A global health issue is the concurrent increase in the widespread presence of obesity and T2DM, sometimes known as "diabesity". One of the common causes of T2DM and one of the limitations in achieving good glycemic control is obesity. Effectiveness, lack of weight gain or promotion of weight loss with minimal risk of hypoglycemia, and not perturbing cardio-vascular system should all be the characteristics of best glucose-lowering drug. Development of the drug Tirzepatide, which is known as Twincretin by its action has a combined role of GIP and GLP-1 tends to promote weight loss as well with lowering blood glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Eye is the primary organ of vision one among the Panchajnyanendriya, which comes under Navarandra or Bahyasrotas1 and one among the pratyangas of the head Sarvendriyana Nayana pradhanam.Netra is having greater importance among the panchajnyanedriya hence one should maintainthe healthy condition of Netra so in Ayurveda Netrakriyakalpasare the treatment modalities are explained; among which Akshitarpana is one.Akshitarpana not only the treatment modality it also been practiced as daily routine procedure (Dinacharya)to maintain the healthy state of Netra. In this procedure one has to keep medicated Ghrita on the eye within well prepared frame by mashachurnafor stipulated time. This is to be absorbed through the retinal membrane and helps to not only treat the eye diseases but also maintain the healthy status of eye. Here is an attempt madeto look over Netrashareea and Akshitarpanaas both preventive and curative treatment modatility to maintain healthy condition of eye.

This study sets out analyse Amitav Ghosh's Sea of Poppies (2008) from postcolonial ecocritical perspectives. The focus of the study is to represent the agrarian experiences of a range of inlanders subjectivities spanning the socio-ontological spectrum of caste, class, gender, ethnicity, human and non-human species and how the colonised subjects showcase their resistance to be erased from a prevalent literary imagination. The novel posits the increasing imbrications of local ecologies within global networks along with a strong sensitivity to social and environmental justice concerns through novelist's critical or creative re-imaginations of place.

The volatility of a stock (or of the broader stock market) can be seen as an indicator of fear or uncertainty Prices tend to swing more wildly (both up and down) when investors are unable to make good sense of the economic news or corporate data coming out Maximum drawdown is another way to measure stock price volatility, and it is used by speculators, asset allocators, and growth investors to limit their losses. Investorscan bodge to minimize the impact volatility has on their portfolio, or they can embrace volatility and seek to profit from price swings. The Indian stock market, concept of stock price volatility, dividend policies, typo of dividends, factors affecting decisions related to dividend policy and various models in contest to the dividend policy. The confluence of developing abilities and technology in the fast-changing educational environment has driven a fundamental change in teaching and learning approaches. This abstract explores how these two factors interact dynamically and what they mean for contemporary schooling. The development of technology has sparked a paradigm shift in how information is gained and shared. Artificial intelligence, immersive simulations, and digital platform development have forced instructors and students to develop new abilities. Teachers are increasingly playing the role of facilitators rather than knowledge suppliers, helping students to make informed decisions in the face of a sea of data. As a result, the educational strategy now focuses on abilities like digital literacy, information appraisal, and flexibility, giving students the tools they need to succeed in an age of information abundance. The fusion of new technology and talents reshapes how education changes. This change highlights teachers' need to foster flexibility and competency in these new paradigms. At the same time, students must develop their digital abilities to participate effectively and intelligently in the contemporary world. A balanced blending of human knowledge and technological breakthroughs will open the door for a comprehensive and empowered learning environment as education changes.

In ayurveda skin is called Twacha which encloses the whole body. Study of Twacha is important, as it is seat for all Twak Rogas. Our Twacha integrates the whole body "Under one Roof''. Twacha senses pain, temperature and pressure. It is prone to injuries both externally and internally. Sushruta Samhita Shareera Sthana, Sushruta has mentioned five sensory organs i.e Gyanendiyas. Sparshanendriya is one of them whose adhishtana is twacha. This article emphasis on the etymology, synonyms, Utpatti, functions of Twacha, its correlation with skin, with reference to anatomical and physiological aspect, description of Twacha and its thickness is present in both sciences, so an attempt is made in this article to brief look on the Twacha.

Security has grained down to every aspect of human life. From simple mobiles to sophisticated bank accounts all are secure. In today's world, when Terabytes of confidential data are exchanged over network, why to give data security an after-thought. Cryptography is a medium to provide data security on the network. From the 16th century this technique has been promoted in various ways. Traditional cryptography (symmetric and asymmetric) have reached a saturation point with the advent of quantum computers. Cracking a key using a quantum computer is not at all a difficult task. This scattered situation was normalized with the rise of 'Quantum Cryptography'. Quantum refers to the minimum amount of physical entity involved in an interaction. Quantum Cryptography is based on the elementary particle of light i.e. 'Photon' and has overcome major gap of traditional cryptography i.e. passive interception. Quantum Cryptography has already made its debut in the practical world successfully. This technique is not much commercialized and has several loopholes too. It is progressing at a very fast rate but has not yet reached its epitome of success. Ignoring all odds, if we consider the progress of the computer world in terms of fast processing, we can say that 'Quantum Cryptography is the future of cryptographic world'

The main objective of the project is to detect pedestrians using the YOLOv5 deep learning model and enhance pedestrian safety. The goal of this innovative pedestrian detection and safety method is to address the shortcomings of the existing system, improving detection accuracy and enhancing pedestrian safety. Leveraging advancements from previous YOLO versions, the YOLOv5 model offers increased speed and accuracy while providing a unified framework for model training, enabling real-time object detection, which is gaining substantial attention. Detecting pedestrians is particularly critical for autonomous vehicles, yet it poses significant challenges due to variations in age, gender, clothing, lighting, backgrounds, and occlusion among pedestrians. The paper introduces a novel approach to pedestrian detection using a publicly available image dataset. Creating accurate annotations for this dataset is challenging, given the presence of images with extreme lighting conditions, such as direct sunlight, and unreliable intrinsic features for training. Therefore, we propose a customized YOLOv5 model trained with different loss and regularization methods to enhance its base accuracy. Based on our findings, we present a solution for addressing real-time pedestrian detection issues. These techniques hold promise for various applications, including Autonomous Vehicles and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

The use of electric vehicles is receiving increased attention due to the environmental problems associated with conventional fossil fuel vehicles and their rising energy demand. The heat the battery produces as it is being charged and discharged and the high and the low operating temperatures adversely influence the battery's lifespan and cause thermal runaway. A battery thermal management system (BTMS) is fundamentally needed to ensure the battery operates safely and extends its lifespan. Numerous BTMS kinds have been developed, including those that use air cooling, liquid cooling, PCM-based cooling, heat pipes, thermoelectric cooling, etc. The development of hybrid BTMS(HBTMS), which combines active and passive systems now in use, was prompted by the fact that each type has distinct advantages and limits. The current research examines several hybrid BTMS configurations and compares them to existing BTMS. The study concentrates on the advantages of adopting HBTMS under high discharge rate circumstances. It provided a critical analysis of the impact of performance-influencing parameters in PCMs with air cooling and PCMs with liquid cooling, as well as the range of such research in developing HBTMS in the future.
