 Abstract

Abstract Security is fundamental to a nation like India having with common boundaries and diversified neighbours. To check threat menace emanates from various sources within geopolitical and strategic realm, the need to increase recognition of the maritime security in terms of its significance. One such attempt was that Prime Minister Shri. Modiji vision of Security and Growth For All in the Region (SAGAR) Initiative has been an integrated maritime initiative that prioritises the Indian Ocean region to ensure India's peace, stability, and prosperity. Vision SAGAR unveiled in 2015 to signify the maritime cooperation and geopolitical- economic security ties with maritime neighbors while assisting them in developing maritime security capabilities. India is well aware that the challenges are multi-dimensional and without cooperation from neigbouring countries, India cannot secure its boundaries and therefore India seeks to deepen economic and security ties with its maritime neighbours especially Indian Ocean Region (IOR) countries and assist in building their maritime security capabilities through SAGAR initiatives. SAGAR initiative is a part of Modi's greater proactive foreign policy to guard India's national interests. In this context Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) has significantly playing vital role in maintaining maritime security ties and protecting its national interest as it has a coastline of over and above 7,000 kms. With advancement in technology, physical threats in the maritime region have now been overshadowed by technological threats including maritime concerns ranging from piracy at sea to illegal immigration and weapon smugglings. ANC is India's only operational joint service command was established in the year 2001 during the Kargil war to cope up with the challenges emerged from territorial states of Bay of Bengal region including China. ANC initiated to act as an advance base towards supporting military operations in the region over the years and it has playing a significant role in nurturing successive government's policies and act according to "Look East Policy" and subsequently "Act East policy". This article explores the significance of SAGAR initiatives assert India's comprehensive maritime engagement through Andaman and Nicobar Command. Further it examines how India has dealt with the use of maritime diplomacy to achieve its objectives to increase maritime cooperation.

 Abstract

Employees play a crucial role in an organization's success. Most organizations provide employees with learning opportunities by conducting on-the-job and off-the-job training. It can help individuals increase their skills for daily tasks as well as their skills for future responsibility. Most private banks in Myanmar have conducted limited investigations into the impact of training on employee performance. Therefore, this study investigates the influence of on-the-job training, off-the-job training, and supervisor support on employee performance in selected private banks in Myanmar. On-the-job training, off-the-job training, and supervisor support were used as independent variables, and employee performance as the dependent variable in this research. Since the quantitative research approach was adopted, a 5-point Likert Scale questionnaire, such as 5 -strongly agree to 1 - strongly disagree, was used. Data were collected via a social media platform where most of the bankers are using this platform to connect each other so that data can be collected nationwide easily.150 respondents voluntarily answered the survey questions. The study utilized Descriptive, correlation, and regression analyses to examine the data using SPSS software. The results show that on-the-job training and supervisor support positively affect employee performance. However, this finding indicates no significant relationship between off-the-job training and employee performance. Therefore, the study recommended that training needs analysis be performed before training, and training programs should be adequately evaluated. Moreover, organizations need to arrange off-the-job training flexibly by using Learning Management System or by providing training after banking operations hours.

 Abstract

Acting as a link between healthcare providers, insurers, and regulatory bodies, medical coding is an essential part of the healthcare ecosystem. An overview of medical coding is given in this abstract, with particular attention to its goals and the revolutionary potential of artificial intelligence (AI), as well as the process of medical coding, certification programs, the significance of accurate medical coding, and career and entrepreneurial opportunities in the field. The medical coding method has changed significantly since AI was introduced. Machine learning algorithms, among other AI technologies, have simplified and improved the accuracy of coding processes. Large volumes of healthcare data are analyzed by automated coding systems, which effectively convert narrative information into accurate codes. This speeds up the coding process and lowers the possibility of mistakes, which raises the standard overall.

 Abstract

According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, the world population will reach nine billion people in 2050, of which 75% will live in urban settlements. One of the biggest challenges will be meeting the demand for food, as farmland is being lost to climate change, water scarcity, soil pollution, among other factors. In this context, hydroponics, an agricultural method that dispenses with soil, provides a viable alternative to address this problem. Although hydroponics has proven its effectiveness on a large scale, there are still challenges in implementing this technique on a small scale, specifically in urban and suburban settings. The ability to grow local food without agricultural land occupation is for sure an added value of vertical hydroponics, representing a less environmentally harmful way to supplement the vegetable demand of urban populations.

 Abstract

Core generation is an important step in casting, so it should never be skipped. Raising the core production level and reducing the core price will improve the process, depending on whether it is fabricated or purchased from the foundry. By using dry silica sand as an abrasive refractory, we can prepare the core in advance, which will reduce the number of defects caused by sand expansion. Additionally, adding coal bran and water to the sand will create a sand core that is more durable and expands more easily, reducing defects. All of these additives are blended in a blender before being poured into molds to create a sand insert that is formed, bonded, and can be used to shape the inside of a casting or a part of a casting that cannot be modeled.

 Abstract

The representation of Indian and South Korean women in socio-political roles has evolved over the years, reflecting changing societal attitudes and government policies in both countries. In India, women have made significant strides in politics, with figures like Indira Gandhi and Pratibha Patil holding the highest office of the President. However, despite constitutional quotas for women in local governance (Panchayats), their representation in the Parliament remains relatively low. Socio-cultural norms, gender-based violence, and limited access to education still pose challenges. In South Korea, the situation is similar but distinct. Women have played crucial roles in the country's development, contributing to the economy and education system. Nevertheless, traditional gender roles and a deeply ingrained patriarchal culture have led to a significant gender gap in political representation. The country ranks lower in global gender parity indices, with women underrepresented in high-level political positions and boardrooms. With an increasing number of women entering professional jobs, the government passed the "Equal Employment Act" in 1987 to prevent discriminatory practices against female workers in regard to hiring and promotion opportunities. Both India and South Korea have implemented policies to enhance women's participation in politics and leadership positions. India's reservation of seats for women in local governance has had positive effects at the grassroots level, but the same progress hasn't translated to higher legislative bodies. South Korea's Gender Quota Act seeks to address gender imbalance, but it faces challenges in implementation. Efforts to improve representation include women's empowerment initiatives, awareness campaigns, and encouraging female political leadership. Despite progress, systemic barriers and societal biases persist, hindering the full inclusion of women in socio-political spheres in both countries. On going advocacy, policy reforms, and shifts in cultural attitudes are crucial to achieving greater gender equality and representation for Indian and South Korean women in these roles.

 Abstract

For most of the countries now-a-days the national agenda is the agricultural production because of rapid climatic changes that affects the crop growth like vegetables, fruits, grains and insect infestation. Because of rapid climatic changes it is becoming hard to achieve maximum yield of the crops, because of this many countries are seeing greenhouse as a very good option to guarantee their agricultural results. In this paper we have proposed a smart greenhouse monitoring system that consists of different sensors which monitor the total area of the greenhouse and these sensors mainly include temperature and humidity sensor, light controlling (LED) sensor, soil moisture and PH controlling sensor. The system consists a facility of fire alert system and SMS alert system which will be displayed on the user's phone. Dataset used for this system has different kinds of pictures of numerous plants which are taken from different angles and the plants captured are both healthy and affected. This system has the ability to capture images and store in the database and predict results based on that data. The system uses Convolution Neural Network (CNN) which helps in training the model and detecting the disease. This survey paper gives information about the system which is equipped with numerous IoT-based applications to control and monitor greenhouse and help in building a suitable agriculture environment.
