 Abstract

In the historiography of a particular place, it is necessary to know that in the history of that place, what is the history of the era before which we are trying to describe? Each place always has a different history and is marked by different names in different eras.Just like Ayodhya, the capital of the ancient Kosala kingdom, was known by various names from time to time. Sometimes Ayodhya, sometimes Saket, sometimes Visakha and sometimes Vinita was also called. Similarly, Ayodhya was called Awadh during the time of Mughal Emperor Akbar in the second half of the medieval period But when the Nawabs arrived in Awadh, first of all, a raw fort was built on the banks of Saryu river near Ayodhya with soil, wood etc Which is named as "Bangla." The entire area near this Bangla later became famous as the city of "Faizabad." and besides being the capital of Awadh, it was also the center of political activities of the whole of Awadh. The influence of Mughal architecture on the architecture of Nawab Yugin Faizabad clearly also, the use of Jaunpur style can be seen. Nawab Shuja-Ud-Daula developed Faizabad as the capital of Awadh during his tenure, grand buildings were built here.Nawab Shuja-Ud-Daula developed Faizabad as the capital of Awadh. During his tenure, grand buildings were built here.Nawab Shuja-Ud-Daula developed Faizabad as the capital of Awadh. During his tenure, grand buildings were built here in which many palaces, forts, markets and gardens etc. are prominent. After this, Bahu Begum built many royal mosques in Faizabad city.Under his direction, a grand mausoleum of Nawab Shuja-Ud-Daula was built at Gulab Bari in Faizabad. After the death of Bahu Begum in 1815, a grand mausoleum was also built on the Allahabad road Which is a sample of unmatched architecture in Faizabad as well as the whole of Awadh. At present, except for the tomb of Shuja-Ud-Daula at Gulab Bari and the tomb of Bahu Begum at Naka, all other buildings are dilapidated.

 Abstract

This article analyses the loan distribution trends of Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) in Kerala from 2008 to 2019, focusing on short-term (ST), medium-term (MT), and long-term (LT) loans. The study reveals that ST loans consistently formed the majority of the total loans, peaking in 2014, but have since shown a declining trend. Meanwhile, MT and LT loans have been on the rise, indicating a shift towards longer-term financial commitments. The percentage of borrowing members to the total fluctuated significantly, with notable drops in 2012 and 2013 and peaks in 2016. This fluctuation, alongside the steady increase in both loan outstanding and overdue amounts, highlights the dynamic borrowing environment and the challenges in loan repayment. The findings emphasize the need for PACS to adapt lending policies to balance loan issuance with sustainable repayment practices, ensuring financial stability and meeting the evolving needs of members.

 Abstract

Aluminum-metal matrix composites are the materials that are utilised the most frequently in the production of aviation pump components, transmission cases for automobiles, aircraft fittings and control parts, and cylinder parts for water-cooling systems. Because of its excellent cast ability, better weld ability, pressure handling capacities, and resistance to corrosion, some important parts of aircraft structures and engine controlling parts, nuclear energy installations, and a great deal of other applications where a high strength to weight ratio is required make use of this material. Aluminum metal matrix composites are preferred over numerous other materials for structural members in the aerospace and automobile industries. This is due to the superior capabilities of aluminium metal matrix composites in terms of their physical, chemical, mechanical, and tribological characters during machining and moulding behavior. Additionally, aluminium metal matrix composites have a better weight to strength ratio than many other materials. Due to the fact that these materials are typically subjected to material heat treatment in order to achieve grain development and uniformity as well as age hardening processes, they are commonly employed in the disciplines of engineering that deal with automobiles and aircraft.

 Abstract

The management of human resources in higher education in India has become increasingly complex due to the diversification of the workforce. This is due to changes in government policies, demographic shifts in the student population, and globalization. A more diverse and inclusive workforce is essential for the success of higher education institutions in India. Adopting best practices in human resource management that promote diversity and inclusion is necessary to achieve this goal, including recruitment and retention policies that ensure diversity, training for faculty and staff on issues related to diversity and inclusion, creating a more inclusive institutional culture, and collaborating with other institutions and communities. It requires a concerted effort from all stakeholders to create a more diverse and inclusive higher education system in India.

 Abstract

The objective of present study is to determine the toxic effect of arsenic and cadmium on albino rats blood parameters. Animals were exposed with low and high doses of sodium arsenite and cadmium chloride, along control. They were treated for 30 and 60 days separately, in two experimental sets. In each of the experimental sets, Group A was control, groups B exposed with low dose of CdCl2 (2.6mg/kg.b.wt.), group C with high dose of CdCl2 (5.2mg/kg.b.wt.), group D with low dose of sodium arsenite (4.3 mg/kg.b.wt.), group E with high dose of sodium arsenite (8.6 mg/kg.b.wt.), and group F with combined low dose of cadmium chloride and sodium arsenite (2.6mg/kg.b.wt + 4.3 mg/kg.b.wt). The findings of this study indicates that rats intoxicated with arsenic and cadmium chloride for 30 days showed decrease in TEC, TLC, Hb and PCV (P<0.05) values in all the treated groups and increase in MCV and ESR (P<0.05) values. Rats exposed for 60 days showed significant fall (P<0.05) in all these parameters except ESR. Group F with combined exposure of arsenic and cadmium showed significant fall in almost all parameters compared to other groups. Differential leucocyte count also fluctuated significantly.

 Abstract

An Ant Colony Search technique is used to solve the problem of optimal distributed generation (DG) allocation and sizing in radial distribution networks (ACSA). The objective is to determine the best size and position of distribution generators (DGs) for various IEEE radial distribution systems, such as 15-bus, 33-bus, and so on, while also noting the required number of DGs. Because there are various sources of DG, the suggested ACS method optimises both size and location. The objective is to keep the uniform voltage profile close to unity and hence minimise line losses in the radial distribution system. The problem's numerous practical restrictions are considered.

 Abstract

The fitness industry is experiencing a renaissance. The machines have gone, the floor has been freed, and people are turning to functional training for an effective, modern workout. One of the most influential fitness trends in the recent past is Functional training. It works multiple groups at once, whilst allowing you to tailor your training towards a specific sport or activity. Per Olof Astrand coined the term functional training in a landmark article titled Why Exercise? He stated, If animals are built reasonably, they should build and maintain just enough, but not more structure than they need to meet functional requirements (1992, p. 154). Dr. Astrand was ahead of his time in predicting that people would soon be focusing more on why they should exercise, rather than on how exercise changes their physique. In a recent article on trends in fitness and wellness, Archer (2007) suggested that people need more of a sense of purpose for why they exercise and predicted that soon there will be a blending of fitness and wellness. Every individual has a specific reason as to why he or she exercises. While we all have our own personal motivations and fitness goals, it generally falls somewhere between: 1) IT IS TO LOOK BETTER. 2) FEEL BETTER 3) OR IS TO LOOK GOOD, MUSCULAR, FEEL BETTER AND AT THE SAME TIME PERFORM BETTER IN OUR DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIEs. JUST IMAGINE YOURSELF IN ONE OF THESE SITUTATIONS FEEL UNEASY TO LIFT AND HUG YOUR CHILD STANDING UP FROM A LOW CHAIR DIFFICULTY IN LIFTING A SUITCASE INTO AND OUT OF THE TRUNK OF THE CAR. If you can relate to any of these situations, youre not alone. In fact, thats why the concept of functional fitness has become so popular among people of all ages and ability levels. Whether you are active and want to improve your ability to perform in sports or hobbies, or you are more sedentary and find yourself having trouble maintaining your independence with daily activities, functional fitness is for you.
