BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Preeclampsia is a hypertensive disorder that usually arises after 20 weeks of pregnancy. It is considered a major cause of maternal and fetal mortality worldwide. High blood pressure and high proteinuria are the two main characteristics of preeclamptic patients. Preeclampsia leads to either severe or mild conditions, but in both cases, it affects the organs of the mother and fetus. This study was conducted to determine the prevalence of preeclampsia and associated risk factors (family history, age, hypertension, and diabetes) and to investigate its fetal and maternal outcomes. METHODOLOGY This prospective study was conducted at three healthcare units in the Multan district and involved patients with gestational hypertension. Patients were diagnosed on the basis of blood pressure values, urine tests, and through Doppler ultrasound. Further investigations were conducted, including a complete hemogram and a 24-hour test for proteinuria. Results for preeclampsia-related maternal and perinatal outcomes were documented and statistical analysis was performed to analyze the data. RESULTS A total of 142 patients were diagnosed with gestational hypertension and preeclampsia during the two-year study period. Our findings showed 8.67% cases of gestational hypertension and 3% of preeclampsia. The majority of the preeclamptic patients were less than 24 years of age (33.3%), belonged to lower socioeconomic classes (44.4%), and had low educational levels (81.1%). A close association of family history (36.67%) with diabetes (15.5%) and chronic hypertension (5.55%) was observed in these patients. Maternal and fetal outcomes were related to maternal blood pressure. A significant incidence of premature births (45.6%) and a majority of cesarean cases (63.4%) with severe complications were observed. Data from preeclamptic patients showed high albuminuria levels (42.2%) with problems like renal infection, pulmonary edema, and severe anaemia. During the study period, a neonatal death rate of 11.1% was observed as well as issues like respiratory tract syndrome, asphyxia, and growth retardation. CONCLUSION This study showed that poor economic and educational levels are significantly associated with this disease. A high rate of maternal and neonatal morbidity with neonatal mortality was investigated. Mild to severe outcomes were observed in the form of caesarean deliveries and preterm births. Serious complications lead to ICU admissions causing a serious burden on healthcare units. Paying more attention to the healthcare needs of pregnant women helps to identify preeclampsia earlier and also minimizes the complications associated with it. Vestibular Migraine is a type of migraine where people experience a combination of vertigo, dizziness or balance problems with other migraine symptoms. Vestibular Migraine is evaluated to be the 2nd most common cause of episodic vertigo. It is referred with other terms such as Migrainous vertigo, Migraine related dizziness or Migraine with prominent vertigo. About 40% of population experience various kinds of migraines associated with severe headaches, Nausea, vomiting, dizziness and others. Migraine can affect the vestibular system of the inner ear which shows impact on the control mechanisms of brain which give rise to vestibular migraine. A 55years old female patient was admitted in Internal Medicine department of KIMS-Rasoolpura (Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences) with chief complaints of giddiness, fever, headache and vomiting since 5days. Her personal history showed that her appetite, sleep, bowel and bladder habits were abnormal. She was treated with the prophylactic treatment such as cinnarizine and flunarizine and other supportive medication like betahistine and clorazepam etc which improved the patient condition within 7 days duration. Thus the hint of this written report is to say that, the management of the vestibular migraine with cinnarizine and flunarizine will show a better result in the patient.

Pressure ulcers are skin or soft tissue lesions that develop as a result of persistent pressure being applied to particular body parts. They need to be treated right once since any consequences from these injuries might be lethal. The main goal of therapy is to lessen the force being applied to the lesion. Depending on the severity/stage of the pressure ulcer, several treatments are available. In order to provide patients with the best care and results, this exercise covers the aetiology, pathophysiology, and histology of pressure ulcers in addition to highlighting evaluation and treatment options based on an interdisciplinary approach. Although there are more medicines on the market, none have clearly outperformed the others, making pressure ulcer therapy difficult and time-consuming. To create solutions that are more successful at treating and preventing pressure ulcers, further research is required.

Micro emulsions, that area unit optically isotropic and thermodynamically stable systems of water, oil, surfactant, and/or co-surfactant, are studied as drug delivery systems thanks to their capability to solubilize poorly water soluble drugs further as their sweetening of topical and general convenience. It helps to solubilize the lipophilic drug moiety and it shows speedy and economical penetration to the skin. thus it's useful for topical drug delivery. For topical delivery, micro emulsion is incorporated in compound gel base to prolong the native contact to the skin. several wide used topical agents like ointments, creams, lotions have several disadvantages like sticky in nature, inflicting uneasiness to the patient once applied, have lesser spreading co-efficient thus applied by rubbing and that they conjointly exhibit the matter of stability. Micro emulsion has stability downside thanks to having low body however will be overcome by incorporation into topical DDS causes improved body and hydrating stratum corneum which is able to increase drug dermal permeation and therefore the skin flux. thanks to of these factors at intervals the foremost cluster of solid preparations, the use of transparent gels has enlarged in pharmaceutical preparations.

In this research article, the outcome of a fiberglass designed for deep bar in the middle with stirrups and outside is introduced. Six boards usually speak 160mm, 220mm, 280mm, 340mm and deep (L / D) dimensions 5,3,2.5, & 2 with 1mm glass strips length and 0.0125mm measuring plus 0 volume %, 0.25%, 0.50%, 0.75% and 1% .Radiate wear is tried under loads of two points in the middle range. The Results display that the extension of the Fiberglass truly applied to Compressive strength, partial stiffness, flexible force, shear pressure and rotation of the deep core based without outside the stirrps.

It is a rare human genetic disorder caused by inborn errors of mutations in the RPIA gene which codes to Ribose -5 phosphate Isomerase. Ribose-5phosphate Isomerase [RPI] is an enzyme which involves in the carbohydrate degradation by pentose phosphate pathway. RPI is a protein which exists in two forms i.e., RPIA and RPIB ,they can be found in prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. RPI helps in converting the Ribose-5-phosphate to Ribulose-5-phosphate. RPI deficiency is mainly characterized by leukoencephalopathy i.e., deterioration of CNS white matter and an increased levels of ribitol and D-arabitol levels in the brain and body fluids .

Each Nation is presently confronting a major issue of overpopulated vehicles which are driven for numerous hours leading to traffic congestion. These traffic congestions lead to major sorts of consequences, like numerous times ambulances like emergency services get stuck in the traffic which causes delays in reaching the medical center as a result patients die waiting in the traffic jams. To overcome this issue we are recommending an unused innovation to alert the traffic that emergency services like ambulances will surpass them. And as soon as this message gets transmitted an alert will be displayed stating the distance with the Ambulance, so that they can clear the road by moving their vehicle to the left side of the road in order to provide a clear path or a lane to the emergency vehicle. This helps the ambulance search for the shortest way and make it fast in an emergency. Smart Traffic systems will help the patient get to an emergency service as shortly as possible. This will reduce the death count and also make the city smarter.
