Abstract
Joseph Macwan has presented many educational matters in his literature. Writers and social reformers like Joseph Macwan have done a great job of teaching through their literature. It is truly admirable, precious and courageous. The main objective of the study was to study educational thinking reflected from the literature of Joseph Macwan. The main research question was: Which issues are clarified from educational thinking reflected from the literature of Joseph Macwan?The present research is a qualitative type of research. The method of the study was content analysis. The whole literary creation of Joseph Macwan has formed the population, whereas the literary works, which reflect educational and social ideas have become the sample of the present research. Data collection through the Interview, dialogues, narratives, record sheets etc tools are selected for the qualitative research. Major finding of the study: Education is a means and also a remedy to bring out what is the best inside a human being.Character is formed and life is formed through education.Education develops professional efficiency and work readiness in a person.The task of the teacher is to be the starting point of social change and to be supportive of social change.The teacher is the creator of the child's destiny.Environmental education leads to the solution of environmental challenges.

Abstract
The invention of social media is one of the most important inventions of the mankind. The invention of social media has changed the life of people worldwide. It has proved as the blessings to the people. But at the same time various studies say that it is also affecting negatively too. In these perspectives investigator tried to study the effects of the social media on family climate. Investigator selected total ten families using purposive sampling method from the Navsari city. Questionnaire and observation schedule were prepared and applied by the investigator for the collection of required data. Data were collected personally by visiting concern families. Collected data were analyzed by calculating frequencies and percentages. Analysis of the collected data lead to the conclusion that the social media was affecting negatively to the climate of the family and it suggests maintaining certain code of conduct in the families.

Abstract
Teacher education is a field where future teachers were trained. NEP 2020 emphasis that in-service teachers can also develop their performance through enrolling themselves in distance mode education institutes, SWAYAM courses, etc. But when we say student teachers they are the makers of our future generation, so they should be capable enough to take care of all aspects implemented in the NEP 2020. There are some challenges which may face by the student teachers in future. One of the biggest challenge for student teacher is to develop digital citizen. Netiquette is the need of the hour. Technological and Digital challenges are discussed briefly in this paper.
