To boost the expansion of the Indian education sector, the present government decided to revamp it by introducing a comprehensive National Education Policy 2020. This is as an essential step of the Prime Minister to take proper advantage of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and take India to new heights. The national education policy, currently launched, focuses on India-centric education system in 2020, which will contribute to making our nation again a world guru by providing all high quality education. The National Policy on Education (NEP) 2020 recommends innovative major changes in teacher education. The recommendations on teacher education are given in Chapter Fifteen of NEP-2020 which gives details of policy changes in education. It is divided into eleven sub-points. The biggest objective of the NEP is to "ensure that teachers are given the highest quality training in the development of study material, teaching and skills and introduce the teacher education system into multidisciplinary faculties and universities, and the establishment of a 4-year integrated B.Ed. offered by such multidisciplinary HIs, by the year 2030, will become the minimum degree qualification for school teachers" (NEP2020- page 42: 15.5). A more in-depth analysis of NEP 2020, it can be said that it is a curious combination of opportunities and it is a proper document to change the state of teacher education. The current paper seeks to examine the National Education Policy 2020 in the context of paradigm changes in terms of opportunities and challenges in the teacher education sector

Vector control plays a key role in prevention and control of major vector-borne infectious diseases in tropical and subtropical regions. The three main climatic factors that affect malaria transmission and distribution are temperature, precipitation and relative humidity. Aedes aegypti, commonly known as the Yellow Fever Mosquito, is a mosquito that can host the dengue fever, Chikungunya and yellow fever viruses. Medically most important species, Culex quinquefasciatus, breeds in waters polluted with organic debris such as rooting vegetation, household refuse and excreta. Chemical control use of pesticides is still the most important element in the integrated approach to vector control. But they are non-selective and harmful to other beneficial organisms. Hence, botanical have grown very important in controlling the mosquito vectors. Laboratory and field investigations have been made to evaluate the combined effect Clerodendron inerme, Acanthus ilicifolius on three species of mosquito vectors, Anopheles stephensi, Aedes aegypti and Culex quinquefasciatus. Different concentrations of Clerodendron inerme and Acanthus ilicifolius have been tested on the various stages of species of mosquito vectors. Lethal concentrations (LC50 and LC90) were also worked for the different larval stages of mosquitoes. Significant increased mortality was evident after the plant extracts. The lethal effect on mosquito larvae may be due to the active plant compounds on the gut lining of the mosquito larvae. The larval density was decreased after the treatment of plant extracts at the breeding sites (drinking water and ditches water), and hence, these plant extracts of the suitable alternatives of synthetic insecticides for the mosquito vector management.

ABSTRACT: In the present competitive era diversity in work culture and work force is as fact that cannot be ignored. Improving the gender balance in the board room not only increases the performance of the board and reinforces the business, but it is also good for the economy. This study intends to investigate if the companies will benefit financially from a gender diverse board. The impact of women directors on the board of five companies will be studied to evaluate if there is any relationship between the Genders diversified board and improved financial performance in context to return on investment (ROI), profit before and after tax) PBAT and turnover

Abstract "Religious Law" refers to long-standing customs, and an ethical code of conduct and morality preached and upheld by followers of various religions worldwide. Christianity, Hinduism, and Sikhism all adhere to universal truths rather than specific principles. There are also three gunavratas, or subsidiary vows. The various religious laws around the world are all sacred and teach that society members and individuals should treat each other with respect. "Religious Crimes" or "Religious Offenses" refer to any behavior that may offend members of a particular religion or harm their religious practice (speaking bad words). Most people believe preaching religious texts reduces crime. Single-state crime is lower (state religion). Religious conflicts have many causes, and many lead to hate crimes. Because of the world's many religions (crimes supported by a particular type if it is an exceptional motive and the victim is primarily a member of one religion, group, or class). Religious law must be taught in churches, mosques, temples, and "Gurudwaras." This research paper investigates the history of some religious laws, delineates the core beliefs of various religions (religious law), compares religious and secular law, investigates religion and crime, and lists nations that allow religious freedom. List of nations with official state religions, citizens, and least religious freedom (State Religion). A country has one religion. They're nations. Is there a link between religion and crime? Crime rates in the U.S., U.K., and India; the effect of religious practices on crime rates; the role of religion in reducing the risk of crime in society; how religion can reduce crime rates; the causes of religious conflicts; solutions and measures to prevent religious crimes; the government's role in controlling religious crime; regulations and related issues; countries where it is illegal to preach one's own religion; What links religious freedom to sustainability, etc.?

Liquid storage tanks are one of the many important structures that demand grater safety against natural disaster like earthquakes. Water tanks and particularly the elevated storage reservoir is considered as main lifeline elements which be able to maintain the expected performance i.e., Operational during and after earthquakes. Specific concentration must be paid while designing the water tank to avoid the potential damage associated with the failure of tanks and to supply water. In this paper seismic response of a Steel elevated service reservoir of 743 m3 capacity had been evaluated. Steel water tank was designed as per the Indian code IS: 805-1968 (Reaffirmed 2006). Particular attention had been paid to the consideration of internal fluid sloshing phenomena, Total water mass was divided into two masses convective and impulsive mass. The Non-linear time history analysis on the tank model with or without the base isolation under the seismic event named as Bhuj had been performed in ETABS software. Also, two types of staging and bracing combination were considered which were Seismically strong as per the literature i.e., X and Inverted V braced frame. Elevated steel water tank was isolated with Laminated lead rubber bearing and two different isolating position were considered 1) Between Superstructure and Substructure 2) Between Staging and tank. After analysis results were obtained in the form of Base shear and Tank deformation.

Pregnancy is a period that really determines the quality of human resources and the future, because the growth and development of children is very much determined by the condition of the fetus in the womb. One of the factors that affect maternal health is the nutritional status of the mother during pregnancy. Hemoglobin is a component of red blood cells that functions to distribute oxygen throughout the body. Reduced hemoglobin causes anemia. Based on the research objectives described in the previous chapter, this type of research is descriptive observational with a cross-sectional approach to evaluate hemoglobin features in pregnant women on UPTD Puskesmas Kasiyan. Data analysis was performed using a data processing program (Microsoft excel). Starting with univariate analysis to obtain a descriptive distribution of respondents' characteristics and used to assess the percentage of various descriptions of hemoglobin levels of pregnant women against maternal age, gravida, parity, gestational age and body mass index. Based on the characteristics of respondents at the Kasiyan Health Center with the highest normal hemoglobin levels in the productive age group as many as 131 people, based on gravida normal hemoglobin levels in multigravida as many as 96 people, based on normal hemoglobin parity in primiparas as many as 60 people, based on gestational age the highest normal hemoglobin levels in in the second trimester as many as 66 people, and based on nutritional status according to body mass index, the highest normal hemoglobin level in normal nutrition was 81 people

Literature gives us a detailed preview of human experiences, allowing us to connect on basic levels of desire and emotion. However, just as it has constructed societies, the writings and works of certain authors have degraded societies to their most primitive form. The impact of literature in modern society is undeniable. Literature acts as a form of expression for each individual author. Some books mirror society and allow us to better understand the world we live in.Literature is a reflection of humanity and a way for us to understand each other. By listening to the voice of another person we can begin to figure out how that individual thinks. I believe that literature is important because of its purpose and in a society, which is becoming increasing detached from human interaction, novels create a conversation.
