This paper examines the rising convergence of narcissistic personality patterns and neuroticism among contemporary youth and its psychological, emotional, and sociocultural implications. In a digital age characterized by validation-driven self-worth, impulsivity, and heightened emotional reactivity, the fusion of narcissistic traits and neurotic tendencies has led to growing mental distress and relational instability. Drawing from the clinical and therapeutic insights of Dr. Amita Puri, this paper conceptualizes how Subconscious Energy Healing Therapy (SEHT) can address the subconscious roots of these maladaptive patterns, offering a transformative approach for emotional balance, self-awareness, and sustainable psychological well-being.

This research investigates the determinants of eco-conscious consumer behavior, examining psychological factors, cultural influences, and the mechanisms driving green purchasing decisions. Employing an integrated theoretical framework combining the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) Theory, and Hofstede's Cultural Dimensions, this study synthesizes contemporary literature to understand consumer adoption of environmentally friendly products. The research identifies environmental concern, perceived consumer effectiveness, and environmental knowledge as critical antecedents of green purchase intention. Additionally, the study explores the persistent attitude-behavior gap in green consumption, highlighting moderating factors including trust, price sensitivity, and product availability. The findings reveal that while consumer environmental concern continues to increase, significant barriers prevent intention from translating into actual purchasing behavior. This research contributes a comprehensive framework explaining eco-conscious consumer behavior suitable for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers seeking to promote sustainable consumption patterns.

Chlorambucil, a well-established alkylating agent, has long been used in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL); however, its clinical efficacy is often limited by drug resistance mechanisms, including DNA repair and glutathione-mediated detoxification. To overcome these limitations and enhance therapeutic potential, we report the rational design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of a novel series of chlorambucil-based hybrid molecules capable of dual inhibition of DNA and histone deacetylases (HDACs). These bifunctional compounds are engineered to retain the DNA-alkylating ability of chlorambucil while incorporating HDAC inhibitory moieties to induce epigenetic modulation and sensitize tumor cells to DNA damage. The hybrids were synthesized via a modular approach and structurally characterized by NMR and mass spectrometry. Their cytotoxicity was evaluated in vitro using leukemia cell lines and primary CLL cells. HDAC inhibition was confirmed by increased acetylation of histone H3 and H4, while DNA alkylation and cross-linking were quantified using comet assays and ?-H2AX staining. Furthermore, glutathione (GSH) levels and glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity were measured to assess cellular detoxification responses. Notably, the novel hybrids induced robust DNA damage and apoptosis even in samples with elevated GSH and GST, indicating partial circumvention of resistance pathways. These findings support the therapeutic promise of dual-targeting chlorambucil derivatives as more effective anticancer agents, especially in hematologic malignancies with established resistance to monofunctional drugs. Further in vivo studies are warranted to evaluate pharmacokinetics and therapeutic efficacy.

Occupational stress, also known as job stress or work stress, is a problem that arises naturally in the contemporary workplace and has a big influence on workers' general job satisfaction, productivity, and well-being. In the teaching profession, occupational stress is a serious issue, especially for college instructors who deal with a variety of difficulties at work. This conceptual study investigates the causes of occupational stress, how it affects teachers' well-being and job performance, and potential coping mechanisms. The study examines the literature to determine the main stresses, including workload, administrative demands, job instability, and work-life imbalance, using a qualitative methodology based on secondary sources. The results demonstrate how long-term stress exposure can result in burnout, decreased job satisfaction, and deteriorating mental and physical health. The study also covers time management measures, psychological resilience-building tactics, and institutional support as helpful coping mechanisms. This work offers important insights on reducing occupational stress among college instructors by synthesising previous studies, with the ultimate goal of improving their general well-being and professional efficacy.

This research seeks to investigate the idea of service quality in the context of health care. The authors attempted to discover the impact of each variable on satisfaction using ParasuramanetalModified.'s SERVQUAL variables. Field study was conducted with 246 patients, and the data was analyzed using SPSS and Excel. In comparison to other services, the article indicates that health care service quality is very complicated. The findings demonstrated that consumers' expectations were not met, as they were unsatisfied with the quality of healthcare services provided by both public and private institutions. The study provides a fresh viewpoint on how the notion of service quality is implemented in the hospital setting. The authors hope that this survey highlights areas of unhappiness that may be swiftly addressed and assures continuous progress in areas of satisfaction.

ABSTRACT: Inhalation therapy is essential in managing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). For patients who cannot effectively use handheld inhalers--such as the elderly or those with poor coordination--home nebulization therapy provides an effective alternative. Nebulizers convert liquid medication into aerosols suitable for inhalation, enabling efficient drug delivery to the lungs and allowing larger doses than handheld inhalers. Modern "smart" nebulizers, such as I-neb and AKITA, can sense a patient's breathing pattern and release medication accordingly, reducing drug wastage. Nebulizers are available in small-volume (5-20 mL) and large-volume (up to 200 mL) formats, depending on the therapy type. Proper patient selection, device maintenance, and cleaning are crucial for effective home nebulization. The increasing prevalence of COPD and asthma, along with advancements in smart nebulizer technology and microparticle formulations, continue to drive growth and innovation in this field .
