Language games provide an engaging and effective approach to developing communication skills among primary learners. These games transform language learning from rote memorization into interactive and meaningful experiences that foster speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. This paper explores the pedagogical value of language games in enhancing vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence. Grounded in communicative language teaching (CLT) and Vygotsky's social constructivist theory, it discusses how play-based interaction enhances linguistic competence and motivation. Empirical studies demonstrate that language games promote active participation, cooperation, and creativity. The paper concludes by suggesting practical classroom strategies for integrating language games to improve communication skills and overall language proficiency at the primary level.

This article investigates the life, poetic output and contributions to film lyrics of Kaifi Azmi, and considers how factors such as his progressive ideology, personal circumstances, and aesthetic disposition helped shape Azmi's dual position as a poet of Urdu literature and a lyricist in mainstream Hindi cinema. The article charts his early life, his entry into progressive writing movements, his major poetry collections, his foray into the cinema, the themes he took up (social justice, love, time), and his legacy. Drawing on biographical material, literary criticism and materials from film studies, the article argues that Azmi's position is of a unique kind of bridge between serious Urdu literary tradition and popular Hindi film culture, contributing to the modern Urdu nazm(poem) and the golden age of Hindi film songs alike. The article ends with reflections on his continued relevance to present-day conversations surrounding literature and film.

Bhabani Bhattacharya's He Who Rides a Tiger (1955) offers a sharp socio-political critique of postcolonial India through the intertwined themes of land ownership and migration. Set during the Bengal famine of 1943, the novel portrays the struggles of Kalo, a lower-caste blacksmith, whose experiences of poverty, caste-based exclusion, and injustice highlight the structural inequalities of Indian society. This paper examines how landlessness functions not only as an economic deprivation but also as a form of social invisibility, stripping individuals of dignity and autonomy. Migration, often seen as a sign of progress, is instead depicted by Bhattacharya as a forced response to famine, caste oppression, and systemic exploitation. Through close textual analysis of Kalo's transformation--from a starving villager to a holy man who subverts social hierarchies--the article reveals how the novel critiques entrenched power structures of caste, class, and religious hypocrisy. By connecting the historical context of the Bengal famine and zamindari system with contemporary concerns of rural displacement and land reforms, the study underscores the continuing relevance of Bhattacharya's narrative. Ultimately, the paper argues that the novel is not only a record of oppression but also a vision of resistance, dignity, and survival from society's margins.

This paper examines the evolving complexities of copyright enforcement in India, analysing statutory developments, case law, and policy initiatives. It situates enforcement challenges within the broader context of technological change, exploring how digitalisation, artificial intelligence, and decentralised networks undermine traditional legal doctrines. India's framework rooted in the Copyright Act 1957, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Intermediary Guidelines 2021 is further supplemented by the Cinematograph (Amendment) Act 2023 and the draft Digital India Bill 2024. Despite a robust statutory base, gaps persist in cross-border enforcement, intermediary accountability, and forensic capacity. The paper proposes a calibrated reform roadmap integrating judicial innovation, digital rights management tools, and institutional capacity building to align India's copyright enforcement with global best practices

The emergence of generative AI has significantly influenced the higher education sector, prompting considerable contemplation and exploration. This domain remains relatively unexplored within research contexts. The bang of Generative AI in higher education and its significance in pedagogy has led to a noticeable increase in published research on this topic. Consequently, the purpose of the study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of literature related to generative AI and higher education, with an objective of reviewing and identifying emerging areas within the field. By doing so, this research not only contributes to the existing literature but also illuminate the current status and future trajectories of research within the domain. In the bibliometric analysis, an electronic search was performed using the Scopus database. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer, a data visualization tool. Bibliographic coupling examines a lack of strong connections between studies, indicating that there is still insufficient depth of research on this emerging topic.

Ayurveda, the ancient system of medicine, possesses a glorious past and a promising future. It encompasses various dimensions related to human health and overall well-being. As a true "science of life," Ayurveda primarily aims to preserve the health of the healthy and to cure diseases in the diseased. In the modern era, due to rapid urbanization, irregular lifestyle, and increasing stress, the prevalence of both acute and chronic disorders has significantly increased. Avabahuka is one such chronic musculoskeletal condition that affects a large number of individuals with varying degrees of severity. Many chronic disorders that are difficult to manage through conventional medicine, or those associated with adverse effects and recurrence, can be effectively managed through Ayurvedic principles. Ayurveda offers a wide range of natural therapeutic approaches for Avabahuka (Frozen Shoulder), as described in classical Ayurvedic texts. Among these, Panchakarma therapies hold a special place for providing significant and sustained relief. Procedures such as Abhyanga (oleation), Swedana (sudation), Patra Pinda Sweda, Sneha Basti, Kati Basti, Upanaha, and Nasya are highly effective in reducing pain and stiffness, improving joint mobility, and restoring normal function of the shoulder. Since Vata Dosha plays a predominant role in the pathogenesis of Avabahuka, therapies that pacify Vata--especially Snehana, Swedana, and Basti Karma--are considered the main line of treatment. Additionally, lifestyle modification involving proper diet (Ahara), daily regimen (Dinacharya), and specific yogic practices can aid in the prevention and rehabilitation of Frozen Shoulder.
