In recent years, information technology has had a profound effect on human resources (HR) processes and practices. The focus of this research is to know the changing role of HR professional through technological advancements. In recent years, information technology has had a profound effect on human resources (HR) processes and practices. However, relatively little research has examined its effectiveness, and most of the prevailing studies haven't assessed the degree to which these new systems enable organizations to succeed in their HR goals of attracting, motivating and retaining employees. The focus of this research is to know the changing role of HR professional through technological advancements. This includes looking into recruitment technologies which reduce the quantity of your time it takes recruiters to travel through every application. The research shows that the role of HR will shift towards training, development and strategic roles for the foremost part, while also concentrating on reward systems and benefits for the workers . The use of HR technologies is vital in helping to shift these new roles of HR professionals, within the advantage of them but also for the organization and employees. Given the rapid changes in technology in the past decades, we believe that it will influence the nature of HR processes in the future. Thus, the primary purposes of this paper are to (a) contains the introduction about HR and technology, (b) review the current effects of technology on HR processes, (c) emerging HR trends in future with technological advancement, (d) discussion on recent types of HR technology, (e) how technology may affect the HR process, (f) major ten technology trends in the human resources management, and in last we conclude the paper along with the references.

In this paper, we have mathematically analyzed the problem of groundwater flow given by Pavlovsky [1] by the method of two parameter singular perturbation with variable coefficient. The differential system governing the groundwater flow, yields a second order linear differential equation in which the coefficient of first and second order derivative consists of small parameter together with permeability factor. The constant term in the equation also consists a permeability factor. To analyze the problem we have, here, considered the permeability of the soil as a function of both time and special coordinate. Here, in this paper, we have discussed the problem for the flow of groundwater flow in heterogeneous porous media on a sloping bedrock.

This paper reports the design and implementation details of a transceiver architecture for application in wearable devices deploying human body as the transmission medium. The human body communication (HBC) is a non-Radiofrequency communication defined in the IEEE 802.15.6 standard, exclusively for Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs). In this design, which is based on Walsh coding scheme, high data rates up to10 Mbps for WBAN applications have been achieved, simultaneously reducing the design complexity and resource utilization by 25.7% in comparison to BCH codes used for ultra-wide band communication. The simulated design has shown a low power utilization of 87mW and employs only 37 slices, when implemented on Artix7 FPGA device.

Cooperative A cooperative bank is a financial institution that is owned at the same time by its members. Co-operatives are mostly formed by individuals belonging to some local professional group who have a shared interest in rural finance to meet the last man in the last village; the conventional money lender has no competitor. It provides the only tool that can have demonstrated its worth in reaching the citizens in full; the cooperative movement could not gain traction until 1954, when the RBI approved the recommendation from All India Credit Survey Committee. Each nation depends on the sector of banking. Similarly the Indian banking industry has a unique growth, as the Prime Minister's Bank was formed in the 18th century, and was later the Imperial Bank of India, now known as the State Bank of India in the pre-independence period (SBI). Co-operative banks in India have a crucial role to play in rural finance, by financing areas covering agriculture, livestock, milk, personal financing, independent jobs, and the establishment of small-scale units between the few areas of focus for urban and rural cooperative banks. They provide the necessary alternative to people visiting the village moneylender who have been working for many years, frequently finding themselves in a debt pit that they struggle with.

Aided by the technological advancements and with the advent of the digital media, consumers are now opting for online retail or online shopping. This paradigm shift calls for the marketers to understand and analyze the consumer buying behaviour in a new light. The list of factors that affect the consumer decision process have additions like online customer reviews and E-WOM (electronic word-of-mouth) to name a few. Consumers can easily obtain information about the product or service through online customer reviews and this in turn can have an impact on the consumer decision process. Researchers across the globe acknowledged the impact of customer reviews on the consumer decision process. Consumer decision process is a cognitive process and customer review is bound to perceived differently by different individuals. The primary research objective of this study was to understand the degree of impact of the customer reviews on the consumer decision process of consumers of different age groups. Further, an attempt has been made to analyze whether the degree of impact of the customer reviews varies with the change in the nature of the market offering or not. The study recommends that age and income of the respondents are some of the key elements when determining the degree of impact of customer reviews. It also highlights the fact that consumers irrespective of their age are by and large affected by some form of the customer review or the other. The analysis also indicates that marketers are implementing various forms of customer reviews and customers are influenced by the same but maybe with varying degree depending on the nature of the product/service to be purchased.

With rapidly growing town and infrastructures development , India is now developing and doing construction so fast. This rapid increase in the construction giving birth to the various new problem in India. Concrete is one of the major component of construction , without it no construction can take place. Country like India and other developing countries , which are now focusing on infrastructure demands concrete for their development. And concrete needs sand for its grade composition. This increase in demand of sand creates huge erosion of river bed for the extraction of sand so that the demand can be fulfilled. This over extraction of sand not only effect the physical geography of the river but also effect the various other properties like the infiltration rate, irrigation , river path, shrinkage of river , somewhere widening of river, intrusion of unpure water into ground water , result in reduction of biodiversity, diseases in plants. These changes are so minute that we cannot notice instantly , but eventually when we get to know , it is too late. This long term damage creates so much problem for us , that at last everything will be endangered and the environment will have to suffer due to human causes. Thus , by observing all these changes, there is a need of substitute or alternative material that can take place of the sand , and shows the same properties like sand. And it will be great ,if that substance is waste. This will help us in resolving two problems at one time , first is we are now reducing the erosion of river bed. And second is the reduction in the pollution or unnecessary humps that we are creating here and there by disposing off the waste, also the waste here we are taking have so many small particles that they keep deposited in the air as a particulate matter , causing rapid increase in the air pollution. So the marble dust will be economic , sustainable and environment friendly substitute of the sand that is obtained from the river. Moreover sand and the marble dust have similar performance by chemical analysis. And here in this study here we are going to analysized the performance of concrete of M20 and M25 grade , by partially replacing the sand with the marble dust by 0%, 15%, 25%, 35%, 40% and 50%. And after then we have evaluated the compressive strength of the concrete cube at seventh, fourteenth and twenty-eight day. And examining this we found out that this procedure is so environment friendly and very economical for the project.

Education is the right of all children and through the 86th amendment act, article 21(A) was incorporated in the Indian constitution which made education as a fundamental right. Accordingly the Right of children to Free and Compulsory Education act (RTE) has come into force from April 1, 2010.. Every child in the age group of 6-14 years will be provided 8 years of free compulsory elementary education. The RTE act mandated the formation of School Management Committees (SMC) in every government-funded schools to encourage community and more particularly, parental involvement in school development. Under the RTE Act parents have been entrusted certain powers through the SMC elected by them; proper exercise of the same can initiate a process of improving schools. The School Management Committee members should understand the RTE act for its effective implementation. The present study was conducted to know the awareness of Right to Education Act among School Management Committee members .The investigators selected 96 SMC members from 32 Government elementary schools in Vizianagaram district as respondents and data collected through the questionnaire on RTE . It was found that majority of the SMC members are not fully aware about RTE Act. Significant differences were found in the awareness of SMC Chairperson and Members male and female, rural and urban area respondents . This study revealed that there is a need to create awareness among School Management Committee members about RTE Act for its effective implementation in Elementary schools .
