Thin films having different thickness 1000- 3000 A0 of Pb1-XInXSe (X=0.2) were deposited by thermal evaporation techniques, onto precleaned amorphous glass substrate. The optical microscopy and XRD were used to detect the structural properties of the films. The electrical, thermoelectric and optical properties of annealed thin films have been evaluated. From electrical properties bulk resistivity, mean free path, charge carrier concentration, mobility were calculated. The calculated value of bulk resistivity is 1.6647 x 10-4 ?-cm, mean free path is 2.348 A0, charge carrier concentration is 5.8941 x 1021 cm-3 and mobility is 0.0113 x 103 cm2/volt-sec. Thermoelectric Properties shows a positive sign exhibiting p- type nature of films. Fermi energy and scattering parameter were determined. The calculated values of Fermi energy and scattering parameter are 0.02 to 0.16 eV and 0.26 to 0.143 respectively. The evaluated absorption coefficient and extinction coefficient were (1- 4) x 105 and (2.5 - 9.07) x 10-3 respectively. The evaluated direct and indirect optical band gaps are 1.71 to 1.75 eV and 0.816 to 0.819 eV respectively

The technological revolution of the world is now being led by the young generation. The increased investment in creating technological infrastructure reflects the commitment of the world in exploiting the potential of ICTs for development. Now-a-days lot of discussions is going on nation-wide regarding the e-learning system which ultimately secures an e-evaluation system. The system of e-evaluation is one of the most important components of any education system. In the recommendations of almost all commissions and committees of education, there is special emphasis on evaluation pattern of students. E-evaluation is a way to make the whole evaluating system feasible, meaningful and purposeful. Most of the educational institution has adopted some form of e-evaluation mechanism for its overall growth of the students/institutions. Since the learners pursue study at their own pace and place (campus/home/workplace), they dont have to withdraw themselves from their work/job and they can pursue their course of study from different institutions, even from different countries simultaneously. In this context, e-evaluation system fulfills the evaluating needs of diversified institutions and ultimately their learners. But, most of the organizations are facing some of the issues and challenges in the implementation of the e-evaluation system. In the present paper some sort of discussion have been made regarding the evolution of e-evaluation system and aim of this paper is to study the issues and challenges in the implementation of e-evaluation system. In the present paper, a number of studies are being quoted which signify the issues and challenges of e-evaluation system.

The present paper explores Ambedkars imagination of an ideal society and the means to achieve it. To understand his ends and means this paper analyses the socio-economic, political, educational, and religious philosophy of Ambedkar. In this way, this paper is not only a critical engagement to the idea of social justice but also the concept of social transformation. Ambedkars social philosophy is based on a just society or humanity, which consists of three basic principles of liberty, equality and fraternity. If we analyze the thoughts and actions of Ambedkar, we find that his socio-economic, political, educational, and religious philosophy indicates towards social transformation, rather than social justice. Because social justice refers to individual rights, dignity, and equal opportunity and rights for the society within the existing structure. The fundamental principles of his just society were based on social, economic, religious, cultural, and political democracy. Hence, all the socio-economic and political institutions should be based on liberal democratic standards such as equality, liberty and fraternity. Ambedkar believed in three components that would be the means of his just society like educate, organize and agitate. There are number of literatures on idea of justice, social justice and Ambedkar, but Ambedkars thoughts and actions for social transformation got very less attention. This paper is a modest attempt to understand Ambedkars insight on social transformation. The primary and secondary sources like Ambedkars speeches and writing and books and article has been used in this study.

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of suryanamaskar on trunk joint mobility of morning walkers men of Amravati. To achieve this purpose twenty (n = 20) men who regularly comes for morning walk at Degree College of Physical Education, Amravati were randomly selected. Subjects were divided into two groups (Experimental group 10 mens & Control group 10 mens). Age of the morning walkers was ranged between 35 to 40 years. The criterion variable of trunk joint mobility was measured by goniometer. The scoring unit of goniometer is in degree (max-360 degree). The reading showed by the apparatus at four sides i.e. left, right, forward and backward will be added together to get the final score. Pre-test was taken on the both the group prior to the Suryanamskar training and post-test was also administered after six weeks of Suryanamskar practices. Suryanamskar were practices every morning i.e. three days per week. First week the session consisted of 5 minutes warm-up 2 times suryanamaskar and 5 minutes cool-down, increased 2 times suryanamaskar every week. After six week training post test were administered and data were collected. Statistical analyses was done on the basis of t test to compare pre and post test of trunk joint mobility of morning walkers. Result of the study shows that on the basis of mean difference there was difference between the means of pre and post test of control and experimental group of morning walker mens in reference to trunk joint mobility. To see this difference is significant or not at 0.05 level of significance. Researcher further calculated t test & above table shows that there is significant difference between pre and post test of experimental group of trunk joint mobility, as the calculated t value 1.93 is greater than tabulated t value 1.734. But there is insignificant found between pre and post test of control group of trunk joint mobility, as the calculated t value 0.951 is lesser than the tabulated t value 1.734. Concluding we can say that experimental group shows significant difference in reference to trunk joint mobility the differences may be attributed that Surya namaskar is basically a sun salutation that leads to healthy body, mind and soul. However, morning time is the best time for surya namaskar. Sun rises is the time when sun rays help revitalize the body and refresh the mind. It also increases the ability of muscle to perform movement with large amplitude (range of motion).

Now a days the usage of E-Commerce increased rapidly. At this point the delivery of products is so crucial and the transfer of products/assets from owner to consumer there is a chance of manipulating products. To deliver products to the consumer safely the global networks uses the modern supply chains they are manufactures, suppliers, logistics, and retailers. As of now they used the paper based model and disjoint system that lacks the information and tracking the product is also consuming process. We proposed a new tracking system and secure transfer of product in this paper through blockchains supply chain management system. In this paper we use the distributed public ledger and with the Blockchain we decreased the errors, avoiding product delays, eliminating fraud activities.

Nowadays certain actions are taken to improve the level of cleanliness in the country. People are getting more active in doing all the things possible to clean their surroundings. Various movements are also started by the government to increase cleanliness. We will try to build a system which will notify the corporations to empty the bin on time. In this system, we will put a sensor on top of the garbage bin which will detect the total level of garbage inside it according to the total size of the bin. When the garbage will reach the maximum level, a notification will be sent to the corporation's office, then the employees can take further actions to empty the bin. This system will help in cleaning the city in a better way. By using this system people do not have to check all the systems manually but they will get a notification when the bin will get filled

Ghanas soils are described as low productive soils whose productivity continues to decline rapidly as a result of the adopted unsustainable crops production systems. In addition, prime agricultural lands are also being permanently lost as a result of urbanization to other land use sectors thereby affecting sustainable crops production. However, there is currently no existing policy framework that seeks to guide the holistic exploitation of Ghanas soil resources for the current and future needs. This paper therefore discusses the relevance, ideas and concept for attaining a soil management policy to drive Ghanas agricultural development and food security programs.
