Digital forensics plays a pivotal role in investigating and analyzing digital evidence to uncover cybercrime activities. As the volume and complexity of digital data continue to grow, the role of computers in digital forensics has become indispensable. This paper explores the multifaceted contributions of computers in the digital forensics domain, highlighting key aspects such as evidence acquisition, analysis, and presentation. The evolution of computer technology has provided forensic investigators with powerful tools and techniques to efficiently collect, preserve, and examine electronic evidence. Additionally, advancements in data storage and retrieval, as well as the increasing prevalence of networked systems, pose both challenges and opportunities for digital forensic practitioners. The paper delves into the critical role of computational methods, including data recovery, forensic analysis software, and machine learning, in enhancing the speed and accuracy of investigations. Furthermore, it examines the ethical considerations and legal implications associated with the use of computers in digital forensics. By elucidating the symbiotic relationship between computers and digital forensics, this paper underscores the importance of ongoing technological advancements and interdisciplinary collaboration to address the evolving landscape of cyber threats and ensure the integrity of digital investigations.

Advanced by sophisticated deep learning algorithms, deepfake technology poses a substantial threat to contemporary society, facilitating the creation of remarkably convincing manipulated media. These manipulations often in-volve superimposing faces onto different bodies or generating fabricated speeches, thereby fueling concerns regarding misinformation, privacy breaches, and potential misuse. This study is dedicated to the creation and assessment of deep learning-based models, including CNN, RNN, ResNext, and LSTM, designed for the detection of deepfake videos. Additionally, we explore the potential challenges and future directions in deepfake detection research, underscoring the imperative need for ongoing advancements in this domain to stay ahead of evolving deepfake generation techniques. Ultimately, this research contributes to the collective endeavor to counteract the misuse of deepfake technology and safeguard the integrity of digital media and public discourse.

Upanishad is considered as the end part of the Vedas. It is the ultimate truth of all the four Vedas. It is the highest philosophy of life where the human beings reach at the end of their knowledge. All four Vedas have their own Upanishads. Recorded by different Rishis and enlightened person. Total number of Upanishads are one hundred and eight. In this paper the scholar will discuss the seven Upanishads. It is often termed as Vedanta i.e. end part of the Vedas. These are the treaties which dealt with the ultimate problem of life and their goals. It literally means sitting near the Guru and attaining his wisdom through the process of teaching and learning. It provides very basic answers to those question which some day or the other emerges in ones mind. It tends to give answers to those question which can lead a person to live his life to the fullest.

Elderly people who suffer from geriatric depression often struggle to carry out their everyday activities on a regular basis. The constitutional study was carried out to gauge the degree of depressive disorders among the elderly. The Geriatric Depressive Scale (GDS) was employed to assess the case both prior to and following treatment. Only thirty instances were collected and used for the study. The Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital at Vinayaka Mission served as the source of the data for this study. The psychiatric departments of IP and OP were examined. The data collected prior to and following the treatment was analysed using the signed Wilcoxon rank test. The ICD-10 diagnostic standards are used to assess if geriatric depression is present in each of the thirty cases.

Human have always prioritized their safety from various harms present in society, like animals, natural calamities, accidents, and even fellow human beings. Safety from each of the above requires a different approach, hence, for safety from an individual one needs to have a weapon to defend himself. Society needs to have control over who can and who cannot use weapons and arms, for this government has laid down certain provisions and laws related to arms and ammunition, referred to as the "arms act". These arms acts in India have existed since the state existed. In historical books like "Arthashastra" by Kautilya, there are provisions given about how, when, and who can use arms like swords, spears, etc. that were used in that period. In India, the main law related to arms provisions was introduced by the Britishers to restrain Indians from using and possessing arms. This arms control act was passed by Britishers mainly in the year 1878, but it was quite biased, the restrictions were put only on Indians and not Europeans who resided in India. The principal gun control act is that of 1959, which restricts people without a license to own, manufacture, sell, use, or trade any arms and ammunition. It is to be noted that every country has different perceptions and laws related to arms. Some countries like the United States of America, have more flexible and less strict laws than India. In fact, in America, possession of arms is considered to be their tradition, which is also safeguarded by the Second Amendment Act, which makes owning arms a legal right in America. Thus, in India, the possession of arms is a privilege but in America, it is a right. The study will focus on the Present Scenario of the Arms Act, with a comparative study with that of America. The paper primarily focuses on the Arms Act of 1959, with a comparison to America and its Second Amendment act, the thesis will also discuss the legal overview, historical background, and prohibitions related to arms and ammunition in both India and America.

This research paper engages in the analysis of dystopian elements, within the Lois Lowry's seminal work, "The Giver". The novel belongs to the part of dystopian literature that serves as a reflective lens on societal structures and the control mechanisms in the novel by juxtaposing it with the idea of dystopian society. The analysis explores the key elements such as sameness, emotional suppression, symbolism, governance structures, sense of freedom and the tension between individuality and societal conformity. The Giver introduces the readers to the society that are regulated by the elders. The analysis begins by examining how the suppression of memory in The Giver contributes to societal control, with a broader exploration of memory manipulation in literature. It also gives an insight to the symbolic elements that plays a part in the role of conveying emotions and contributing to the portrayal of societal control. The governance structure reveals the leadership in the novel, where the elders guide the community with an authoritarian regime. The conflict between individuality and societal conformity is explored by comparing the internal struggle of Jonas in the novel.

Understanding human action patterns is essential for many things, like keeping an eye on your health or figuring out how to get better at sports. This paper presents a novel approach to a human action pattern recognition system using physical training for children's activities. In this approach, children do exercises. The recognition system is developed by using a varied dataset of physical training attendees performing different exercises. With the use of computer vision and machine learning to implement logistic regression to track and categorize these actions, with consideration given to both spatial and temporal aspects. This real-time recognition system doesn't just accurately identify actions; it also provides physical training for children with personalized feedback and recommendations enhances the fitness experience and promotes proper exercise form to prevent injury. Through this approach, the aim is to broaden the accessibility of action pattern recognition, making it available to a larger group of individuals. The impact is felt in fitness, healthcare, and sports performance analysis, nurturing improved exercise habits and overall well-being.

Abstract: Interest is one of the key factors that helps the students to lead themselves towards excellence in any course of study. It may be intrinsic or extrinsic. The students sometimes may not be interested intrinsically but if the teachers, parents, and well-wishers tried to arouse interest they may try to show their excellence. In this study, the investigator tried to arouse interest among the students in the higher secondary final year for statistics in education to improve their statistical knowledge and to acquire good scores in the final examination. A total 100 numbers of student from Debraj Roy College was taken as a sample of the study. The teacher-made achievement test both for pre-test and post-test was applied as a tool of the study. For analyzing of data mean, standard deviation, z-test, and correlation were used. It was found from the study that arousing interest and motivation helps students show good performance in statistics.
