There is a common myth that rape by ones partner is a relatively insignificant which causes little trauma and a woman eventually gets adjusted to it.However, research indicates that marital rape often has severe and long-lasting consequences for women.India as a nation is based on the theory of equity, but it is appalling to notice that even now in the 21st century it has still not recognised the right of a woman to include marital intercourse as a component of equality. There is a clear absence of legal provisions regarding marital rape and therefore, the victims have the only resort of going to court. Courts have time and again applied various methods to identify marital rape and have given strict punishments but the lack of legal provisions ties their hands and they are bound by the letter of law. They cannot hence describe forceful intercourse by a man upon his wife as marital rape. At this juncture it is necessary to examine the law of Rape in India.

Dalit literature comes under the category of Marginalized literature or Subaltern literature. It gains a new significance identity of modern Indian literature. It is not the pain of any one person but it is the anguish of thousands of people, experienced over thousands of years. Experiences in Dalit literature constitutes an engagement in self-search to achieve self-respect; the rejection of traditions and religion that are opposed to such self-respect. They mark a rebellion against overbearing religion and traditions, as well as hypocrisy masquerading under seductive names such as freedom or democracy. They express the pain of human beings who are not treated as human. Dalit literature is articulated out of a desire for freedom, its character is collective rather than individual. The proposed research work intends to include within its scope the inexplicable plight of Dalits. The study shall make an objective exploration of the pathetic condition especially that of Dalit women as faced in Bamas Sangati and Karukku

Natural antibacterial agents are attaining more importance now a days, as they are inexpensive, easily available, most of them are edible and mainly non-toxic even at the rate of milligram quantity. The aim was to study the efficacy of the anti-bacterial effect of Polyphenols enriched extract of Mint plant leaves (Mentha L) against staphylococcus aureus. The materials involved in this study include Mint plant leaves, micro-organism staphylococcus aureus in the bacterial type culture collection, agar, and blood-agar plates. At 10% concentration, of Polyphenols enriched the ethanol-water extract of Mint leaves had zero anti-bacterial activity while 10% and 20% concentrations revealed high activity against the bacteria. Thus, increased in the anti-bacterial activity was promising as the concentration augmented from 10 to 20%. The results acquired from this study points that polyphenol enriched extract of Mint leaves (Mentha L) had antibacterial property against Staphylococcus aureus when obtained to a necessary concentration.

Nutrition plays an essential role on sports performance. Following an adequate nutrition pattern determines winning the gold medal or failing in the attempt. That is why it is commonly referred to as invisible training. However, regarding food and performance, it is not only referred to professional athletes. Nowadays, a large number of amateur athletes perform daily physical activity both recreationally and semiprofessionally. That population also seeks to achieve an improvement in their personal brands, which can be reached following proper nutritional guidelines. In athlete population, nutrient requirements are incremented compared with non-athlete population. Therefore, it is essential to carry out a nutritional approach adapted to the athlete and training sessions. In addition, other advantages of adequate food intake in sports are related to changes in body composition, reduction of injuries, and prolongation of professional career length. The objective of this chapter is to determine the nutritional requirements of athlete population that allow achieving their sporting goals. Nutritional strategies will be addressed in terms of macronutrients consumption, hydration, and timing depending on type and intensity of exercise.

IIntroduction - Urinary System Is Of One Of The Vital System Among Human Body. The Urinary Tract Is Like The Plumbing System, It Drains Urine From The Kidneys And Plays An Important Role In Maintaining The Homeostasis, A Set Of Complex Processes To Maintain The Balance Of Water, Ions, Calcium And Blood Pressure In The Human Body. The Urinary System Consists Of two Kidneys, two Ureters, one Bladder, And The Urethra. The Urinary Tract Is The Body`s Drainage System For The Eventual Removal Of Urine. Two Kidneys Are Present In The Human Body And Are Located Retroperitoneally. Each Kidney Consists Of Functional Units Called Nephrons. Following Filtration Of Blood And Further Processing, Wastes Exit The Kidney Via The Ureters, Tubes Made Of Smooth Muscle Fibres That Propel Urine Towards The Urinary Bladder, Where It Is Stored And Subsequently Expelled From The Body By Urination. Remote sensing satellite images are developed rapidly regarding quantity, quality, and applications to detect and extract various natural and artificial features on earth's surface like(vehicles, buildings, trees, roads, water, aircraft, ships). These satellite images provide important information in various applications like urban planning, disaster management, and environmental management. Different algorithms and methods are introduced by researchers to extract the specified features from satellite images. In an urban scenario, buildings are one among the foremost elementary structures and play an important role in the field of urban development, urban planning, climate studies, disaster management, map making, land use analysis, and change detection. The study aims are to extract building footprints employing a machine learning algorithm. various methods for extraction of building footprints are discussed in various studies However, extraction of rooftop of buildings from an metropolitan place has been a difficult task, since building rooftops have different shape, size, and spectral properties. In addition to that, other urban features, such as, road, barren land, etc. exhibit spectral properties similar to that of building rooftops. so that building extraction technique has become a vital and tough research problem receiving better recognition. The proposed technique uses a Machine Learning algorithm for classifying the building and non-building pixels. To eliminate false-detected building pixel use median filtering, morphological operator, and connected component labelling are used .the technique has been evaluating by pixel and object-based criteria with the consideration of precision, recall, quality of building(urban object).
