them used fruits and vegetables in their routine diet, 71% of them consume diet with high in oily food, fat and excess of salty foods, 65% of the patients regularly take the sweet drinks and sugary foods, 79% were taking balanced diet, 33% of them perform any king of exercise in daily routine and 34% of them feels need of help from another person to perform everyday activities. Conclusion: Study conclude that age in years of patients, marital status, area of residence, type of family, occupation, monthly family income, BMI with cerebrovascular episode is statistically not associated with their risk factor score. Gender of patient, Educational level of patient, awareness about stroke condition, with cerebrovascular episode was associated with their risk factors score.
