 Abstract

Jhumpa Lahiri is one of the most famous writers in India. She has spent most of her life travelling between many countries and their cultures. She published her first short story collection entitled Interpreter of Maladies. It dealt with the issues of Indian Immigrants including their generation gaps in understanding and values. The characters of Lahiri could not understand their relationship and sacrifice a lot for themselves. This story represents the life of cultural interaction of immigrant people and their struggles.

 Abstract

Abstract The aim of the study was to find out the factors related with playing ability among University female soccer players. To achieve the purpose of the study, 100 female football players from various universities and who were participated in the south zone University women Tournament during the academic year 2022-2023 was selected as subjects. The age of the subjects ranged from 18 to 25 years. The present study consists of one dependent variable, namely playing ability of volleyball players, and eighteen independent variables Arm Length, Leg Length, Arm Circumference, Calf Circumference, Thigh Circumference, Speed, Agility, Cardio Vascular Endurance, Flexibility, Muscular Endurance, Explosive Power, Resting Pulse Rate, Vital Capacity, Respiratory Rate, Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Height and Weight. The selected variables were assessed by using standard testing procedures. In order to study the relationship between the criterion and determinant variables and inter relationship between determinant variables were computed, using the method of Pearson's product moment correlation. The level of significance was accepted at P < 0.05.

 Abstract

Abstract- The drug Rauwolfia serpentina is known to Indian system of medicine since last many centuries. Because of snake like shape of drug, it has been known as sarpgandha. Rauwolfia serpentina has been used since pre-vedic period for the treatment of snake bite (sarpadansh), insect stings, hypertension (Rakta Capa Vriddhi), insomnia (anidra), psychological disorders (manovikar), gastrointestinal disorders (Amashay gata roga), epilepsy (apasmar), wounds (vrana), fever (jwara), and schizophrenia (unmada). It is a large glabrous herb or shrub, belonging to family Apocynaceae, and found in the Assam, Pegu, Himalayas, Java, Tennasserim, Deccan, Peninsula, Bihar, and the Malay Peninsula. . Sarpagandha root is still in wide use. The present review focuses mainly on Mechanism of Action, Side effects, Chemical composition, Pharmacological Effect and Antihypertensive effect of Rauwolfia Serpentina. The plant is provide safe and effective effect on Blood Pressure.

 Abstract

This project is aimed to highlight the importance of "ASSESSING THE GROWTH AND GDP CONTRIBUTIONS OF MSMEs IN INDIA" India is predominantly an agriculture country. Apart from agriculture, small scale and large scale industries have also been developed. Small scale industries are the backbone of our industrial structure as they provide a variety of non-traditional, low technology product. The primary object of developing small scale industries in rural areas is to generate better employment opportunities, raise in income levels and standards of living of people. Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMs) play a pivotal role in developing economic growth ,fostering innovation, and generating employment opportunities globally. In recent years, the digital revolution has provided new opportunities of MSMEs to expand their reach, expand the operations, and access global markets through e-commerce platform , digital marketing and online payment systems. Hence, we can say MSMEs are vital engines of economic growth and development worldwide, and fostering their growth and resilience is essential for building inclusive and sustainable economics. It suggests to supply of adequate technology to meet the needs of the society efficiently and effectively. Resulting in reduction of cost of production. Thereby boosting sales by supplying for bulk orders. Abstract The Indian freedom movement, influenced by ancient Indian philosophies like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, aimed to establish a just and fair society. Mahatma Gandhi's philosophy of Satyagraha, rooted in ahimsa, was a form of nonviolent resistance. Buddhism and Jainism, which emphasize non-violence, compassion, and the Middle Path, were relevant to the movement. The Indian Freedom Movement challenged Western colonialism by emphasizing nonviolence, self-determination, and cultural preservation.  Abstract

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 introduced by the Government of India is a landmark reform that seeks to overhaul the education system, with a special focus on skill development as a key tool for youth empowerment. This paper explores the sociological impact of NEP 2020's provisions for vocational education and skill development, with an emphasis on how it aims to bridge the gap between education and employability. The policy's potential to enhance social mobility, especially among marginalized communities, and its role in nation-building are examined. Through a comparative analysis of urban and rural youth, the paper highlights the opportunities and challenges faced by different social groups in accessing skill-based education. It further discusses how skill development aligns with the global demand for a skilled workforce and the long-term socio-economic benefits of empowering the younger generation. However, the policy faces significant barriers in terms of implementation, infrastructure, and ensuring inclusivity.
