Working from home (WFH) is becoming new norm nowadays. WFH designates a worker who is not working from an office, but rather from their home or apartment. Working from home has several positive aspects and negative aspects. Work hours limit a person's daily routine, which in turn affects their eating patterns, including when they eat and when they skip meals. Despite the advantages of work from home, many adults' especially young adults, do not consistently engage in healthy eating habits. The objectives of the study were i) To asses dietary pattern during work from home individuals. ii)To estimate the somatic status of the subjects. A total of 100 subjects were selected for this study who are working from home between the age group 21-50 years. The subjects were based on purposive random sampling and were given a semi structured questionnaire to elicit the dietary habits, anthropometric measurements, physical activity and health status of them. The data was then analyzed statistically. The results showed that the majority of the respondents were from the age group 21-30 years, with a good educational background and with a good socio-economic status. Majority of them were non vegetarians and inclined to consume three meals per day. Majority of them consumed snacks and skipped meals once day. Majority of the respondents consumed food from outside more than once a week. Most of the respondents preferred to cook food at home while also having major barriers such as lack of time, cost of ingredients and varied taste preferences in order to consume fruits and vegetables. Majority of them were physically active and nearly half of the respondents were in the normal category of BMI, while nearly half of them are overweight or pre obese. Female respondents were at the increased risk abdominal obesity compared to males. Majority of the respondents slept for seven to eight hours per day and few of them noticed positive and negative changes in their health status. As majority of the respondents were young adults, their improper dietary habits may contribute as a major risk for various diseases. The consumption of food outside home should be reduced to avoid health consequences. Nearly half of the respondents' BMI was found to be in overweight and pre obese category which can contribute to diabetes, hypertension, cardio vascular disease, obesity etc. Awareness needs to be created regarding healthy eating practices, regular physical activity and reduction in consuming foods outside to avoid the major health consequences in later life.

In current days notable improvements in the industrial environment have been made in short time, and there is an increasing need for effectual material transfer approach. Flexibility, precision, and quickness were problems with traditional practice. This calls for the investigation of novel remedies to solve these constraints. The ethicalness of using a PLC-based material transfer system, proposes to close the gap between current trends in the technology and the varying needs of the industrial field. PLC-based hardware design and implementation transfer system that improves accuracy and efficiency in industrial applications is the main purpose. To do this, had created an in-depth problem description that details the shortcomings of existing material transfer techniques and emphasises the demand for automation. Our perspective involves integration logic controller (PLC), providing real-time monitoring and control, into the material transfer plan of actions. Data and samples from industrial facilities have been used to authenticate the successfulness of this perspective. The observed results show remarkable furtherance in material transfer activities, including a considerable reduction in the transfer amount times and a remarkable increase exactly. The two big numbers represent a 30% decrease in transfer time and a 15% reduction in error rate. The interpretation of these results stands out the role of PLCs in streamlining material transport as well as their potential for future application. PLC-based systems help improve the industrial material transfer and adding more chances to increase production and effectiveness.

Hair transplantation is a widely accepted surgical procedure for treating androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern baldness). In recent years, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) has gained significant attention as an adjunctive therapy to enhance hair transplant outcomes. PRP is an autologous concentrate derived from the patient's blood, rich in growth factors and cytokines, which can stimulate hair follicle growth and improve the overall success of hair transplantation. This review article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of knowledge on the application of PRP in hair transplantation. It covers the scientific basis of PRP, PRP preparation methods, administration techniques, and the existing evidence supporting its efficacy and safety in hair restoration procedures.

This paper presents the development and assessment of an automated optical Quality Control (QC) system to optimize defect detection and dimension measurement in metal casting operations, merging high-resolution imaging, motorized positioning mechanisms, and machine learning algorithms to economize time and resources traditionally required in QC processes. Utilizing an optical method for coordinate measurement and a fine-tuned DETR model for defect detection, the system demonstrates a promising reproducibility error of 0.005mm in dimension measurement and a moderate mean average precision metric (mAP-50) score of 20 in surface defect detection, pinpointing a need for further model optimizations. The paper suggests enlarging the training dataset and exploring alternative computational models or pre-processing techniques to enhance system performance, thereby contributing a foundational framework for advancing automated QC systems in the metal casting industry towards a more accurate and resource-efficient paradigm.

Abstract. Secondary school education is most influencing in the education ladder. In Secondary education period students are tangled with drastic changes related to Physical, Mental, Emotional, Psychological and Sociological issues. These changes differ among IQ level so, impact of changes may influence level of learning in the Secondary education. Teacher Teaching Methods, Strategies and advanced classroom activities with Cognitive Level and Psycho-Motor Skills of Technology can influence variously among the pupil to understand the concept better. A new instructional approach called Flipped Learning is opted by the researcher. Flipped Learning means reversing the learning style of learner and learning environment. So, that spending more time in classroom by hands on activities, Peer Discussions, experiencing practices and Self-Regulation in the learning improved. It will be fruit full only when the teacher reverses the "School work at home and home work at school". The researcher developed an instructional strategy namely Flipped Learning Approach for Teaching 'The Fundamental Unit of Life' unit in Biological Science to Secondary School Students. The researcher tried it out of 100 samples (50 Control Group and 50 Experimental Group). This paper attempts to share the experiences regarding the improve the Achievement Score in Biological Science at formal school setting among Control Group and Experimental Group.

By supplying real-time data from a variety of sensors, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) has completely transformed industrial operations. However, these sensors' dependability varies, which might result in overlooked data points that impair proper analysis and decision-making. This paper explores various data imputation methods in the Internet of Things (IoT), including traditional methods like mean imputation and linear interpolation. The performance metrics and experimental results are evaluated using a relevant IIoT dataset. The paper highlights the impact of imputation accuracy on downstream IIoT applications and discusses challenges and future research directions, such as improving imputation techniques, addressing noisy sensor data, and considering scalability for large-scale deployments.
