 Abstract

Over a century, the nature of working of the corporate has been changed widely, simultaneously students are also facing new challenges in all fields. Todays Management students are the future managers. Some of these management students will lead and manage the high reputed companies with huge production or wide service industry and some of these management students will start their own businesses. So they need to be emotionally matured and highly self confident. It is therefore important for the parents, teachers and administrators to know and understand the level of their childs mental ability, anxiety, emotional maturity, self-confidence. The study focuses to explore the role of demographic factors on the level of self confidence of management students.

 Abstract

Pralaya or dissolution is co-related with the theory of creation. When there is a creation there must be dissolution. Pralaya simply means the destruction of the three lokas. There are four types of pralayas i.e the Naimittika, Prakritika, Atyantika and Nitya which is described very clearly in the Visnu Purana.

 Abstract

The present study was conducted on 160 teachers of different subjects (Hindi, English, Mathematics and Science) of secondary level under public sector schools to assess their job satisfaction. Results suggested that job satisfaction level was found maximum in mathematics subject teachers and minimum in Hindi. The key findings of this study was lack of better opportunity, low salary and the work that an individual find boring are certain issues which affect teachers responsibility. Low level of satisfaction was a significant cause to move out from their objectives and it proportionally affects learning methodology of students.

 Abstract

Main aim of this paper is to determine modal analysis and numerical simulation to verify the structural characteristics of an aircraft. This paper details about natural frequencies and vibration mode shapes were obtained via measurement in NX Nastran. The frequency response function were identified and computed, FEM modal analysis was also implemented and its numerical results convincingly presented the mode shape and natural frequencies of aircraft is to be mentioned. Vibration response to different rotation speeds have been collected, managed and analyzed through the use of NX Nastran. Evident Phenomena have been discovered including the resonance on which most analysis is focused because of its potential use to generate larger amplitude vibration of specific frequency or to avoid such resonant frequencies from a wide spectrum of response.

 Abstract

Scimitar syndrome is a rare congenital heart disorder. This syndrome is referred to as scimitar syndrome or pulmonary venolobar syndrome because of a curvilinear pattern visible on the chest radiography, resembling a sword (scimitar) due to the abnormal drainage of pulmonary veins to the inferior vena cava instead of draining in to the heart. We intend to report the case of a female child, incidentally diagnosed as scimitar syndrome planned for cardiac catheterization.

 Abstract

The paper attempts to analyze the polyphonic voices of animal in one soul, through which Mo Yan unravels the history of China in Life And Death Are Wearing Me Out. The heterogeneous platform created by the author gives us a clear picture of how the Land Reform Act impacted the lives of civilians in then China. Through, the helm of transmigration, the novel discusses various problems faced by a human in the form of animal. The character Xiamen Nao, reborn as donkey, ox, pig, dog, monkey and finally as a human , manages to live an independent life in all reincarnination.

 Abstract

Due to rapid and unexpected changes in the preferences of the customers, it has become essential to preserve customer loyalty in the long run. With traditional marketing techniques, companies find it hard to tackle technology-driven customers. Thus, the emergence of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) has gained immense popularity. The companies are readily adopting IMC to gain customer loyalty and build brand image. The rapid changes in fashion have made it essential to understand the impact of IMC trends with reference to the apparel industry.

 Abstract

The coordination complexes of Co (II), Ni (II) and Cu (II) were prepared from tridentate Schiff base. The Schiff base ligand was synthesized by the condensation of 3-ethoxy- 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde with 2-amino butanoic acid. The ligand and its metal complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, electronic spectra, IR spectra, NMR spectra, electrical conductivity and magnetic susceptibility. The transition metal complexes are colored and stable in air. In the metal complexes the metal -ligand found to be 1:1. A sharp band at 1625 cm-1 is characteristics of the azomethine group present in the Schiff base ligand. This band was shifted to lower frequency (1585 1605 cm-1) in all the metal complexes, which indicates the coordination of the azomethine nitrogen to metal ion in complexes. The IR spectra of the free ligand having phenolic (-OH) group showed a broad band at 3450 cm-1, the disappearance of this band in metal complexes indicates the deprotonation of the hydroxyl group and coordinated through oxygen atom. A band at 1690 cm-1 is assigned to ?(C=O) stretching frequency of ligand, which is shifted to lower regions (1612-1640 cm-1) in metal complexes indicating the coordination of oxygen atom with metal ion after deprotonation of -COOH group. The molar conductivity data of the complexes in DMSO solution indicates they are non-electrolytic nature. On the basis of magnetic susceptibility and electronic spectral data Co (II) and Ni (II) complexes have tetrahedral geometry, while Cu (II) complex square planar geometry has been suggested. The synthesized Schiff base complexes exhibit higher antimicrobial activity than the free Schiff base ligand.
