The study investigates the relation of employer branding with employee attraction and retention in the IT sector, emphasizing various dimensions of employer branding. Employing a quantitative research approach and convenient sampling, data is gathered through a structured questionnaire. Pearson correlation is used to find the correlation. Findings underscore the critical role of dimensions such as work-life balance, positive work environment, values, culture, career growth, and competitive compensation in shaping employee retention and attraction. Notably, a healthy work-life balance exhibits the strongest positive correlation with retention. The study concludes that prioritizing these dimensions in employer branding can help IT organizations attract and retain top talent, fostering a loyal and committed workforce. This provides actionable insights for formulating effective employer branding strategies in the competitive IT industry.

Police Brutality in India: A Critical Analysis from a Human Rights Perspective. -Diljinder Singh, LL.M, University Institute of Legal Studies, Chandigarh University. -Dr. Shailja Thakur, Assistant Professor, UILS, Chandigarh University, SAS Nagar. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "...the threat to human rights and bodily integrity are the highest in police stations" -Chief Justice N. V. Ramana Abstract: Gail B. Stewart famously said "Police Brutality- These are the two words that shouldn't go together" . The Indian Law, like any other democratic country, believes in protecting its citizens and their rights, and for that, it has fundamental rights, other rules, and laws. The Legislature, the Executive, and the Judiciary work together and keep check on each other to ensure that. Under the executive authority comes the police and it has to maintain the peace and harmony of society. It plays an important role as it works on the ground level and assures the enforcement of law and order. It works very hard to prevent crime and disorder. But with all that being said, the police, are also known to misuse their powers under political pressure and for personal benefits. Former IPS Prakash Singh in an interview once said "I'd say that the police of this country is ruler's police. The police for those in power. It doesn't work for people" . Although the definition of police brutality is not given under any law, the use of excessive power in a wrong or illegal way can be called police brutality. This article is about that only, it's a study about police brutality. This paper will include all the major points related to police brutality, whether those be complaints, allegations, etc., and the Hon'ble Court's commentary on it. Police brutality includes both physical and mental torture, in some cases even death. Being rude and insulting people is a common thing for policemen, whether it be at police stations or traffic signals, we have seen it happening or heard it from someone. News about the violation of human rights, fake cases, fake encounters, etc. isn't something new to Indian society.

The spectacular surge in the proportion of credit card transactions, web based purchases, has led to a surge in fraudulent activities recently. For any business establishment, credit card security is a major concern. In this respect, credit card fraud is hard to identify. Thus it became imperative to implement effectual fraud detection systems for all credit card issuing banks to mitigate their losses. Betrayed transactions with real transactions in actuality are often dispersed and simple methods of matching are not enough to detect them accurately. The paper proposes an algorithm based on Machine Learning credit card fraud detection to solve the issue of a fraudulent transaction. This framework nominally increases the probability of card fraud by exponential activity. The results show that the accuracy of Random Forest, Support Vector Machine and KNN classifiers achieves respectively 94.84%, 89.46%. Random Forest could even predict new fraud cases very quickly. Right from the beginning, man was amazed by the duality of nature, day and night, sun and moon, hotness and coldness, diseases and health and of course life and death. He learned that many things around him are wholesome and many others are unwholesome. Happiness and sadness is the most important duality of mind of a person. Success of man is fully based on his happiness. Every person strives to achieve health through happiness and peace of mind always. The Ayurvedic principle of synthesis of mind, body and soul to consider man as an integrated whole one would help to treat mental disorders effectively In our classics, we come across many more references regarding the seat of Manas, which are mentioned at various places, but majority of Acharya finally believed that the actual seat of Manas is Hridaya (excluding Urogata) and its transportation channel is Sarva Sharira.

Magnesium nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized by using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDAX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Fourier Transforms Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The objectives of the work are to study the impact of differential quantities of magnesium oxide nanoparticles on the growth, haematological and biochemical characteristics of common carp. Six feeds were prepared by using differential quantities of Magnesium Oxide nanoparticles such as 0(Feed1),10(Feed 2),20(Feed 3),30(Feed 4),40(Feed 5), and 50(Feed 6)mg with fish meal, groundnut oil cake, wheat flour and tapioca flour. Growth, haematological and biochemical parameters of common carp were estimated after 21 days of rearing. Morphological characteristics of magnesium nanoparticles were observed by using an SEM at the wavelength from 2. EDAX spectrum showed three peaks located at 0.5 KeV,1.3 KeV, and 2.5 KeV. In (XRD), the peaks are indexed as 39.600(111), 42.900(200), 62.860(202), 74.620(311), and 78.600(322). The FTIR spectrum was in the range of 400-4000-1, and functional groups are Alcohols, ketones, alkynes, alkyl, and halides. Survival rate indicated that all the Common carp were active and healthy during the period of 21 days except Feed 4 and 5. Feed consumption and feed conversion efficiency of Common carp were higher in Feed 5. The Feed conversion ratio was good in Feed 6. The specific growth rate was higher in Feed 6. Assimilation and Metabolism were higher in Feed 3. Gross and net growth efficiency was higher in Feed 5. Haematological parameters increased with increased concentration of magnesium oxide nanoparticles. Total protein, carbohydrate and lipid in the muscle, gill, and liver of Common carp were higher in Feed 6.

Cotton fiber which is know as the white gold of India, has highest physical and chemical properties than other natural fibers. The cultivation of cotton is carried out in many ways, the one among them is cultivating it with no fertilizers and pesticides but only with the natural rainfall is known as Kala cotton (Gossypium herbaceum). This withstands any temperature and so its cultivated quickly. Blending of cotton fiber with other natural or manmade fiber has become common now a days. Banana Fiber has high range of tear resistance and overall flexibility, blending this fiber with cotton enhances the more physical and chemical properties. This study is carried out to compare the abrasion resistance using Marindale method and Bursting Strength of Banana cotton and Kala cotton fabrics.
