 Abstract

Although women in northeastern India may appear to have a higher status than women in other regions of the nation, the reality is that traditional customs and practices however subject women to several forms of discrimination. Despite the seeming absence of overtly discriminatory practices, the harsh reality is that severe gender-based discrimination still exists, mostly due to deeply rooted traditions and norms. Drawing from secondary sources, this paper seeks to provide insights into how these practices impact the socio-economic lives of women in northeastern region, with a special focus on Assam. By doing so, paper aims to highlight the ways in which these traditions create and maintain inequalities based on gender, eventually imprisoning women inside the boundaries of traditional practices.

 Abstract

Financial inclusion means delivery of financial services at affordable cost to the disadvantaged and low-income group of people who are so for excluded from it. The term financial exclusion explained by Rangarajan committee as there is growing divide with an increased range of financial options for a segment of high- and middle-income population and a significant large section of the population who lack access to even the most basic banking services. Financial exclusion includes no savings and no insurance. The G20 made a commitment to adopt financial inclusion and exclusion as a major support towards the achievement of it 2030. Agenda for sustainable development of all member countries. This study investigated how the financial exclusion compare inclusive drive of development of economy using secondary data sources from articles and bank reports. This paper emphasis on issues and provides solutions that sustain and stable financial system.

The way that owners of electric vehicles access and utilize the infrastructure for charging their vehicles has been completely changed by the novel Smart Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Slot Booking System and Payment Solution. This approach makes it simple for users to schedule charging periods in advance, ensuring a rapid and simple charging procedure. Owners of electric vehicles (EVs) can utilize an intuitive mobile application or web interface to securely make online payments, explore available charging slots at several locations, and select a comfortable time window. This innovative strategy minimizes traffic and wait times while optimizing the usage of charging stations, all of which contribute to the eventual widespread adoption of electric vehicles. This technology offers a user-centric approach to EV charging, which is crucial to the transition towards a sustainable and ecologically conscientious transportation ecology.

 Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder affecting reproductive-aged women worldwide. It is characterized by a complex interplay of hormonal imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, and ovarian abnormalities. Early detection and diagnosis of PCOS are crucial for timely intervention and management of the condition. This abstract presents an overview of various approaches and advancements in PCOS detection, highlighting both traditional and emerging methods. The traditional diagnostic criteria for PCOS include the Rotterdam criteria, which require the presence of at least two out of three features: irregular menstrual cycles, clinical or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism, and polycystic ovaries observed on ultrasound. However, these criteria have limitations, and newer diagnostic strategies are being explored.

ABSTRACT: Algorithmic trading is a technology innovation of securities trading system. Innovation and development have been the main thrusts behind financialization over the globe. One such innovative appearance, in the interest for limiting the hazard and boosting the arrival and with the end goal to cling to the budgetary segment changes, is Algorithmic Trading (AT). In spite of the fact that AT is being utilized widely over the world, there is an absence of scholastic research on the proof of AT in the majority of the business sectors. The absence of proof stems from the equivocalness in meanings of AT and High Frequency Trading (HFT) and their use reciprocally.  Abstract

The year 2020 will be remembered as a bitter memory in the history of the world due to COVID 19 pandemic. The global economy has been deplorably affected by the lock down imposed due to COVID-19. The Indian economy has also not remained untouched by the dire impact of this pandemic. The unorganised sector has been the most affected sector of the Indian economy during the pandemic. A huge amount of laborers are getting their livelihood from this sector. Around 28.58 crore laboures are registered on the e-shram portal launched by the Ministry of Labour and employment on August 26, 2021. The e-shram portal deals only with unorganised labour. These informal labourers have faced severe challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the salient concern of this paper is not only to elucidate the constraints of informal labourers during COVID-19 but also to explain the post- pandemic recovery of this sector.

 Abstract

In this stage of development, people are using this vision in many aspects of day to day life, like Face Recognition, Colour detection, Automatic car, etc. In our project, computer vision is used in creating an Optical mouse and keyboard using hand gestures. The camera of the computer will read the image of the person and according to the movement of the person's eyes the Mouse or the cursor of the computer will move. Similarly the keyboard gestures will be used by tapping the alphabets or numbers on the screen with two fingers or by pinching gesture on the alphabet then the tapped alphabets will be shown on the screen.It will act as a virtual mouse and keyboard with no wire or external devices. The only hardware aspect of the project is a real time web-cam and the coding is done on python using Anaconda platform. Here the defects are generated and with the help of Linear Regression Algorithm and Haar-cascade the movement and working of Mouse and Keyboard is done. The computer will understand the gesture shown by the user and act accordingly.
