Janapadodhwamsa, a concept deeply embedded in ancient Ayurvedic texts, describes the simultaneous destruction or devastation of communities. This phenomenon, often characterized by widespread disease, environmental degradation, and social unrest, bears striking resemblances to modern-day epidemics, pandemics, and ecological crises. This article provides a detailed literature review of Janapadodhwamsa, exploring its multifaceted definitions, etiological factors, symptomatology, and proposed management strategies as articulated in classical Ayurvedic treatises. By drawing parallels between ancient wisdom and contemporary challenges, this review aims to highlight the enduring relevance of Ayurvedic principles in understanding and addressing large-scale public health and environmental crises. The interdisciplinary approach integrates traditional Ayurvedic perspectives with modern scientific understanding, offering a holistic framework for community resilience and well-being

This paper examines Virginia Woolf's To the Lighthouse as a critique of patriarchal constructions of parenthood, foregrounding the tension between maternal presence and paternal authority. Through the figures of Mr. Ramsay and Mrs. Ramsay, Woolf interrogates the Victorian ideals of fatherhood as intellectual dominance and motherhood as selfless nurturing. Drawing on feminist criticism, particularly the works of Rachel Bowlby, Nancy Paxton, and Kate Millett, the analysis demonstrates how Woolf exposes the psychological and emotional costs of these rigid roles. While Mrs. Ramsay embodies the silenced, sacrificial "angel in the house," her interior monologues reveal suppressed desires for autonomy. Conversely, Mr. Ramsay's authority, rooted in intellectual validation, underscores the insecurities of patriarchal power. By juxtaposing these parental figures, Woolf destabilizes gender binaries and suggests that true authority emerges not from dominance but from emotional resonance, creativity, and interdependence.

Indian classical music is one of the finest music styles in the world, which has had a profound impact on people since the Vedic era. People adored and admired Indian classical music, and they were very curious to listen as an audience and learn as students. This paper discusses how Indian classical music was taught in the earlier days in the Gurukul system in ashrams, and as the days passed, a face-to-face institutional setup was arranged, and music was taught in such a format. Later, due to the emergence of technology and globalization, people started migrating to different places in the world, leaving their culture in their home country. After some time in the early 21st century, Non-Resident Indians who migrated from India for a better future, settling abroad, wanted to follow Indian culture and traditions, which they were missing. So, they decided to take the help of technology and feel at home by following their cultures and traditions. Music, being a part of Indian culture and traditional heritage, was also a favorite activity, which they want to keep with them by learning traditional music from India from their beloved gurus and teachers. This paper includes and concludes how technology gave a helping hand to people who resided abroad or away from their guru and pursued music enthusiastically. What are the benefits and challenges faced in learning through virtual mode in the initial stages of emerging technology versus now? Also, apart from the different software and apps developed for music learning, what are the latest developments in tools of learning through AI that will be discussed to make this review paper useful for future researchers regarding the application of technology in music art.

Jawaharlal Nehru's leadership from 1947 to 1964 established a defining foreign policy for India. Centered on the principles of non-alignment, peaceful coexistence, and solidarity with the newly independent nations of the Third World, this approach fundamentally shaped India's identity and role on the global stage. The foreign policy framework enacted under Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru (1947-1964) was a cornerstone of India's post-independence identity. Its foundational doctrines-namely, non-alignment, peaceful coexistence, and Third World solidarity-were instrumental in determining India's international posture and diplomatic relationships during this formative period. During the pivotal Nehruvian Era (1947-1964), India's global stance was shaped by a unique diplomatic philosophy. This approach, defined by a commitment to non-alignment, peaceful coexistence, and unity among developing nations, left a lasting imprint on the country's international position and legacy. Jawaharlal Nehru's idea of non-alignment and Narendra Modi's forceful and practical diplomacy represent major shifts in India's foreign policy. Here it will also focus on various kinds of things that's are very related to India's global transform. It will focus on Modi's era briefly and India's multi alignment strategy and diplomatic ties with various state and non state actors. It also focus India's foreign policies significance in shaping India's diplomatic identity and its role in the international arena.

