The data transmission in any wireless communication system is affected by attenuation, interference, noise and distortion which affect the receivers ability to receive the correct information. The Convolution encoder and Viterbi decoder are good forward error detection and correcting codes for a channel, which is affected by noise. The convolution encoder is used for correction of errors at the receiver end. Software de?ned radio adapts various modulation schemes, encoding techniques by changing its con?guration. SDR reduces the cost complexity and provides the ?exible communication system. This paper presents the implementation of convolution Encoder and Viterbi Decoder with a constrained length of 3 and a code rate of by using Spartan and virtex families of FPGA. This paper proposes the Viterbi decoder architecture which optimizes the critical path to achieve higher speeds. The design of Viterbi is carried out in MATLAB and verified. RTL coding is done using Verilog HDL, Xilinx Spartan Series FPGA is used for implementation. Modelsim and Vivado is used for simulation functional and timing simulations.

We have prepared pristine and ZnO nanoparticle doped PVC films with varying doping concentration and thin films thicknesses. The conductivity is measured by applying different applied fields and temperatures for pristine and ZnO doped PVC thin films. The Ln? verses 1/T x 10-3 K plot exhibited nonlinearity nature and it is found that the conductivity increases more sharply for doped sample than the undoped sample at intermediate temperature. The activation energy is calculated by employing arrhenious equation and found that it increases with increase in doping concentration of ZnO in PVC film.

Womens Writings most often fulfil an implicit anticipation of finding new definitions for existence and survival, revealing multiple dimensions involved in the process of being and becoming women. K.R. Meera, the renowned Malayalam writer, is known for her instinctive awareness of various interlocking forces at work and a deeper perception into the predicament of women in family and society. I am attempting a feminist reading of her work Malaghayude Marukukal (The Angels Beauty Spots: Three Novellas), to reveal the subversive acts of the protagonists while in executing their autonomy and asserting their existence.

Right to Health Should be demand to declare fundamental right.understanding health as a human right creates a legal obligation states to ensure access to timely, acceptable and affordable health care of appropriate quality as well as to providing for the underlying determinants of health, such as safe and potable water, sanitation food, housing, health related information and education and gender equality the right to health must be enjoyed without discrimination on the grounds of race, age, ethnicity or any other status like economic poor and rich.Rights based approaches is meaningful participation that means ensuring that national state-holders including non-state actors such as non-governmental organisations are meaningfully involved in all phases of programming, assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, right to a system of health protection that gives everyone an equal opportunity to enjoy the highest attainable level of health. Right to Health including through the allocation of maximum available resources to progressively realise this goal is reviewed though various international human rights mechanisms such as the universal periodic review,or the many committee on economic,Social and cultural rights in many cases, the right to health has been adopted into domestic law or constitution law. Indian Constitution provided fundamental right part-III article 12 to 35, article 14 to 18: right to equality and article 19 to 22: right to freedom, article-21:right to life and personal liberty in this article-21 intrinsic part of right to Health, right to water, right to environment or air many types intrinsic who so ever essential component of life including right to health.

As a novelist of considerable merit, Anita Desai enriches the tradition of Indian writing in English. She is recognized as the first Indian author writing in English who delineates feminist themes seriously, focusing on the conditions of women in India. Her present novel, Fire on the Mountain captures many a reader and scholar. In this women-centred novel, she depicts the intensity of psychological conflicts experienced by women. Here she portrays the alienation of her protagonist, Nanda Kaul in a unique manner. Nanda Kaul sacrifices a lot for her family and lives only for her family but finds nothing in back.

Magnesium Diboride has attracted the attention of physicists all over the world due to its characteristics band structure and high superconducting(SC) transition temperature 39K. In the present paper the superconducting(SC) state parameters ?, ?* and Tc representing the electron-phonon coupling strength, Coulomb - coupling strength and SC transition temperature of MgB2 have been studied through Harrisons First Principle Pseudopotential [HFPP] technique[1]. The non-local screen form factor w(k, q) of the constituents have been computed through for widely excepted forms of exchange-correlation functions viz. Vashishta Singwi (V-S), Hubbard Sham (H-S), Kleimn -Langreth(K-L) and Shaw (SH) forms. The form factor of MgB2 has been obtained through the well-known Faber-Ziman [2]. The SC state parameters have been completed through the Mc Millans Formalism [3]. Reasonable agreement has been obtained with previous and experimental data. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indian Economy with their contribution in industrial output, exports, employment, and production for Indian and international market. With the onset of the globalization process, the Indian Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are lagging the rival firms. The rival firms originate from the neighbouring countries in terms of export competitiveness. The main reason attributed behind this is lack of use of updated technology and other notable reasons. This study examines the adaptability of online learning Indian MSMEs and Minitab software was used in the present study for analysis.

According to World Health Organization, Gaming disorder is defined in the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) as a pattern of gaming behavior characterized by impaired control over gaming, increasing priority given to gaming over other activities to the extent that gaming takes precedence over other interests and daily activities, and continuation or escalation of gaming despite the occurrence of negative consequences. For gaming disorder to be diagnosed, the behavior pattern must be of sufficient severity to result in significant impairment in personal, family, social, educational, occupational or other important areas of functioning and would normally have been evident for at least 12 months. In the present study male respondents between age group 18-24 were targeted. There were cases found during study who performed low in academics or real life situation. PUBG users keep on getting aggressive and even get thoughts of killing people in real life. There are cases were the players have either killed or robbed their family members and even have attempted suicide due to the depression. Researcher came to the conclusion that this game is addictive and has many negatives effects on the players. The player become addicted and follows the habit loop of playing and connects with the unknown people as well. There are players who earn their income through PUBG by organizing PUBG tournaments, live streaming on YouTube as well.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of circuit training on selected physical fitness variables among sports persons. For the present study 40 male college sports persons (n=40) of Rajarshi shahu College Pathri were randomly selected as a subject and their age ranged between 18 to 25 years. The selected subjects were randomly assigned into two equal groups such as circuit training group (CTG) and control group (CG) with twenty subjects each (n=20). The experimental (circuit training) group underwent their respective experimental training for six weeks and a session on every day. Control group was not undergone any specific training apart from their regular activities. The data was collected before and after six weeks of training period. Independent t-test was applied for calculate the differences between both groups. The level of significance was set at 0.05 levels. It was concluded on the basis of results that circuit training has significant effect on all selected physical fitness variables.