ABSTRACT Professional commitment refers to a teacher's dedication, responsibility, and loyalty toward their profession, reflecting the degree to which they are motivated to achieve professional goals and uphold educational standards. It is considered a key factor influencing teaching effectiveness, student outcomes, and overall school performance. This study examined the professional commitment of senior secondary school teachers with reference to gender. A sample of 127 teachers from two districts of Himachal Pradesh was assessed using the Professional Commitment Scale developed by Dr. Ravinder Kaur, Dr. Sarbjit Kaur Ranu, and Mrs. Sarvjeet Kaur Brar. Descriptive and inferential statistics were applied for analysis. Results indicated that the majority of teachers (74.80%) exhibited an average level of professional commitment, while 15.75% were at a high level and 9.45% at a low level, highlighting uneven distribution across categories. Gender-wise comparison showed that male teachers (M = 161.02, SD = 29.43) scored slightly higher than female teachers (M = 152.51, SD = 26.24); however, this difference was not statistically significant (t = 1.71, p = 0.089). The findings suggest that professional commitment levels significantly differ across categories but are not influenced by gender. The study underscores the importance of fostering professional commitment among teachers to improve educational outcomes.

As global populations continue to age, the prevalence of dementia is escalating, placing immense pressure on already strained healthcare systems. One of the most pressing challenges in dementia care is the high rate of hospitalizations, many of which are avoidable and can lead to worsened health outcomes, emotional distress, and increased healthcare costs. This article examines the pivotal role community health workers (CHWs) play in mitigating these challenges by acting as a vital link between formal medical services and the patient's home environment. CHWs contribute significantly through early detection of health deterioration, personalized support, routine monitoring, and emotional assistance to both patients and caregivers. By fostering trust and continuity of care within communities, CHWs help reduce the reliance on emergency services. Utilizing a qualitative and comparative approach, this study assesses CHW-led dementia care initiatives across various healthcare models and geographical regions. The findings underscore that when CHWs are comprehensively trained, integrated into multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and supported through robust health policies, hospitalization rates among dementia patients notably decline. Moreover, CHWs help families navigate complex care processes, offer culturally sensitive education, and strengthen caregiver resilience. These outcomes point to the need for increased investment in CHW programs as an effective, scalable, and human-centered strategy to address the growing dementia crisis. In conclusion, empowering CHWs is not only a cost-effective approach but also a compassionate response to the demands of dementia care in aging populations, offering a path toward improved patient well-being and healthcare sustainability.

This paper examines the representation of trauma, memory, and recovery in Toni Morrison's Beloved (1987) and Nicholas Spark's Safe Haven (2010) through the combined frameworks of trauma theory and psychoanalysis. Drawing on Cathy Caruth's concept of trauma's belated temporality, the analysis highlights how Morrison's nonlinear narrative structure and fragmented voices replicate the disorienting experience of traumatic memory, while Sparks employs suspense-driven flashbacks to dramatize the persistent threat of abuse within a linear, romance-thriller framework. The study borrows from Freud's psychoanalytic concepts, particularly the "return of the repressed," and Dominick LaCapra's distinction between "acting out" and "working through" to illuminate how Sethe and Katie navigate the intrusion of past trauma into their present lives. As Judith Herman emphasizes, recovery is a relational process that depends on safety, remembrance, and reconnection, a framework that resonates with both Sethe's communal healing and Katie's reliance on supportive relationships to confront abuse. Furthermore, Caruth's insistence that trauma resists full narrative integration underscores why both Morrison and Sparks stage memory as fractured, intrusive, and yet ethically necessary to articulate. In this way, both texts demonstrate the centrality of memory, repression, and relational support in negotiating trauma, highlighting literature's capacity to mediate between the ethical imperatives of witnessing suffering and the human desire for emotional closure.

Bharati Mukherjee, a pioneering voice in the Asian American literary canon, is predominantly read through postcolonial and feminist frameworks that emphasize themes of cultural displacement, identity crisis, and gendered agency. While these readings are invaluable, this article argues for a re-interpretation of her major novels--Jasmine (1989), The Holder of the World (1993), and Desirable Daughters (2002)--through the emerging theoretical paradigm of critical posthumanism and new materialism. This lens shifts the focus from the psychological and cultural interiority of the immigrant subject to the dynamic, agential role of non-human forces (the body, technology, geography, objects) in co-constituting identity. It is contended that Mukherjee's protagonists do not merely adapt to a new culture; they undergo a radical, material metamorphosis facilitated by their entanglement with the American landscape, its technologies, and the visceral capacities of their own bodies. This reading moves beyond the dialectic of loss and assimilation to reveal a more complex, posthuman vision of becoming, where identity is a fluid assemblage rather than a stable essence, anticipating key concerns in 21st-century thought about mobility, materiality, and subjectivity.
